Thank you for making our stay at Barsana comfortable and special. I would like to say my special thanks to T***n & Ganesh. The bed decoration made by them was wonderful and made our stay more memorable. We enjoyed our stay at Barsana. Thank u once again team Barsana.

Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

Barsana Resort is located on the road leading to Mirik ( & Darjeeling too) almost at the outskirts of Siliguri. It is relatively closer to Bagdogra airport than other major hotels. It is a 3 star property which provides 4 star amenities. There is a swimming pool, spa, gym and ample parking too. Rooms are well appointed and come with a shower cubicle and a bathtub. Housekeeping is top notch, the staff however lacks flair. The main restaurant is veg only. They have a non-veg restaurant in an adjacent building connected by a skywalk. Food quality is among the best in town. A very good recommendation for tourists as well as business travellers.

Stayed for 3 days with my family it's was really very comfortable stay like home away from home. Ambience of the hotel is really good and the staff will surely make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness and hygiene were very good. Thank you for making our stay comfortable. Will surely visit again.

Barsana Hotel &Resort , near to the Airport is truly a spectacular hotel in terms of interiors, food , and services. The Staff are amiable , professional and disciplined . Whenever I visit , I always stay at Hotel Barsana only as it is a sheer delight to be a guest of such an esteemed hotel who provides services so promptly swiftly and hassle -free.

First time in Siliguri for a wedding. My airport pick up was very easy and the hotel was quite lovely. We enjoyed the food and the pool and the spa was wonderful. The personnel were always helpful and very welcoming. We were well taken care of in each of the venue of the hotel. Very comfortable rooms-felt great being there.

Amazing table service by staff Rupesh. Always ready to assist with any food and beverages request. Great food selection and friendly staff. Hotel amenities were amazing and rooms were kept clean at all times. Will definitely come back again.

Visited Barsana Hotel & Resort in January with friends and thanks to Duty ***ager Shiv Shankar for planning a lovely experience for us. We had requested for adjacent rooms which were provided. Upon check in we were given a very welcoming arrival experience and at short notice Mr Shiv had organized a cake for us since it was a surprise for one of our friends. All in all a great stay and lovely dining experience. The breakfast place had a lovely buffet and Mr Sudeb took great care of us. Would definitely recommend Barsana Hotel & Resort to friends!

We had a great time . Amrit was a very nice gentle *** who went out of his way to help us several times. the a**osphere and architecture was very beautiful .The food at breakfast was also very good. HK team did a very great job . Kept my room very clean all my amenities on time. T***n was interactive. Thank you team Barsana…
