Then return for a relaxing evening in a peaceful, secluded cabin sitting by a campfire. Conveniently located just 13 miles from Bennett Springs or 24 miles from Nemo Landing on Pomme de Terre Lake. This cabin comfortably sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen and two twins in the loft, and a comfortable futon located in the living area.This cabin does not have internet, satellite, or cable in it as it was built to enjoy the outdoors. It does have a television and DVD player for that bedtime movie or for a rainy day. Cell phones work fine outside of the cabin but have no coverage inside. Property boundaries are marked very well so spend the day hiking and exploring. Not many reviews yet as the property just changed hands last June.The previous owner had great reviews and we promise to live up to the same expectations. This is a great getaway house just 1 mile from the river! Perfect place to go canoeing or trout fishing. Located only minutes from the trout hatchery and the famous Bennett Springs. The house has 2 queen size beds, 1 full size bed and a set of twin size bunk beds. We also have a roll away bed and a queen size air mattress available for use. The living room features a gas fireplace for a cozy romantic setting, WiFi with satellite and smart TVs. If you would rather relax outside, the hot tub located on the back patio is the perfect place to do so after a long day canoeing, fishing, or exploring. We also have a fire pit if you want to make some s'mores or just hang out and relax. The food plot located behind the house gives visitors the perfect opportunity to spot some deer or turkey. It may not be as fancy as some of the other rentals in the area, but it's our home away from home for our large family and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!There is also a camper plug available on site for more guests or for your own camper/rv. We offer two cabins on our secluded property. . Yu can rent Marley's cousin cabin Ollie's Woolly Bugger for a full retreat experience. Enjoy the front porch listening to wind chimes. Have a fire in the huge fire pit made from boulders from our property, go fishing a mile down the road. Float the Niangua with several outfitters near by, visit the Mennonite area, travel 8 miles to Bennet Springs State park. We are pet friendly and have plenty of room for them to run. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and we offer a full size Murphy bed in the living area perfect for 4 people to stay. A washer and dryer is located in the bedroom with laundry essentials supplied. A full kitchen is offered with stove, oven, microwave, crock pot , and Coffee maker with coffee and creamer included. We offer a full bathroom, shower only, with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner supplied. Even treats for the pups. Enjoy a complimentary bottle wine to sip on during your stay with us.
