+ All food is edible, Good taste + Nice View + Quite private location (a bit deep down but still in good area) + Super Friendly & Supportive staff (Nishika & Akanshya & Sahil) - Since the hotel was built long time ago, the room might not be that new - Cleanliness in public hallway - The room is not devoid of sound; you might hear everyone moving the furniture and closing the doors.

The staffs are so nice especially for Sahil and Aakanshija! They helps us a lot! :) the food is nice, i would recommend for hot and sour chicken souppppp sooooooo good! But the room isn't so clean but goood enough to stay if you're looking for a place with great view in Darjeeling, you should consider coming here.

The staff was really good. They was very cooperative. The room was nice and clean. The food quality is tremendously good. I really really love it here and would recommend for couples like us. The resturant quality is good and would recommend to try the local food here. They serve the best kind of food.

We recently stayed at Crescent Resort during our first visit to Darjeeling, and the experience was nothing short of amazing! The hotel itself is beautifully designed with an aesthetic charm that perfectly complements the serene surroundings. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, adding a magical touch to our stay. The staff at the resort are exceptional—smart, courteous, and attentive. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. A special thank you to the team for making our stay so memorable (sorry if I have got anybody’s name wrong): **Dinner Service**: Aakankshya, Hissay, Negin, Chedoup, and Manish **Breakfast Service**: Nishika, Ujjwal, and Sabin **Reception**: Nikita and Ajay We stayed for two nights and savored every moment, especially the food, which was a highlight of our trip! Breakfast included delicious Chole Bhature, Dosa, and Idli, while dinner featured mouthwatering Chicken Curry, Dal Tadka, Veg Chowmein, soft Roti, Jeera Rice, and heavenly desserts like Gulab Jamun and ice cream. A big shout-out to Chef Netra for the amazing culinary experience! The impeccable service, fantastic food, and breathtaking views make Crescent Resort a must-visit. We wish the entire team great success in their endeavors. Thank you for an unforgettable stay—we’ll certainly recommend Crescent Resort to anyone visiting Darjeeling!

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Crescent Resort in Darjeeling. Food, view and the hospitality was amazing. I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at your hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff—especially Nishika—was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered all the comfort I could ask for. A special mention goes to the food service—every meal was a delight. The variety, presentation, and flavor of the dishes exceeded my expectations. The restaurant staff was professional and courteous, making each dining experience memorable. Very picturesque and conveniently located hotel. The rooms are comfortable with an electric fireplace. Plenty of attractions including mall road are at walking distance. The service provided by the restaurant is very prompt and wide variety of good food.

The hotel can be reached on foot from Mall Road, and some of the rooms have a nice view of the valley. The hotel staff did a great job with our group transfer. Mr. Susshil Sharrma, the general manager of the hotel, was very professional and cheerfully addressed all of our requests. The restaurant manager, Mr. Shiva, made sure we all had a great time, and the food was fantastic.
