Retreat Hotel Samden, Darjeeling

This hotel deserves not a single star pathetic rooms power bhi raat bhar off hi raha. You should return the money to the guest.

The room was nice and the room manager was also very nice. There was no garbage anywhere in the room, the entire room was clean.

Proprty location was average, but rooms were not properly clean. Very unhygienic and disappointing.

1) location is good all-though bit far from mall road near to darjeeling station 2)food - bad quality and costly 3)hygiene - worst dirty rooms and lean-ens water leaking from corners of rooms worst in all aspects. 4) standards - poor

Hotel room was not clean. Bed sheet was not clean even the blankets. Food was spicy, even after telling not to give any spice. Location of the hotel was very near to the main road hence traffic noise whole night.

Not justified with price we were charged. Property is not maintained properly. Location is good but no view from the room. Hygiene not up to the mark. Photos shown is over inflated.

There's nothing like an experience in this hotel. we booked the hotel with full belief that the rooms are good and will help us make memories. However, the rooms were nothing like shown in the images. The washrooms were dirty, bedsheets and pillow covers were not clean and had holes in them. patches of oil on them. I asked multiple times to change it but they made excuses and said that this is the only sheet they have. Same goes with towels, they were dirty with patches. They weren't provided at the time of check in. I had to ask at least 5 times to get two towels for both of us. No bathroom accessories were put there the old one from the previous booking was left for use. they even knocked on the door a day before and asked if we were checking out at 11. won't book or recommend this hotel to anyone ever. however, I understand that my previous booking was great for my Manali Package. please take this feedback seriously and compensate if possible.
