日本人ですが、小学生の息子と宿泊しました。事前にTrip.comから『ホテルから中国語は話せますか？と確認が来ています。』と前日に電話をいただき(日本語で電話いただきました)、『少しだけ話せます、スマホの翻訳機能を使って会話します』と伝えました。 問題なく宿泊できます、とわざわざ丁寧にメールもいただきました。 当日ホテルに到着し、外国人には不馴れな感じを受けましたが、夜の担当の女性の王さんは本当に親切にしてくださいました。 お茶の淹れ方が分からない時は、一緒にフロントにあるお湯が出る機械を操作してくれました。そのあと、洗濯をしたいとランドリーへ行くと、すぐに気づいて下さり『二時間かかるので、私が干しておきますよ』とおっしゃいました。その時10時半過ぎだったので『洗濯が終わるまで２時間は寝られないな』と思ったので、本当に助かり、ゆっくり寝ることが出来ました。早朝ランドリーに行くと、服が丁寧に干してあり、きめ細かいサービスに感動しました。部屋に持ち帰りやすい袋も置いてありました。朝食もとても安く種類が豊富で、高級ホテルのようでした。朝食スタッフも親切で、コーヒーのマシーンを操作してくれたり、麺を作ってくれて優しかったです。 【ホテルの良いところ】 ・ホテルが本当にいい香り。 ・提供しているティーバッグのお茶が二種類あってパッケージが可愛くて、味もおいしい。 ・部屋が本当に清潔でベッドの固さも最高で良く眠れた。 ・シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ全ていい香りで癒された。 ・ランドリーが無料で使える。アイロンもかけることが出来る。 ・携帯をまとめるようなもの、糸ようじなど、あると嬉しいものがフロント前に置いてある。 【改善点】 コーヒーマシーンがひとりで使えない。
