A very pleasant room, located on the 5th floor. (The office, when you first arrive is on the 15th floor). The lady who dealt with me was very helpful and dealt with any queries I had immediately. EXCELLENT customer service. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. WiFi worked well. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Dalian.

This hotel is not suitable for foreigners. By right it should not be named as a hotel. It is actually a homestay apartment. It took me an hour to locate this hotel as there is no sign board available. Besides this hotel is nested in another hotel sharing the same building. The hotel reception is on 21 floor. It is impossible to get to the reception as card access is required. The only means is to phone them and request them to fetch you at ground floor. The passage way at the ground floor stinks.
The room is well decorate but toilet/bath looks rundown.
Amenities provided are just basic.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno al Guoshi Hotel a Dalian. La posizione è fantastica, solo una veloce 5-minute auto dal centro conferenze, rendendolo incredibilmente conveniente per i viaggiatori di business. La posizione è fenomenale!!! Splendida vista dall'alto. Puoi guardare in basso e vedere la città e il mare. La vista notturna è spettacolare. L'hotel è molto pulito! Avere abbastanza servizi per alcuni giorni. Tuttavia, se vuoi che la tua camera sia pulita, dovresti fornire all'hotel dettagli specifici su ciò di cui hai bisogno, ad esempio portare fuori la spazzatura e pulire il letto o aspirare il pavimento, ecc. 1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

La sala di vista sul mare è accogliente e confortevole, con una vista che è senza clutter e tranquilla; aprire le porte del patio al suono delle onde ruote in pari relax istantaneo. Oltre a avere un letto super comodo e tutte le attrezzature utili che si potrebbero richiedere, ci sono stati semplici bellezze sulla stanza, come la capacità di regolare la temperatura e la velocità del ventilatore (che corre tranquillamente senza perturbare il sonno), ampiamente acqua calda per riempire un tubo di immersione, e molte opzioni per regolare l'illuminazione della stanza.
L'hotel è pulito, il terreno è ben mantenuto e l'accesso alla spiaggia è solo passi lontano. Il colazione è sostanziale, con una varietà di piatti cinesi e occidentali. Il personale era amichevole e felice di prendersi cura delle nostre esigenze, anche fornendo un convertitore di potenza che ho dimenticato di imballare.

Il pasto fisso è molto conveniente, ma non include i pasti e rientra nella categoria generale, non ho approfondito. 3. La consegna ordinata e le calze di manzo erano abbondanti e deliziose. 4. È passato troppo tempo e l'odore di muffa è molto forte. Le strutture della camera sono vecchie e la carta da parati, i tappeti, i pannelli delle prese e le piastrelle di ceramica sono rotti, marci e danneggiati. 5. La stanza ha una vista di prima classe del ponte sul mare! 6. I servizi igienici sono abbastanza confortevoli 7. Vale davvero la pena fare il check-in in questo hotel, ma deve essere combinato con lo sconto per ottenere prestazioni ad alto costo.

UUtente ospiteMy family and I were amazed at this hotel! Since we were in Dalian in the dead of winter, I booked a hotel that my family (wife and 4 year old boy) would want to spend hours inside. This was just that! We booked the family room and when we came in, it was already setup with the special lights on full display! The gym was better than my local one that I overpay in, the pool was remarkable, and the food looked incredible. The only reason we didn't eat dinner was because we had local friends that took us to local restaurants. The location was terrific, right next to it were a bunch of delicious local Japanese restaurants. Absolutely book this hotel and if you're with a family book the family room! I want to give a special thanks to Bob 王旭 for going out of his way to make our stay even more special!

Also, the coffee shop was located just inside the hostel and it was very convenient! The coffee was delicious. The staff were very serious when it comes to cleanliness. They cleaned the room where I stayed and they mop the room and clean the rest room every day. I could not say anything more. Will I stay here again? Definitely yes! They have a mini-convenience store inside the hostel for booze, juices and water. There were restaurants and bath houses in the area. There was also a nearby KFC! The only thing that had me worried was on my way back home because the station didn't have an escalator going down.
I met a Chinese traveler of Korean descent and a local Chinese who speaks English. They were very kind.
I wish to come back to Dalian and stay in Lazy Bill's Hostel once again.

NNasih AliI’ve stayed in a few Hilton Hotels In my experience, Dalian Hilton is very Normal. I went to celebrate my 6th Wedding Anniversary. The trip started with a bad check-in to the hotel where I had to drag all my luggage to the room, there was no one to assist me to find my room or someone to explain to me where my room was located. I had to search for my room myself dragging all my stuff. I asked the front desk for some help. Later I complained and the front desk apologize and send us a fruit plate. The room was nice good not 5-star level maintained. Lack of Amenities very few not all were in the room. Some services were provided in Conrad like swimming pool breakfast. No in-house entertainment for guests. The breakfast service was very good. Excellent staff and guest relations. Not too many but great choices of Western and Chinese dishes. Hats off to the chef. In conclusion, it’s was a good stay. This hotel needs to improve Guest relations and have some in-house entertainment for the guest.
