Hotel in zona Tianlongbabu Television Base, Dali

L'hotel sembra molto esclusivo. Si trova su Boai Road nella città antica di Dali. Le auto non possono entrare nella città antica, il che è un po' scomodo, ma l'hotel ti aiuterà a ritirare e depositare i bagagli~ La biancheria da letto è davvero, davvero comoda, super confortevole 👍 Anche l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è stato molto buono. Sono arrivato all'hotel intorno alle 10 la prima notte e ho scoperto che i letti matrimoniali non erano uniti (avevo chiamato la reception in anticipo), e all'improvviso si sono alzati. mi ha detto che non potevano essere messi insieme. I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

We recently stayed at a hotel right outside the 南门of the Ancient City, and its location couldn't have been more convenient. Given how jammed Dali can get, walking was the best option, and this hotel’s location made it incredibly easy to explore the area on foot. The staff here is simply the best I’ve ever encountered. I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The staff also provided excellent recommendations for food and activities nearby, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the views of 苍山 were amazing. We had a wonderful stay, and we will definitely be back!

Location is serene and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. You can easily take a car into the ancient city (＜10 mins) so distance is not a big deal. Room is clean and spacious, we liked the private hot spring to unwind in after a long day exploring Dali. The best experience here was the excellent service and assistance rendered by Judy. She went above and beyond her job scope to help us get in and around Dali, including arranging for transportation, booking of activities and restaurants, planning of itinerary etc. This was especially helpful as we are foreigners with no Chinese phone number, hence certain functions in various apps are restricted. Thank you Judy for making our holiday such a pleasant experience!

I had an amazing stay at Yutang Luxury Resort Hotel, located in the heart of Dali’s Gu Cheng. The location itself is a huge plus—nestled within the charming old town, it’s easy to take your time and explore the vibrant surroundings. The hotel serves a simple but delightful breakfast, and I found it to be just perfect for starting the day. It’s not overly extravagant, but it’s incredibly satisfying. One of the best things about the resort is its proximity to bars and local nightlife—just a short walk away, you can enjoy the lively atmosphere of Gu Cheng until late. The staff at Yutang were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Dali. It offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth.

LOVE OUR STAY HERE! The staffs were helpful and we were gifted to many gifts. Door gifts for the kids which was really thoughtful and also parting gifts. We wished our stay was longer. My kids love the room so much especially the small outdoort bath, they called pool. Eveb after check out, they still asked if we have reached destonation safely. In Lijiang now and still thinking about the hotel. Thank you for such a memorable stay in Dali. Hope to stay there again!

L'hotel è a soli 5-6 minuti di auto dall'uscita dell'autostrada, il che è molto comodo per i turisti che viaggiano da soli. L'hotel ha uno stile tipico di Santorini, che personalmente mi piace, e le foto sono piuttosto fotogeniche. La camera è semplice e confortevole, il servizio è cordiale e premuroso e il maggiordomo è particolarmente premuroso. Sarà comunque la tua prima scelta la prossima volta che verrai a Dali!

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

È un ottimo soggiorno con una vista sorprendente!! Il personale b&b, Xiao-Lee era amichevole e vicina. L'ospitalità era grande. Prenotammo una stanza più conveniente per la prima notte, perché arrivamo molto tardi. Ma riuscire a ottenere un aggiornamento gratuito in modo che non ci siano movimenti necessari per il secondo soggiorno notturno, e sarebbe meno di un problema.È sempre disponibile e condivide molte cose su Dali con noi. Anche la sensazione di Zen lo rende davvero grande.In generale, è uno dei migliori hotel che abbiamo soggiornato.

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare. La stanza può vedere il Lago Erhai e ha un'illuminazione migliore. La stanza è anche completamente intelligente. Anche la zona circostante è molto tranquilla. A volte il capo ci porta addirittura con entusiasmo alla stazione dei treni. L'esperienza è abbastanza buona Se gli amici vengono a Dali, consiglierei questo B&B.
