這是我第一次在網上做評價，酒店的方方面面都讓人很舒心，
設施：房間設施很不錯，全是實木傢俱，房間也乾淨整潔沒有異味，乳膠的床墊子和枕頭很舒服，帶孩子去了温泉，孩子玩到晚上九點多不願意出來
衞生：房間衞生打掃得很好，床品很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，不得不説住的真的很舒心
環境：一進酒店大堂真的很氣派，很明亮，就是到了星級酒店的派頭，早餐廳自助餐品種很多，住店含早餐這項挺可以的
服務：前台小姐姐服務很貼心很熱情，有問題耐心解答，半夜了讓幫忙送個洗漱用品也毫不怠慢，客房服務人員也在第一時間到房間輕聲敲門，服務真的很周到。
另外一提晚上的自助餐價格很便宜品種很多，孩子吃的東西也很多，小朋友不超過一米二還更便宜，總結來説這是一次很好的住宿體驗，如果有機會一定還來豐裕酒店，最後祝老闆生意興隆❤️

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

UUtente ospiteWow, questo hotel è davvero unico e bellissimo. Vivendo in montagna, di fronte al mare, il panorama è indescrivibile. Questa è la prima volta che ho soggiornato al Castle Hotel con la mia famiglia. Sebbene l'hotel non sia di recente apertura, l'ambiente interno ed esterno è molto pulito e le strutture sono complete. Il soggiorno è molto buono e i bambini e gli anziani sono molto contenti. Il servizio personale in stile maggiordomo è stato completo. Poiché la nostra camera non includeva la colazione, il personale ha visto che avevamo bambini e anziani, quindi ha servito la colazione in ogni camera. L'hotel è così grandioso e gli ospiti sono ancora più generosi. Ancora più importante, sebbene l'hotel sia in montagna, l'hotel ha delle auto a batteria per prendere e riaccompagnare gli ospiti e il trasporto è comodo. I think the breakfast food isn’t that delicious but it’s reasonable and there is a lot to choose from.

KKeithWe stayed at this excellent hotel for three nights during our first visit to Dalian in May. The room was very clean and had some very useful amenities such as a refrigerator, clothes washer and a bidet toilet. It was very convenient to wash our clothes and save money.
The staff was very helpful and kind. Mr. Chen helped me find an excellent Thai massage spa (Tai Baba) nearby and helped us get taxis. We are especially grateful to the manager Mr. Leon. He left his busy post at the front desk and walked with me several blocks to get medicine for my wife who was briefly ill.
We opted for the Chinese breakfast all three days and it was very good. However, the western food selection was limited. That was not a problem for us because the Chinese food was delicious. We are from the USA.
Mr. Leon recommended an excellent Japanese restaurant (Konoha or Jiuye) with a huge menu selection in the same building. We ate there twice and there was a waitress who spoke fluent Japanese. There are many Japanese restaurants in close walking distance to the hotel. Also, the hotel is located near a shopping mall with a huge food court on the top floor. We recommend Chinese and foreigners to stay at the Shan Shui S Hotel when visiting Dalian. It made our trip to the beautiful, friendly city of Dalian memorable.

MMark FlurryHo soggiornato in questa posizione più volte. È una buona posizione e mi piace la band house nel pub (situato nel seminterrato). Il Kempeski però sta decisamente dimostrando il suo valore. Il marmo del bagno è rotto e parte del pavimento è macchiato. Il bagno pubblico (a destra dell'atrio) ha un disperato bisogno di essere rinnovato, vale a dire rifare i bordi del gabinetto ed eseguire una pulizia profonda a vapore di tutte le piastrelle. La colazione era ottima e i camerieri stavano facendo un ottimo lavoro girando i tavoli per i prossimi clienti. Probabilmente ci tornerei, ma solo se i prezzi fossero ridotti.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è pulito e spazioso, le strutture sono comode, il servizio è buono, entusiasmo, alta efficienza, basicamente la necessità, parcheggio gratuito, soggiorno molto soddisfatto! La stanza è molto pulita, il bagno è secco e il servizio di trasporto gratuito!! Super comodo, la colazione è anche molto buona, le strutture ambientali sono fantastiche!!! Lode

UUtente ospiteStayed 43rd floor club room, room quality was good and very comfortable. We enjoyed club lounge for breakfast and cocktail time, both the club IC manager Betty welcomed us very well. The club lounge staff are all friendly and served us with nice hospitality. Enjoyed stay at the Intercontinental Dalian. We are sure back IC Dalian again!!

UUtente ospite酒店整體設計非常日式，一入門就脱鞋了。室內室外的設計也很有日式的味道。房間內空間十分大。一個和式小空間，床和小客廳食同在一個很大的空間，兩個床拼一起超級無敵大床!孩子很開心也很喜歡。每個房間都有獨立的湯池，一個我們訂了雙床的冬松房，需要上二樓。美中不足的是房間的廁所沒有窗户，所以會有尿騷味，洗臉盆的去水有點問題，去水速度挺慢的。酒店配套2位成人的温泉泡浴一次，小孩需要另外收費49還是59（具體忘記了）還是很不錯的體驗，男湯和女湯和日本一樣是需要**的，裏面的服務員姐姐也挺好的，但我看到有年輕的女士被美景吸引了在裏面拍風景，我忍不住説了有可能會拍到別人（大家都裸着）希望加強管理吧，另外南方人也算體驗了一把搓澡，本來想試試最便宜價格的就算了，可搓澡的小姐姐似乎不太滿意，一直不開始，最後提高了3個檔次搞了個精油搓，男生的那邊聽先生説沒有這種情況。
