The house is nestled in the woods and on the water with spectacular sunset views over looking the Albemarle Sound. Enjoy sunning in the pool or fishing off the dock. There is an abundance of dock space for your boat or jet skis. OVER 4000 SQUARE FEET OF LIVING SPACE!.

This is a pet friendly house!: I need to know the size and breed of your dog. The house is on the water The back yard is fenced in and puppy friendly. You can rent your sheets and towels with moneys worth 25226169994 Just For The Beach which is 866 OBx rent or 252 629 7368.About pets:No pets allowed, service animals permitted.$50.00 per pet limit 2 You must ask permission.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 3-17.No for toddlers or children that are high strung.About customRules:If you don't follow the rules you will lose your deposit and may be evicted.The boatlift is not included with this rental. However you are available to tie your boat up at the dock there are many locations to launch the boat,You’re responsible for picking up the dog poo poo. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
