Overall, I had a great experience. Property Location, food, amenities, and overall service provided was value for money.

Booked a standard room as it was just a day of transit to Delhi but the lady was kind enough to upgrade the room to Deluxe without any charges . However even the Deluxe room appeared to be sub standard with basic amenities missing like hot running water , intercom , toothpaste/brush , mineral water ,the cable also wasn’t activated and the pillow covers dirty . The hotel appears good from the outside but not much attention is paid inside/maintenance.

A very good experience with good staff and the location is also in Near Mall Road with availability of most of the stores and markets.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Darjeeling's attractions. We loved the serene and peaceful atmosphere, which made our stay even more memorable. Overall, we had an amazing time at Muscatel Springburn and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Darjeeling.
