Personale estremamente cordiale. Vista panoramica su Darjeeling mozzafiato! Pulitissimo e ordinato! In perfetto stile alpino! Il cibo è ottimo e la posizione è molto comoda, non troppo lontana dal centro ma in una zona molto tranquilla e sicura!

Pl. Do not book online and trust summit hotels the way we do for Oberoi, Taj or ITC group hotels. The online booking experience with summit hotels has been a nightmare. Booked presidential suite with jacuzzi and balcony and after making the payment and getting the confirmation pdf, I receive a call that it was a technical glitch and got down graded to a premium room with balcony and bathtub. The difference in tariffs is over $125 which I am yet to receive as a refund.

Excellent service by the hotel staff. Suraksha, Khushboo, Kabita, Renu, Sushma & Romia have been excellent and have made the stay a pleasure. We would definitely recommend this property to others visiting Darjeeling. Had a memorable and pleasant stay.

The rooms were very well cleaned and beautiful as well as the view we got was amazing. One problem was that the bed warmer on one side wasn't working. Apart from that it was a very good stay and the services were very prompt.

We had a lovely stay at West Gate. The staff were all super friendly. The beds were very comfy and we had beautiful views of Darjeeling from our balcony. The walk from the hotel into town was easy aa it was just ***** the main road so very convenient to explore the town.

It was a great experience. Staff behaviour was very good. Food was not that good but we enjoyed the stay. The view was not that good but rooms are neat and clean.

The rooms and bathroom are well maintained...but the room was little narrow I felt..it should have been little bigger..otherwise location wise also it's very good ..the view from the balcony is also beautiful...my kids enjoyed their bath in the bathtub..😊

The overall stay was very good.. except for the jacuzzi which was not working properly, the wifi speed was slow. But the overall experience was good.. the staff members especially Suraksha was very kind and helpful. Overall I would like to give the property a 4.5 *

The experience was awesome , weather was pleasant, especially the view from the balcony was excellent, food especially dinner was delicious, staffs were really polite and courteous. Would like to recommend everyone... Will visit again
