I love this hotel so much and always enjoy my stays here! From the moment I stepped out of my car until I stepped back in, the staff made me feel like a Ritz Carlton should make one feel pampered and cared for! The little touches, such as the guacamologist in the lobby to the world's best shot of margarita this side of the Pecos, you are transported when you enter the lobby and acknowledged by your name by everyone, as it should be. My luggage and the valet were waiting at my door when I stepped off the elevator, and my Titanium status had earned me an upgrade to a fabulous Junior Suite. On the table in the living area was a welcome note with my handwritten name on it and a box of artisan truffles to enjoy as I settled in. This was the evening of an unfortunate power outage in the hotel, but the staff did not miss a beat. The generators kicked on to keep the common areas lit, and an elevator worked for guest use, so we weren't stuck in our rooms. The Ritz Carlton Club was still operational, and the staff laid out beautiful dinner and dessert buffets by lantern light. It was almost a shame that the lights did come back on just over an hour later; it had been that enjoyable. My mobile key wouldn't open the gym door the following day, so I called downstairs as the app prompted me to ask if it could be reset remotely. The desk clerk said not to worry, she would come to me and was there with a new key within two minutes! The gym was excellent, with so many machines and spaces for everything, including a semi-private area for yoga/pilates. Breakfast was great; I especially loved the fresh-pressed juice options. I had mentioned my love of the oatmeal at check-in, and the next day, the chef emailed me the recipe! I wish all Ritz Carltons offered this level of service and excellence, but until they do, I'll continue to proclaim the Dallas location as the best in the country!

Ho letto di solito recensioni su TripAdvisor quando ho pianificato i viaggi, ma tendo a non scrivere così tanti, ma ho visto che non c'è stato un recensione di questo hotel dal 2019 prima della pandemia COVID, che mi ha esitato a prenotare qui senza conoscere le condizioni attuali, Quindi ho pensato di aggiungere qualche parola veloce per aggiornare questa pagina. Abbiamo controllato ieri sera per la prima delle 4 notti qui. Il lobby era stato attraentemente organizzato con decorazioni per Natale. L'hotel e la camera sono puliti e confortevoli, sembrano essere stati ristrutturati relativamente recentemente.La posizione si sente sicura e ha ristoranti vicino, ma è abbastanza lontano dall'autostrada per sembrare piuttosto tranquillo (almeno nella nostra stanza è). Il personale della reception e del colazione è stato amichevole e accogliente, e Gerardo nella zona del colazione aveva il buffet aperto e caldo fino a quando il colazione era finita alle 9 (siamo venuti a mangiare solo circa 10 minuti prima delle 9 per prendere un po' di quello che era stato a sinistra, e a volte in altri hotel abbiamo visto cibo freddo e/o svanito in quel momento, ma non è stato il caso qui - ci erano omelete calde e bianche, link di salsa e rulli di cinamo in attesa). Siamo membri di premi IHG e abbiamo soggiornato nella nostra quota equa di hotel Holiday Inn Express in tutto il paese, e questo è uno dei migliori che abbiamo fatto, soprattutto considerando che il prezzo che abbiamo prenotato la stanza è stato relativamente piuttosto buono Abbiamo scelto qui perché non è troppo lontano dal centro della città, ma anche vicino alla vasta selezione di ristoranti cinesi autentici nelle suburbi di Richardson e Plano che stiamo cercando specificamente, Perciò la posizione è abbastanza adatta per i nostri scopi. Questo è un hotel davvero unico, eclectico! SERVIZIO È È stato stupendo! Specialmente nella zona del bar e del ristorante. Il cibo era anche buono. Mangiavamo dal menu del pranzo e del colazione e doveva morire. Abbiamo bevuto sul tetto, e anche questo è stato spettacolare con un servizio amichevole e una vista magnifica. La zona della piscina sul tetto era molto bello con un po' di fuoco e un sacco di soggiorno dentro e fuori. Era un'atmosfera davvero divertente. La nostra stanza era HUGE e aveva anche una grande vista - era una stanza angolare. Molto comoda. Ci siamo trasferiti molto bene. Anche a piedi da altri bar e ristoranti. Il parcheggio era abbondante e gratuito. Lo consiglierei certamente.

Due famiglie che viaggiano insieme (2 adulti, 4 bambini di 9, 10, 11 e 13 anni) per un soggiorno durante la settimana. L'affitto della spiaggia si è allagato, quindi ci siamo diretti invece nel nord del Texas. L'arte nell'hotel era incredibile. Intrufolato in una lezione di storia durante le vacanze estive. Il cibo nei ristoranti era al di sopra della media con prezzi sopra la media. I bagni erano estremamente puliti. Le camere sono state pulite solo per 2+ giorni di permanenza. Servito solo una volta tra il martedì e il venerdì. Paghi il prezzo per comodità ma potresti fare il check-in e non lasciare mai l'hotel. Il parco acquatico era aperto dalle 10 alle 7. La spa non era ancora aperta, un po' deludente. Il servizio clienti era di prim'ordine.

La posizione e la pulizia sono ottime! Sono rimasto un po' deluso dal mio soggiorno a Warwick. Per iniziare, il cameriere è un incubo quando l'hotel è pieno. Capisco che forse hanno carenza di personale e hanno lavorato troppo, ma si vede anche. Ci sono alcuni servizi che non abbiamo avuto come accappatoi, pantofole, uso del veicolo navetta. Anche in questo caso ciò potrebbe essere dovuto al personale, ma è comunque un'esperienza deludente. Consiglierei di pianificare in base a un'esperienza a meno di 4 stelle.

Il cameriere ha detto che non c'era niente. Quando avevo firmato, la ricetta lo saprebbe.Ho firmato, due 52 coltelli. Il giorno dopo, abbiamo anche scelto di aiutarci a fare la colazione. La cameriera ci ha portato una tazza di mela da tutti.Quando andiamo, prendo la fattura e lascio la fattura e me ne sono andata.Non vedo la firma.Non guardare attentamente la firma è una lezione pesante!!!!Ho trovato 30 coltelli più quando ho fatto la fattura, che soldi? Questa stanza non ha flussi di sicurezza e rumore attraverso le pareti sottili. , deve tenere il pulsante costantemente per l'acqua per fluire attraverso il produttore di caffè. Ho lavorato duramente per una tazza di caffè!L'hotel non ha avuto colazione continentale né offrì caffè.Falsa pubblicità di hotel e camere. Il prezzo è ancora troppo basso per la mancanza di sonno che si ottiene dalla lotta e la nervosità della droga affari fuori dalla vostra stanza. Non poteva rimborsare a causa della politica di cancellazione e siamo stati su un bilancio. Prendi una stanza in qualsiasi altro intorno a questo.

La posizione e la pulizia sono ottime! Sono rimasto un po' deluso dal mio soggiorno a Warwick. Per iniziare, il cameriere è un incubo quando l'hotel è pieno. Eppure ti viene ancora addebitato il cameriere. Non c'è molto personale per assistere con i bagagli. La reception è meno disposta ad aiutare. Capisco che forse hanno carenza di personale e hanno lavorato troppo, ma si vede anche. Ci sono alcuni servizi che non abbiamo avuto come accappatoi, pantofole, uso del veicolo navetta. Anche in questo caso ciò potrebbe essere dovuto al personale, ma è comunque un'esperienza deludente. Consiglierei di pianificare in base a un'esperienza a meno di 4 stelle.

I arrived after having travelled a long distance. I was greeted by the front desk lady, and I then proceeded to access my apartment. I unpacked my items and tried to connect to the Wi-Fi using the instructions, I also tried to adjust the air conditioning to make the room slightly cooler as it was warm and not blowing cool air - this did not work. I could also not connect to the Wi-Fi therefore I could not use the television. (The television required I connect to the wifi to use the chromecast, to watch anything at all). I messaged the front desk lady and she came upstairs and tried to fix the air conditioning (without much of an apology). She also advised me to connect to the Wi-Fi of a neighboring apartment. However I later discovered this meant the tv still would not work. She could not get the air con to cool down it was around 8:00 PM by this time, and I had not eaten any food since travelling, and as Sonder do not have any food in the kitchen for new guests she vaguely told me that she would get an engineer to come and have a look at it but said she did not know when this would be. Obviously I did not want to leave the apartment because an engineer may need to come and look at the air con so this was difficult - because she was extremely vague and said she 'didn't know' when the engineer was coming. At no point did she apologize profusely and clearly say that's fine you can leave the apartment, they will access anyway. I did go out in the end and no-one came to fix it. The next the next morning I reached out to Sonder on the app directly to ask what the situation was and when the engineer was coming? As I still did not have Wi-Fi or television and I was still unable make my apartment cooler. I had not slept very well that night because the room was not cool. Once I messaged on the app she appeared quickly, so I assume it is her management team that I reach when I message on the app? She later during the trip told me not to 'chime in on the app' if I have requests!! She then came back to my room and told me that I was moving rooms. Again no apology. She did not offer a bell boy or any assistance for all of my bags - bearing in mind all of the items I'd unpacked. She just told me where the room was an that she left the door open and that was all. I was obviously very tired by this point as I hadn't slept well and I had no apology. Disgusting service. Once I accessed my new apartment, the view through the windows of the apartment and saw that I was overlooking the swimming pool. (To my knowledge and from what I had researched I understood this was the 'Waterproof Dallas rooftop pool' which hosts late night DJ events from Thursday to Sunday every week.) To be honest looking back now I realise it was the community pool on the 4th floor which I was overlooking which is very quiet however I was very tired and I did not know this, so I messaged Sonder saying that I did not want to be in a room which overlooked a loud party pool, and obviousl

Used this hotel as it is close to a Holt Cat dealer and I’m an employee training for the week. It is in a very bad area as other reviewers described but it had a security guard and I was willing to take the risk. Was quoted 139.00 a day and I said that’s good I needed it for the week. Room was nice although the walls were thin and the ac unit sounded like an airplane trying to take off when the compressor kicked in. I did not complain about these things, I realize some things the front desk just can’t control. However when I checked out and asked for a copy of the bill I was shocked to see that the daily charges were 139, 179, 199, 199, and 139. I spoke with the guy at the front desk and he said he didn’t know why but would have the asst manager Jennifer call when she came in Went to class the whole day and got no call. Drove 4 hours home and called and she said Jennifer would be in at 11 pm and would call me in the morning. I called back at 6:30 before her shift ended and she said it was common practice to change the rates daily without people’s consent. I asked since my credit card was charged when I arrive was this not a contract to which she stated it was only a hold put on the card. She then stated I needed to talk to the manager Tim when he arrived back to work on Monday. This is not even my credit card that was charged it was the company’s but it’s about the principle now. The fact that I have to wait 4 days for something to be corrected that should have happened when brought to their attention the first time. There is a major disconnect between the auditors, managers, and customers. Will see how Tim handles this Monday before I write a review on Holts credit card statement that I have to submit, for all of holts company’s to see how Marriott treats its customers.

Il viaggio e l'hotel sono stati piacevoli, ma il vicedirettore ha cercato di dirci che non c'erano disponibilità, ma quando ne abbiamo trovato uno online ha cercato di dire che la nostra carta di credito non avrebbe funzionato e che non avevano un lettore di chip per le carte . Alla fine ci ha permesso di prenotare ma il servizio era molto scarso e non lo abbiamo apprezzato affatto?
