After 8 days in China, including stays at renowned 5-star hotels in Lijiang and Shangrila, we can confidently say that the service at Zenview Yading beats them all. While the national park location and view are stunning, the owner, Mr. Steve, is the true hidden gem of the region. His English skills are exceptional—far beyond any hotel staff we encountered in China—making communication effortless. Even more valuable is his infectious passion for the mountains, which made our short visit to Yading absolutely perfect and unforgettable. Recommendation: Zenview Yading is an absolute must-stay. Pros: Great location, beautiful view from the room, nicely decorated room, and helpful staff. Cons: There are few staff members, so cleanliness might not always be perfect. Also, since we’re foreigners, the local-style breakfast wasn’t quite to our taste. Overall, it was a good stay — we’d stay here again if we have the chance.

We picked this hotel initially because of its beautiful rooms, amazing views, and location. We had a lovely stay and would come back again for all those reasons, but especially because the staff was so friendly and helpful. We met Steve, the owner of the hotel who speaks perfect English, who helped us with our hike planning - I actually proposed to my fiancée on the hike and the staff here helped me decorate our room while were out to my exact specifications. 10/10 recommend Steve and Zenvew!

The hotel is very beautiful and you can feel luxury here The mountains view is right from the balcony. Everything is perfect. Though the room is very beautifu beyond my expectations l but the most impression for me is Yzong, a young enthusiastic lady who is everything for customers. Yzong is caring and helps me with the luggage pick up on the way while I need not get off the bus to Yading. I forgot my backpack on a bus and Yzong helped manage until I had my backpack back and nothing was missing even a yuan. I felt so grateful for her help. Even when I left the hotel, Yzong just helped send me back on a bus. Thank you Yzong, you are my angel 😇 The other staff, a man who was at my breakfast was also good. He checked if I wanted more breakfast and he served more. I recommend Zen Vew at Aden village. You will be impressed as I did. The best hotel and the best attitude of staff here from ally travelling life. Note: there's oxygen generator in the room, and the hotel has trekking poles, you can borrow.

Hotel location is good with good view. Staff are friendly and warm. Dinner served by their in house kitchen is sumptuous.

Magnificent view in front of the hotel. Great location. Super attentive staff. Nice breakfast. Oxygen supply is definitely crucial. Rooms are very comfortable.
