Alpine Lifestyle Berghotel Madlener

雖因為是獨自出行，所以訂了單人間，雖然床比我想象中的小，但是很舒服！有陽台，面朝綠葱葱的山⛰️風景很美很安靜！關鍵是服務人員非常友好！因為我到的晚了，餐廳已經下班了，但他們表示還可以給我做些想吃的，第二天早上自然醒已經10點多，早餐沒了也還沒到午飯時間，我想吃意麪，雖然菜單上沒有但是他們還是給我做了😋很喜歡這家酒店，有機會還會來的！

環境很喜歡

We visited this hotel for two nights as a family with a small child (3 years old). The renovated rooms are spectacular and very charming. The wooden touch throughout the hotel and our room was so cozy and really had that Austrian flair. The room itself was way beyond our expectations and we were thrilled. The sofa pullout bed was new and comfy for our child. The regular beds were very good with comfortable duvets and pillows, the mattress was superb. The decorations throughout the room looked amazing and the lighting was also a great touch. The balcony was great for sitting in the sun and taking in the breathtaking views! Bathroom was wonderful with a separate toilet which actually comes in very handy. Highly recommend the renovated rooms, well worth it! Parking is free and they have plenty of room! Breakfast was from 8-10 and dinner from 6-8. The food was really fantastic and just the right amount. Even my picky toddler loved it and was super happy to try all the nice dishes. If you didn’t want something on the menu they were very accommodating. They assign each room their own table for both meals which is actually quite nice, we enjoyed that. I absolutely cannot complain about one single thing regarding the food. The service in the dining room worked very hard and you could tell they gave their best. They have high chairs for small children too. The “uga lift” is within walking distance and gets you to the mountains for some hiking. Many different trails available and we had a wonderful hike. There is a nice restaurant at the top which is so cozy inside, and a fantastic playground outside. We also drove to the Diedamskopf lift and spent the next day there. You can bring a stroller but it was a bit difficult going down the mountain. There is currently a very informative little museum at the top which costs 2 euro entrance but it is very nice for kids. The restaurant also looked good and there is a lovely terrace to sit at overlooking many mountain tops. All in all this hotel was great value for the money and I would honestly recommend it in the summer or winter, I am sure the skiing is amazing. Thank you to the wonderful staff and owners for showing us such hospitality.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Vom freundlichen Empfang bis zum liebevoll angerichteten Frühstück. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Besonders die ruhige Lage war super traumhaft! Ich bin begeistert über die Lage!

Das Positive vorweg: die Lage des Hotels zum Skigebiet ist optimal. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und auch zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Mit einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hat das Haus nichts zu tun. Hier nur ein paar Dinge, die nicht ok waren: Rotweinfleck vom Vorabend auf der Tischdecke, dreckige Weingläser, Kellner hektisch und überfordert, kaputtes Licht im Zimmer wurde erst nach 3-malignem Hinweis repariert, Toilettenpapier und Duschgel wurde nicht aufgefüllt, Rotwein kalt, dafür war das Parfait eher Pudding, die Zimmer wurden nicht richtig gereinigt ( der Staub auf der Lichtleiste über dem Bett lag schon ein paar Wochen dort ), Spinnweben im Eingangsbereich an allen Ecken und an der Lampe ( Sauberkeit wird wohl nicht sehr groß geschrieben ) , und, und, und… Wir haben erst nach 4 Tagen erfahren, wer der Chef ist ( er hatte sich nie vorgestellt ). Wir wollten ihn dann auf die Mängel ansprechen, aber er hat es nicht für nötig gehalten, ein Gespräch mit uns zu führen… Das ging leider erst am Abreisetag… wir hoffen für die nachfolgenden Gäste, dass er unsere Beschwerden ernst genommen hat und künftig das Hotel so führt, dass es seinen 4 Sternen gerecht wird … Wir waren jedenfalls komplett enttäuscht…. Preis- Leistung passen nicht zusammen…

Wir haben dieses Hotel zum ersten Mal gebucht und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine ausgezeichnete, sehr kreative Küche mit einem 5-Gänge-Menu am Abend und einem üppigen Frühstücksbuffet am Morgen werden uns im Gedächtnis bleiben. Die Saunalandschaft mit 5 verschiedenen Saunen war nach dem Skilauf sehr angenehm. Wir bekamen beim Einchecken einen Schlüssel für eine Skibox direkt am UGA-Skilift, was in Verbindung mit der Skibushaltestelle vor dem Haus eine echte Erleichterung bedeutet. Wir sind sicher, dass wir das Berghotel Madlener wieder besuchen werden.
