Hotel Miramar

Beautiful location (on the Devka beach promenade), excellent room service, delicious food and above all very cooperative staff / ***agement. Te property has a well maintained lawn and a swimming pool too. The entire family enjoyed the stay in the hotel.

Lovely room! We had two king sized beds which were very comfortable. Staff were lovely at all times. One day, we had a problem with our air conditioning and they were more than happy to have it fixed right away. The rooms and hotel exteriors are clean. Lovely pool. We had dinner on both days in the restaurant and they have a varied food menu, ranging from tandoor, Indian, Punjabi, Chinese and so on. I would totally recommend the Bullet Prawns; absolutely delicious, full of flavour and the best part is, they’re flaming when they come to the table. I would stay here again.

Subroto ***ager was worst, we are regular for last 20 years and we were denied dining in 2nd floor by subroto which we always use and later he even denied discount for regulars. This is my last time dining at Miramar, I am taking my business somewhere else due to worst service attitude by subroto. The owner need to take note of this, this is not how you treat regulars, I saw there was another regular guest and they had the same issues with service…TERRIBLE.

One of the worst hotel and ***agement. We stayed on 3rd june. The reception guy will offer a discount on F&B to sell rooms but once you get the bills they denied and starts fighting with guests. ***y guests faceinh this issue during checkouts. No fridge in the rooms. As they want to loot their guests 1000rs for small ice bouquets. Never seen any stars if hotel in India or Global 1000rs for 50rs ice bequets. So before booking and check-in guys make sure everything. They don’t provide any glasses in the rooms. So no fridge No ice bouquets No glasses And looting False commi**ents during checkins

We visited Miramar Hotel for our stay. But we changed our mind because of poor service by front receptionist MR MILAN DA***IA. We asked him some simple questions and he was so uninterested and was rude with his answer. Seems like he was having a bad day or he was not happy with his job. Eventually we decided to go to different hotel as we didn’t felt welcomed.

Very well maintained property in da***, staff / service/ food ... All were excellent. Mainly the GM -MR. JITENTERJI is gem of a person. What he told, he gave more than that. Excellent behaviour. Thankyou for the kind gesture and support during the 3 day stay at the property. We enjoyed alot. Will go again for a staycation to enjoy the property.

yesterday evening five of us went to the restaurant of Hotel Miramar. We had appetizer at the hotel. We had hotel vouchers which we had to use. We informed the hotel staff that we had voucher coupons. When our appetizer was complete and we asked for the bill, we informed the hotel staff at the time of bill that we would use buy one get one free coupon, but they asked us to do another coupon, then after several arguments they decided to change the bill. It took a long time to change the bill and when they brought the bill and we asked what is the mode of payment they said cash only then we told them that we will pay by card then they started arguing when we asked there is no value of time, the hotel staff member was a *** in a black shirt and the F&B service team started a fight with us and raised a hand. He used to fight in the restaurant also and when we were leaving, they are come down and again fight with us and abuse. If anyone is not sure of this incident, there is a record in the CCTV camera of the hotel, you can see that it is very pathetic ***agement, they don't know what is the hospitality . And till now the ***agement has not taken any action.

We had stayed this hotel for one night 15-Oct-21 . Check-in/Check-out Hassel free and smooth . However my suggestion is to put one more staff for faster check-in process when there are rush of guest for check-in Cleanliness Hotel is indeed neat and clean . Parking Space Ample parking space is available . Rooms Rooms are neat and clean, linen , bathroom are neat and clean . Air conditioner , geyser is in working condition . Rooms are well lit . I booked two deluxe rooms , One is see view and other is pool view. However in pool view room there is no varan*** as against sea view room . Sea view rooms are attached with restaurants dinning space . once you pull out curtain you can see guest enjoying food in restaurant. You need to keep the curtain closed if you want privacy . Loud music is played in restaurant / hotel till late night which caused disturbance in sleep. No tea / coffee maker in room . Wifi was good . Restaurant This hotel have three restaurant .View is good. Food Quality Food quality was so standard . We took chef special chicken Lahori in lunch, lot of salts. In dinner we took chicken tikka biriyani . Very less quantity with exorbitant cost . chicken tikka was quite hard . Less staff is kitchen caused delay in delivering ordered food. Over all it looks 4* property and against the cost the service that they provide is not worth. Swimming pool was clean but closed to maintain covid protocol .
