Friendly staff presents. Very clean. New building arkitektur & renw. Breakfast was lux.

Персонал хороший, местоположение отличное, а вот отель просит ремонта, устарел. В душе грибок. Как промежуточное место для переночевать - пойдет. Номера не соответствуют фото, фото сделаны лет наверное 15 назад.
Персоналу отдельное спасибо.

I had 10 nights here on arrival I was not happy with the shoe boxes of room I was allocated so they put another bed in the same room and thought we would be happy so we complained and wete moved to back of hotel which to be honest weren't much better.

Our flight from Dalaman was cancelled. We were bussed to this hotel. This review is on 2 parts due to the experience we endured. Positives * The way the hotel handled very tired and disgruntled passengers. They were helpful and professional trying to placate the passengers and keep noise to a minimum for staying guests * Pool area looked lovely Negatives * Clearly the worst rooms are kept for these situations * We were trekked up 3 flights of stairs to room 304 * Staircase bannister loose and in danger of coming off the wall if leaned on heavily * Room was appalling. Ripped net curtains, dirty, no working air con, warm fridge, broken table, wires hanging out of walls * Floor was a real mess and a hazard * Sloping ceiling where the bed was meaning I smashed my head on it * Broken and awful furniture - thank goodness we didn't have to use it * Dirty shower * Flies all over breakfast buffet, inedible me menemen and potatoes * No orange juice (small issue)

A lovely hotel with hardworking staff who make you feel welcome. Breakfat very Turkish could do with some cereals. Loved the cats and dog who made the place homely . Hotel near the centre which we liked . A few ******* the room needed some care. The bathroom floor was slippy we had to take extra care and bought an extra mat . All in all we enjoyed our 9 nights there .

What a lovely a boutique hotel , rooms round the pool lovely, if you get one of these it’s ideal, not at the back they are very isolated.Please keep it boutique style , just for us mature guests, ie Adults only. Thanks to you and all of your wonderful staff, the extended room stay and the gift you gave us. We value our free time with restful holidays in your wonderful Dalyan and the situations that arose during our stay marred it slightly. Marks out of ten for hospitality 10. Ambience 6.
