Excellent service by chef Piku, chef Irfan , chef Nicholson n service by Rishav .. made the best food I ordered.. excellent food quality . Great taste .. drinks at the bar was too gud.. thanks to Mayfair for bringing such a property with taste n keeping up

I stayed with my family, my wife and 20 months old son, for 2 nights and 3 days. No doubt the property- its aesthetics and beauty, is worth mentioning. But what stood out for me was the conduct and the hospitality of the staff. The service was prompt and always had a tinge of warmth in it. I would like to highlight the service of Mr. Saroj Behera and Mr. Bibek Roy in this regard who ensured that my son's food was taken care of and it was made as per the subtle requirement of typical baby food. I will highly recommend the place to all and I am positive that I will be back to experience it once again.

Our stay in mayfair siliguri was fabulous! Comfortable and luxurious stay , awesome food , excellent hospitality ! Thanks to Mr Laxminarayan and Team including Mr Indrajit for making my husband's birthday celebration so memorable. The planters club arrangements for the tea tour however needs a lot of improvement . I would love to come back here again !!!

Wonderful resort to spend some personal family time.... Lack of many activities around leaves you for your self time...went there on the occasion of birthday... The mountain view rooms are excellent .... You can sit for hours from the balcony and watch the hills...Had a great experience with Laxminarayan the FNB manager and Indrajit.... Thank you

A wonderful stay, everything was perfect, the hospitality, service, food... nothing can be better than this, we have enjoyed every moment, special mention of pratap, he is very sweet and helpful boy, vivek, and the manager Mr Laxmi Narayan, will visit here soon.... I would recommend this place, worth visiting..

very beautiful property all around greenery surrounded by tea gardens, stay was comfortable staff were friendly and looked after all your basic needs. Hospitality was at next level, must recommend to all visiting siliguri have a stay here at least once.

Mayfair Siliguri delivers a luxurious experience with breathtaking views and an incredible vibe. Special thanks to staff members Pemadeki and Santoshi for their exceptional hospitality. The food was outstanding—Chef Norbo’s jhol chicken momos were the best I’ve ever had. Every meal felt like a trip to the dish’s origin. However, the F&B service was a bit slow, and staff didn't value time as much as expected, which was a drawback for a five-star property. Overall, a great stay with room for improvement in service.
