Ottimo hotel vicino all'aereoporto,soggiornato una notte aspettando di trasferirmi,degustato ottimo cibo e avuto un ottimo servizio anche in reception con mr.yohane persona gentelissima..consiglio vivamente..

There should improve on their breakfast . I like tea or coffee but on the morning of 1 January the tea i was given if i am not mistaken with measurements it was 150mls in a very tiny cup. I think there should be an upgrade on quality of breakfast which i think was down graded compared to the previous breakfast i had in August 2022. At that time and day in August it was a buffet

The staff especially Latifah at the reception were amazing. Everyone was polite and the hotel is clean. I certainly enjoyed my bday vacay with them. Only issue I had was with my flights with Air Tanzania, to which Rita ta reception tried to help, but also the hotel lines to the airline went unanswered. Grateful for the lovely staff.

I had the pleasure of dining at Mediterraneo Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. È un hotel piuttosto nuovo e parte di Marriott Bonvoy. Mi è piaciuto stare li' molto, il personale è molto amichevole e attento. Il buffet per colazione è bello e con varie opzioni. La piscina ha una bella dimensione, tuttavia non ha una vista. Parlando di vista, alcune camere hanno una bella vista sul mare. Alcune hanno vista sulla piscina ma si vede anche il paesaggio verde che è anche bella. Le camere sono piuttosto grandi, un tipo di TV piccola, ma si sentono molto comode e il letto è anche grande. Anche USB e un connettore di potenza internazionale al stand notturno, che ancora molti altri hotel non hanno. Le camere sono pulite molto bene. La palestra è molto fondamentale, solo macchine per cardio e pochi peso. Il ristorante ha mangiato a diversi reprises e ha sempre mangiato bene.C'è un'area chiamata Slipway a soli 5 minuti a piedi, che offre anche grandi opzioni alimentari e un po' di vita notturna.

L'esperienza più assurda e brutta che mi è mai capitata. Conosco questo albergo sono stata ospite da loro pagando una tariffa di $ 165 nel marzo 2021 durante il periodo covid. Ho fatto un week a dar 12 è 13 febbraio 2022, cercavo un'albergo per la notte del 13 febbraio è su booking mi è apparsa un' offerta a $ 117 per il sea cliff Hotel. Leggo attentamente tutto e prenoto, super contenta in quanto ripeto conosco la struttura. Arrivo al check-in e stupita mi portano da un'altra parte ad un certo seacliff village. Delusa e meravigliata da cio' che stava accadendo mi rivolgo subito alla reception che mi fa parlare con la manager. Dal colloquio con le manager rimango ancora più schifata dall'atteggiamente che in totale differenza è menefreghismo mi dicono che la tariffa prenotata è sbagliata e se volevo potevo cancellare e prenotare il seacliff dando la differenza. Il mio compagno ha iniziato ad arrabbiarsi veramente di fronte a questo scempio ed ha iniziato ad alzare la voce dicendo che si sentiva totalmente fregato da questa situazione,manager completamente indifferenti 👏👏👏,nessuna scusa nessuna soluzione ,solo, pagami la differenza,come se io sia in totale difetto. Rimaniamo al sea cliff Village per la notte super insoddisfatti è ci sentiamo altamente fregati in quanto lo riteniamo un posto vecchio,sporco,macchie di sporco sui pavimenti esterni, esterni mal tenuti, ruggine nella doccia, rumori esterni.La mattina alle 8.45 hanno iniziato ad usare il trapano....un vero incubo. Ma la cosa più sorprendente è che in tutto questo anche *********** si è lavato completamente le mani fregandosene di quello che realmente ci stava succedendo e la cosa più meravigliosa sapete quale è?? che non mi fanno lasciare il feedback su *********** ditemi se questa non è una truffa legalizzata. Complimenti a tutti👏👏👏👏👏 Sicuro noi al seacliff non torneremo è non lo raccomandiamo ai nostri amici essendo noi residenti.

Ho trascorso 2 notti in viaggio professionale e 1 notta in personale. L’établissement è buono, un po’ vecchio ma con un servizio impeccabile e dei dipendenti affascinanti. Il buffet del colazione merita di essere migliorato

Il servizio è in posizione, la prima notte ha dato una piccola stanza diversa da quella della prenotazione, la seconda notte mi ha dato una stanza più grande, che tratta seriamente i clienti.

I have been traveling to this beautiful city of Dar es Salam for the past 20 years and have stayed at almost all the hotels and hotel/apartments that rate from 3* to 5*. I have to be honest that many have impressed me and some disappointed me and I could say some have surprised me, but I still had to find one that was 100% on point until I landed at Aura Suites. This place is in a wonderful location of the city, it is central and it can serve business people single or in groups, it could play host to families on short stays or those in transit and would also be ideal for groups of tourists. I happens to pick a one bedroom suite, what I got was jaw dropping and for a very very affordable rate inclusive of breakfast. I had what they call a mini kitchen but to me was a kitchen for a good 2 bedroom apartment anywhere in the world, I got a living room with beautiful furniture and a massive television, a dining room, a guest cloak room, a laundry room and the bedroom was actually even more than my expectation this is a huge en-suite room with a massive TV, closet, and safe box. The furniture and fixtures are all top notch and of high quality. The showers are rain showers with enough water pressure and hot water is always available. They have a roof top bar and restaurant on the 16th floor that gives you an amazing view of the skyline of Dar es salaam, the food was amazing and they have every kind of drink at their bar and all at very competitive reasonable prices. The entire building is immensely neat and clean it may remind you of a military hospital in terms of the precision and attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and well maintained. Last but not least the staff are friendly, and educated with knowledge of what they are serving in drink or food which at times can be a challenge even in the top 5* hotels in Dar. I was amazed that the top management and managers of the hotel are consistently moving around the place and checking on the services, as I assumed these maybe businessman who are guests but very professional well dressed men would approach me and always ask if I am ok and how was my meal and my breakfast and or if I slept well. All in all they have me as their regular customer and I recommend anybody intending to visit Dar to stay at Aura suites
