Abbiamo dovuto prendere un volo mattinale.Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel Jagat per il soggiorno notturno. Inizialmente ero scettico. Ma, sembrava essere un bel posto pulito. Il momento in cui siamo arrivati, il ***agger e il personale continuano a dire, non preoccuparsi di niente, ci occuperemo di tutto. Ci hanno curati bene con tè, snack, cena. Nessuna stupidità. Ma hotel pulito con un servizio ragionevole. Ho lasciato un oggetto personale. Quando li ho chiamati, nel momento in cui l'hanno trovato. Hanno offerto di mandarlo all'aeroporto. Ma, avevo già passato la sicurezza. Li ho chiesto di mandare lo stesso. Hanno mandato il prodotto a me. Molto utile *** assistenza e squadra.

Stayed 13th to 14th May 2024 , 3 Rooms As everywhere it is known first experience is the best experience but my Experience in Barsana is very bad with Front Office Team, I booked with Agoda for 6 adults and 1 kid but by mistake room is booked for 3 adults 3 rooms. My brother requested them to give rooms key till agoda reverts back or else I will pay the amount they asked for 3000 rs in the morning but they denied to give me the key , issues was more we travelled for 7 hours and for with females and kids. my question is when I already paid for 3 rooms for 3 adults they would have allowed atleast 3 person if not 6 but they denied. why after paying Rs 9100 they have not given me the Key. I never been to any star hotel which ask complete payments before checkin, advance is still ok even I paid for 3 rooms and. 3 adults but this hotel asked 100% of Rs 3000 payments to give me a key for extra 3 person. it was very embarassing situation while travelling with a family almost waited for 1 hours to get the key only after Agoda replied to pay 500 person + GST to be paid for each extra person. after getting a room mosquitos not allowed to sleep in the night due to early morning checked out stayed only for 8 hours paid almost 11k for 3 rooms. Overall ambience of Hotel ,food , rooms ambience , Location , staff in Restaurent was very good.

We had booked a room to stay overnight after a very long journey. When we reached, the *** at the reception kept on talking over the phone with owner/ manager for 20 minutes about rooms allotted to this party and that customer. He told us to wait with out revealing his intentions. We waited after 20 minutes we interrupted the conversation to ask us to give us the room. He very annoyingly asked us to speak to the speaker on the other side of the phone . The speaker refused to give us a room saying he is not bound to give it to us. First of all, they have enlisted in *********** and then upon booking they are ready to harass customers. Secondly, they wasted our time by about an hour by not letting us know that they will not allow us a room. Thirdly, it is absolutely an unprofessional and un ethical practice being in the hotel industry. We moved out with minimum argument but we thank our stars for not staying there. God knows what would have waited for us during our stay, regarding further service. Just at the time of entering also, we witnessed some heated conversation with one of the customers staying there.

A hidden gem nestled in the between lush green mountains and mesmerising tea gardens for as far as the eye can see! The property itself is almost 150 years old and houses a lot of antiquities from that era. There’s ample space in the property and all of it is maintained quite well. They also have a nature trail ***** tea gardens adjoining the nearby mahananda forest ranges! One can even see peacocks 🦚 across the tea gardens early in the morning! In short it’s a nature’s paradise! We stayed in the Jungle view rooms which were very spacious and had a balcony overlooking the tea estate and the jungle! Had a great time with the family! A must recommended holiday getaway!

I stayed in this hotel several times already and it‘s an oasis in Siliguri. Perfect place to relax after a long day travelling or being in the hustling and bustling city. The staff is always very welcoming, specially Mr Lakpa from the front desk. The breakfast offers great variety of Indian and Western dishes and the pool is great to refresh after a day in the Indian heat.

It was one of my best stay experiences recently. Location: The location is very near to Darjeeling railway station - about 300m. Mall road is about 1-2 km away, that should about 20 minutes on foot; besides, cab is available from railway station - costs around 300 INR to Mall road. I will give the location 8/9 out of 10. Rooms: I had booked Kanchenjunga View Suite. The room was spacious and had a wonderful mountain view. There was a decent sized balcony overlooking the mountain and the valley, with sitting arrangements. The room had a large screen TV unit with OTTs installed. The room decor was impressive as well with good lighting. The room had all required amenities such as heater, centralized ac, electric kettle, wadrobe, study table, attached bathroom - clean and spacious, etc. I will rate room 9 out of 10. Cleanliness: I was very impressed by the cleanliness and the housekeeping. The housekeeping staff takes great effort to keep the hotel clean, and that deserves a shout-out. I would rate 9.5 on cleanliness. Hospitality: Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and polite that it is a delight to interact with them. They never forget to greet a guest whenever they meet in the hallway or in the lobby. They are very professional and provide exemplary service. I would rate 10 out of 10 on hospitality. Food: The restaurant is called Grains and is a pure veg restaurant. It might be a disappointment for non-veg lovers, but after experiencing a 4-day stay, I would say I have no regret. It is rather a delight. The quality of the food, even though all veg, is excellent. It also has a decent choice of menu. The breakfast is delicious and has a very good spread. I liked the breakfast so much so that it was too an attraction for me. Even though it is pure veg, I still had a great dining experience. Every evening, there is a live performance event and a buffet dinner at the restaurant. I would rate food experience 8 out of 10. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and a customer's delight. I am eagerly looking forward to staying in this hotel when I visit Darjeeling again. I would rate the hotel 9 out of 10.

Fantastic!!! They provide top notch services. Staffs are really very kind & so well mannered. Starting from Decor then rooms were immaculate, food, cleaning and staffs (Reception, Housekeeping, dinning) everything was impeccable. Their foods are appetizing & delicious, tastes like home food. Never felt like I was in stranger place, Behaviour and manners of staffs touched my heart. Moushami, Amol, Chandan & rest all (sry I don't remember everyone's name) were soo courteous and poilte. Driver Bijay was also so nice. Thank you for being so nice, also you all have long way to go...all the very best!! Keep your good work going... Wishing to visit again.

UUtente ospitelocation: On Gandhi Road. Okay for senior citizens as the way to Mall, more or less, on plain surface, not up and down to walk. But a little bit distance, about 10-15 minutes walk for aged people. Property: Old, decorated with old but aesthetic appeal with average maintenance. Staff behaviour: Okay Our experience: We stayed for 2 days. We booked for 3 senior citizens. Tarrif charged for 3 persons, that is 1.5 times of normal double bed room tarrif. But when We checked in, they allotted a small double bed room. The room was on 2nd floor and very not enough for 3 persons and blocked all the for sides with no outside view. On protest they somehow managed to arrange a mattress on the floor leaving no space for movement in the room. We have booked hotels for many times, but never gone through such experience. We didn't receive the value for money at all. should look into this and ensure proper service and provide value for money. After all we are not happy with the room allotted to us as per value charged. Caution: Before booking for this hotel please note that once booked, no refund is allowed on cancellation on future date. Our experience for 2 days stay

Stayed here for 2 nights. And I'll give the real picture. Good things first... 1) Room was perfect as per the amount I paid. Eventually, they upgraded me even before I asked for it. Room had all amenities one might need during a stay 2) Behaviour of the entire team is awesome. They served me with a smile... Every single time. And they never said NO for any of my requests. Now, few serious stuffs to look into.... 1) Location, which is 1 Km from Darjeeling Mal, While Keventers & Mahakal Chowk are 500 mts. And you don't get any view from the room 2) They have communication issues, perhaps language barrier. On Day-2 I requested to replenish the complimentary drinking water. But IRD team member arrived with packaged drinking water. But again, their behaviour is damn good. He took that back & catered to my actual request 3) This was troublesome. I was supposed to check out at 0730 Hrs. And my room was with breakfast. I informed the Front Desk about the scenario in the previous evening. The ever friendly lady at the desk confirmed me that although Breakfast won't be available at that time, but she'll send sandwiches for me which I was Ok with. But when I called the desk at 6AM in the morning, the guy was clueless. He paid a courtesy visit to the room & said the message of providing sandwiches wasn't passed to him.... Again communication laps Overall the hotel is good & recommended. But don't book your room with breakfast if you have early morning departure.

Il wifi ha funzionato molto bene, ho potuto ottenere qualche lavoro di ufficio. Il mercato principale è accessibile con taxi condivisi per Rs 15, che è stato bello per noi perché la città principale è molto piena e qui possiamo camminare e svegliarci verso la vista delle colline e Mt kanchenjunga. Il personale ha fatto un giro per aiutarci e ha preparato cibo personalizzato per la mia madre anziana.

UUtente ospiteBelle camere, ma questo alloggio è davvero ad un'altezza, che troppo forte, gettare i nervi fuori e esauriente se si muove attraverso le gambe, anche se è vicino al mercato e ogni altro luogo necessario così può essere molto buono per i freaks fitness Staff stand to sono molto amichevoli, ma, dall'altro lato, i servizi prendono molto tempo perché le risorse come il riscaldatore/spruzzo non sono disponibili all'hotel, probabilmente si organizzano da qualche altra proprietà con un costo aggiuntivo. La stessa cosa è disponibile per il cibo nella vostra stanza, il colazione può richiedere un'ora per arrivare alla vostra stanza Se qualcuno intende visitare la Tiger Hill o la zona vicina, informate il personale almeno la sera precedente che possono organizzare per voi Broad Butter/Jam Quando il personale è amichevole qui, Potrebbero aiutarvi a superare ciò che avete bisogno, quindi cercate di raggiungere loro, e ciò vi aiuterà a non essere esauriti o addirittura a risparmiare qualche centesimo.

Situated within 5 kms of the NJP railway station, this hotel provided a quick check in even quite late at night. The suite was spacious though it didn't have any window. They don't offer a buffet breakfast but the in room dining menu was extensive and the food was good. They have no tieup with car rental agencies for onward journeys or arrangement for station and airport pickup and drop. The check out was also quite fast. Overall a comfortable stay.
