Overall experience was very good and they have very cooperative staff and they were very humble and they have positive attitude towards their guests. Rating: 4 out of 5 Pro: Good location: walking distance from Ghoom railway station and Ghoom Monastery. Room: Clean room, Amazing view from Hotel Balcony. Staff: Well behaved staffs. Con: They mentioned parking available but thats not true. I parked my bike outside of Hotel.

The food was very delicious and the all the staff was very polite and very friendly to us i highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay for the trip , especially the staff here are very helpful and works fast on the amends needed , strongly recommend this hotel .the staff , rajshree, gyaltchen , prayash were very helpful and guided us nicely .

The stay at hotel in Darjeeling was the one of the most wonderful experience that I have ever had , the rooms had a premium touch , the staff were helpful and nice , especially, Gyaltchen , rajshree, prayash , nirjal ,Ankit , the fnb service was good , Avinash , kinchok , dichen were serving quite well , their captain balam had a nice honorable aura , the manager Ms. Choki was polite helpful and the views that could be seen from the rooms was the most amazing sight ,the rain however was quite unpredictable but once the rain stops the once amazing sight becomes an extraordinary fantasy scene overall the stay was very amazing

My recent stay at Mount Lungta Boutique Hotel and Spa in Ghum, Darjeeling, was a disappointing experience. We encountered several issues, including an unaccommodating check-in process, dirty water bottles, and inadequate snack service. The rooms had dirty linens that were never changed, and the breakfast was bland and unappetizing. The hotel lacks parking space, and travel to nearby attractions was expensive. We were also troubled by the unprofessional and unwelcoming behavior of the front desk manager, who responded poorly to our complaints. The scenic valley view was the only positive aspect of our stay. However, I would caution others against staying here due to the numerous issues we faced.

Horrible hotel,pathetic service,least interested staff....doesn't have basic requirements in the washroom...dirty towels,no soaps. ..to top it all intercom wasn't working,had to go down to the reception from the 4th floor for any requirement

Loved everything about Mount Lungta, The stay was so comfortable & even loved the food. The rooms are pretty spacious with wifi and gyser facility . Must opt for staycation. Also the weather made the property even more beautiful. Loved my one night staycation.

A few bumps during the 8 night stay at this hotel, but overall it was okay. Upon checking in, the room had not been cleaned but the staff cleaned it quickly when they heard it had not been cleaned. Also, it was quite cold during our stay and there was not any heat--no heaters were provided and doubling blankets was the only way to stay warm. Aside from this, the hotel is a good mid-range place to stay if one needs to be in Ghoom. It is within walking distance to the Ghoom Himalayan Railway Station and about a 15 minute taxi ride to Darjeeling proper. The views were nice when the clouds dissipated. The restaurant was excellent-good service and portions. The food was very tasty and it seems to be a destination restaurant--not just for the hotel guests.

Misserable condition of rooms, no towels present in bathroom, telephone not working, food not good, no spoon or sterer in room, no bathroom slipers. Glass cups were expected in rooms. Very conjusted rooms and not a good experience, please dont visit this hotel if u expect something good. This hotel cannot be a four star hotel
