Ho ordinato una camera piccola e poi ho aggiunto dei soldi per aggiornarla in una camera standard grande. L'ambiente è molto pulito e il negozio è libero di prendere e lasciare alla stazione di Dengshahe. È davvero intimo e molto paziente.
Di fronte c'è il complesso dell'esercito, la stazione degli autobus,
C'è uno stufato di ferro al piano di sotto. Il prezzo è davvero super conveniente. Due persone possono mangiare meno di cento dollari. Lo stufato di ferro non può essere finito per due persone.
È anche molto tranquillo di notte.

This is a great little hotel. It was incredibly cute and the staff were nice too. They. couldn't speak much English, but they tried their best to assist us. I would have liked for their to be a bar, but we were told they didn't have one🤔. They did.however help us add the address of the hotel on the deliver app so we could order in. On the upside, if you love coffee, there's a Starbucks right next door. We came in with food in the evening that we wanted to warm up and were told the kitchen was closed and reception didn't have a key, so they couldn't access the microwave. One microwave in the entire hotel.. seems like there should be more 🧐. Overall I'd have to say I'll stay here again. It was very clean, quiet and I enjoyed the breakfast very much which was a buffet mix of Chinese and Western food.

房間更是給了我極大的驚喜。空間佈局合理，各類設施一應俱全。床鋪柔軟舒適，彷彿躺在雲朵之上，一夜好眠。衞生狀況更是無可挑剔，每一個角落都乾淨整潔，一塵不染。衞生間明亮寬敞，潔具潔凈如新。
酒店的位置也極為優越，周邊交通便利，前往各個景點都十分便捷。而且酒店還配備了中央空調，無論室外天氣如何變化，室內始終保持着最舒適的温度。

Ok, soddisfatto.In un'ottima vecchia zona residenziale, camminare più di dieci minuti alla stazione metropolitana della piazza popolare / impressione/ popola Plaza / Dalian City, la città impressione ha un supermercato di Biyut, poi Walmart e la piazza di Liu Long.Più di dieci minuti a ovest c'è un vecchio hotel Suyan. Ci sono due tavoli intorno, camere luminose, camere confortevoli, che possono lavorare e godere.

The room was very big and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Heating was a little weak so room never got really warm. Wouldn't be a problem in the summer though. Service was pretty friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good but no western choices.
The only major problem we had was we ended up with noisy guests beside us on the second day who woke us up at 6 in the morning. The hotel wasn't busy. Maybe next time they can spread the guests out a little

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

La vista dalla mia stanza era fantastica. L'unico negativo era che le pareti erano un po' sottili e io potevo sentire i vicini. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui.

UUtente ospiteQuesta seconda volta che resta qui, come la prima, non è stato deluso. Come prima, visitare durante il tempo di picco è ideale per una via tranquilla e senza sbaglio.
La sala di vista sul mare è accogliente e confortevole, con una vista che è senza clutter e tranquilla; aprire le porte del patio al suono delle onde ruote in pari relax istantaneo. Oltre a avere un letto super comodo e tutte le attrezzature utili che si potrebbero richiedere, ci sono stati semplici bellezze sulla stanza, come la capacità di regolare la temperatura e la velocità del ventilatore (che corre tranquillamente senza perturbare il sonno), ampiamente acqua calda per riempire un tubo di immersione, e molte opzioni per regolare l'illuminazione della stanza.
L'hotel è pulito, il terreno è ben mantenuto e l'accesso alla spiaggia è solo passi lontano. Il colazione è sostanziale, con una varietà di piatti cinesi e occidentali. Il personale era amichevole e felice di prendersi cura delle nostre esigenze, anche fornendo un convertitore di potenza che ho dimenticato di imballare.

Il pasto fisso è molto conveniente, ma non include i pasti e rientra nella categoria generale, non ho approfondito. 3. La consegna ordinata e le calze di manzo erano abbondanti e deliziose. 4. È passato troppo tempo e l'odore di muffa è molto forte. Le strutture della camera sono vecchie e la carta da parati, i tappeti, i pannelli delle prese e le piastrelle di ceramica sono rotti, marci e danneggiati. 5. La stanza ha una vista di prima classe del ponte sul mare! 6. I servizi igienici sono abbastanza confortevoli 7. Vale davvero la pena fare il check-in in questo hotel, ma deve essere combinato con lo sconto per ottenere prestazioni ad alto costo.

UUtente ospiteMy family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

BBruce KWe really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was quaint with a very comfortable bed. Front desk were very accommodating, spoke some English to my benefit and helped us with everything. Housekeeping was considerate and cleaned room daily. Had breakfast daily and they offered a nice variety of food. It was enough to satisfy for the morning. We even left for a short trip to Shanghai and returned to the same hotel for a few more days. Staff held our excess luggage until we returned which was awesome. Some nice authentic restaurants nearby made it all a great experience. Thank you.

MMarcus JSÈ stato un soggiorno molto piacevole qui durante il fine settimana che precede il Natale. Bella camera con una fantastica vista sul parco del lavoro. Colazione molto buona, caffè eccellente e la Paulaner Brauhaus ha organizzato una magnifica festa di Natale. Il Kempinski stabilisce standard molto elevati e non ha deluso.

TTurtletravellerOverall I really enjoyed my stay in this hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed to do laundry. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I had a room with a bathroom in it which was nice to have but there was an awful smell coming from the drain in the shower. I didn’t complain because I was able to get used to it pretty quick and kept the door closed most of the time. Let’s be honest, the price was pretty cheap. And yes, for the price, I would stay happily stay here again.
