Nel complesso un buon posto con un design luminoso. La posizione è a circa 20-25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria o a 15 minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana con collegamento diretto per l'aeroporto. È accogliente per gli stranieri, dato che il personale cordiale parla un po' di inglese o cerca di comunicare tramite un traduttore online. Il letto era molto comodo, l'aria condizionata funzionava bene per rinfrescare, il Wi-Fi era veloce. Due piccole pecche: lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene e c'era uno strano odore in camera al mio arrivo, ma niente di grave. La colazione non è a buffet. Vi verrà servito un vassoio con del cibo, come mostrato in foto. Se vi piacciono le zampe di pollo e i gamberi in porridge di riso a colazione, li adorerete :)
D'altro canto, ti insistono molto per lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle al momento del check-out. Hanno persino un manuale apposito in diverse lingue. Questo rovina la buona impressione generale.
In ogni caso, posso consigliare questo posto.

CCynthia MaherWe were totally enjoy our stay in Yuehe Art Hotel. We were stay at 31St floor the view was amazing it got the great sea view of Vienna watertown. The location also very convenient 10 mins walk to get to subway and cross the road is immediately at the sightseeing spot. The room (suit) itself is very spacious and clean. Maggie is very helpful to provide all the informations and help. It was delightful spending few days in this hotel. Highly recommend.

UUtente ospiteMost of the staff do not speak English at all! Only the guys at the reception speak good English and all questions had to be resolved with them, including the restaurant menu - no one in the restaurant, even with my use of a Chinese online translator, could help me with questions about the menu and when I asked the person at the reception to help me understand the menu, it turned out that the kitchen could not cook either the first course from the menu or the second. With dietary restrictions and allergies, you can die of hunger here.
I consider it unacceptable to have non-English-speaking staff in a franchise of an English establishment.
The cook at breakfast talks on the phone right at the place where food is prepared during breakfast. I wanted to ask him a question about the dishes on the first day - he was texting on the phone, on the second day he was directly talking on the phone.
The dishes at breakfast are either not named at all or are named only in Chinese.
There was no seller in the store at the hotel no matter how many times I went in to buy a T-shirt. In the end, I tried on what I was interested in at the store, chose it and went to the reception to pay for it. The next day, a salesperson appeared in the store and told me that the T-shirt I bought the day before had a 20% discount for a month, but when I paid for it, I paid it full price and thus I was deceived by 20% of the cost of the T-shirt and did not give any receipt.
The pool is very small and not deep for such a huge hotel. If there is someone else in the pool besides your partner, there is not enough space.
The sea near the hotel is dirty. Nothing is suitable for swimming - there are no sun loungers, there is no space on the beach specifically for the guests of the hotel. The beach is across the road from the hotel.
There was only one coffee machine at breakfast and it didn't work both days. You could ask a restaurant worker for coffee.
The hotel by the way has a cool energetic staff and that's nice. The room cleaning is high-quality.
There are renovations going on at the hotel and guests can't use all the hotel areas.

YYouyouxiaoxianHo soggiornato al Dalian Yifang Castle Hotel a Dalian, ma il suo nome ufficiale online è: Dalian Yifang Castle Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel. Quando appare la parola ”selezionato”, sembra una cosa scadente e incatenata [che copre il volto]. Restiamo sbalorditi quando vediamo questo nome. Non so cosa stia pensando il proprietario dell'hotel🤷
L'hotel stesso è una delle attrazioni più rappresentative di Dalian. Sono venuto qui perché ne ho sentito parlare da Suor Hua in ufficio molti anni fa. Ha aperto nel 2014, quindi ne ho sentito parlare in ufficio nel 2014 [sorriso]
Poi stamattina mi sono svegliato e ho pensato a una domanda: perché a Dalian si ha la sensazione che ci sia un servizio, ma in realtà il servizio è fuori tema? Naturalmente, il motivo principale potrebbe essere che al bar c'era un uomo vestito di nero con occhiali da sole che ti ha aperto la portiera della macchina [scoppia a ridere]. Questa questione non ha nulla a che vedere con l'hotel in questione, ma anche il servizio offerto è soddisfacente. È già così caro, le bevande del minibar sono a pagamento e il frigorifero è riscaldato [si mette le dita nel naso]. Si vede che molte persone non hanno mangiato il cibo che c'è dentro, quindi nessuno è venuto a segnalare questa situazione. In secondo luogo, quando il personale di servizio risponderà alla tua domanda, ti dirà che è una stagista e che non è molto chiaro. Direi che allora puoi andare a chiedere. Quindi mi chiedevo: che tipo di servizio farà sentire bene i clienti? La mia conclusione è che se desiderate un buon servizio alberghiero, non dovete prenotare un albergo troppo grande. Ad esempio, il rapporto tra personale di servizio e ospiti sulla nostra nave da crociera di lusso in Antartide è di circa 1:1. L'ultima volta che abbiamo soggiornato al Pearl Hotel di Guiyang, era ovvio che c'erano più camerieri che ospiti. C'era anche un piccolo B&B con solo 5 camere. In questo caso, potrai sostanzialmente usufruire di un servizio migliore.

😴 Best sleep I’ve had in ages
Honestly, I don’t remember the last time I slept so well. I got almost 10 hours of uninterrupted sleep, the room was quiet, perfectly cool, and the blackout curtains made the room completely dark, which I loved.
Also, they offer an a la carte menu and even late-night service, which is super handy if you’re up late or get in hungry.
🧖♂️ Highly recommend the sauna + massage combo
One of the highlights of my stay: hit the sauna for about 20 minutes, then followed it up with a relaxing massage right there in the hotel. Total game changer 💯 I left feeling completely recharged.
🏊♂️ as for the pool, I tried to go around three times… but it seems that the hotel rent it to swimming classes for kids?? So it was always full of kids which it’s fine but consider it if as myself this amenity was crucial for me to book the hotel
🍳 Breakfast could be better
This is where things fell a bit short. The breakfast area is… kind of random? It’s in a hallway on the second floor, and the setup felt temporary. Not much variety, and there are no small tables, just big shared ones for about 10 people. A little awkward if you’re alone or just want a quiet breakfast. (I’ll include a pic)

If you order food delivery, you’ll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself — they don’t bring it up to your room.
✅ Final thoughts
Aside from those couple of things and the pool, my experience was honestly fantastic. Great location, super restful sleep. Would stay here again if I’m back in Dalian! 👍

UUtente ospiteL'hotel si trova proprio nel centro città ed è comodissimo per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. Donggang è raggiungibile a piedi. È stato appena ristrutturato nel 2024. La camera è spaziosa e la biancheria da letto è molto confortevole. Siamo una famiglia di cinque persone e abbiamo soggiornato in due camere. Il servizio extra-alberghiero è molto attento. La governante F05 è gentile, cordiale e offre un servizio soddisfacente. La colazione è buona. Durante le vacanze del Primo Maggio, il prezzo di oltre 500 yuan è relativamente alto. Ci sono stili cinesi e occidentali, tutti i tipi di sapori e il caffè è molto buono. Nel complesso, questo hotel mi ha lasciato un'impressione profonda e ha reso la mia esperienza di viaggio ancora più perfetta. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel e ci tornerò sicuramente la prossima volta che ne avrò l'occasione!

아... 단점으로 복도에서 담배 냄새가 좀 납니다.
청소문제가 아니라 실내에서 흡연하는 게 밖으로 나오는 것 같네요.
금연객실 요청해서 배정받았는데 실내는 괜찮았습니다.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel accoglie stranieri. Grande posizione, a piedi dalla stazione Dalian, essenzialmente sulla piazza Zhongshan. Molti negozi e ristoranti vicino. La stanza era buona, ci è anche una lavatrice (non l'ha usata però). Forse l’unico problema era che la carta di soggiorno non funzionava, quindi ho dovuto ottenere una password, che era scaduta ogni giorno a mezzanotte, e ho dovuto contattare la ricezione per ottenere una nuova. Ma non è così che dovrebbe essere, quindi non mi preoccuparei troppo.In generale, una grande opzione.
