Beautiful property with well maintained rooms. The biggest asset of this property is their staff.... Helpful, courteous, ever smiling. If one is looking for peace and tranquility with a dash of luxury then this is the place. They even provide you with complimentary car service to and from the downtown which is of great help. I would do injustice if I do not mention about the restaurant..... The food, the staff were simply amazing!!! A special mention of Mr. Sanjay Nangia, the GM for his personal interaction with all the guests especially during the breakfast and meals is an added feather to the cap.

Great stay for me and my family. Will definitely recommend other people to stay here if they are visiting Darjeeling. The staff was very kind and helpful and the food was delicious. Mr. Sanjay gives personal attention to all guests. The view from the hotel rivals that of tiger hill and the rooms are charming with an old world feel.

It was great experience. Excellent Services. Excellent Food Just like home. View is excellent from Hotel rooms.Staff is operating. Food tast is good. They are providing food as per customer choice. There GM Sanjaybhai is taking care of all customer personally.

Starting with the staff, every single person from the watch*** to the ***ager were the most professional and considerate. The rooms were quite comfortable and the food was excellent. The view of the Kanchenjunga was the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Excellent location, fantastic service and great food. Overall top notch hospitality. We booked two rooms for 2 nights for a vacation with the family and I've to say the hotel took utmost care of us, considering we had kids and elderly folks. Right from the welcome at the time of check in, to ensuring we get adjacent rooms with great views of the Kanchenjunga, meeting our food requirements, and providing timely (and free of cost) pick up and drop facilities to/from tourist friendly sites for all guests, the property knows how to delight it's customers. A special mention for Mr Nangia, the GM, who made us feel at home.

Everything, right from the welcome to the food quality everything felt just like you are at home. All the special requests were adhered to with a wide smile. This must be your go-to place if you’re in Darjeeling. Special mention to the General ***ager, who was extremely co-operative and welcoming

This a wonderful place. The staff is very professional and efficient under the constant presence of the ***ager to provide the best service. The restaurant is very good, always with very professional and sympathetic staff. The room are big and confortable with a view on the Khangchendzonga we had the chance to see. We had a great stay.
