遇到的每位酒店服務人員都很棒，在入住前明月提前給我們打了電話確認到店時間以及是否有特殊需求，聽説我媽媽感冒了還提前讓廚房準備了薑茶放在保温壺裡。到店了之後，工號021的小姐姐以及禮賓部工號123的叔一路把我們送到房間，酒店送的草莓很好吃！！離店的時候箱子比較大，禮賓部086的叔一路幫我們放到了車上也很熱情的讓我們下次來再來。酒店房間很大，空房間較多的話會主動升級，總體來説體驗感還是很好的！
