Hotel in zona Three Towers Inverted Images Park, Dali

La posizione era a pochi passi dal centro della città (circa 25 minuti), ma era tranquillo e vicino a una montagna. Non riuscivo a trovare molte recensioni sulla sala calda. La persona che si sta facendo caldo non è così privata come si pensa. Purtroppo, non avendo prenotato una villa, la stanza sopra di noi potrebbe facilmente guardare nelle nostre fonti calde o camminare per guardarci. Si consiglia di portare un costume da bagno. Prendete atto che la temperatura dell'acqua è più di un grado inferiore rispetto ai nostri giochi e al Giappone. La stanza stessa era bella e pulita, la ricezione ci ha consentito di avere un po' più tardi un check out. In generale, consiglia per il suo punto di prezzo, ed è stato un soggiorno molto più confortevole rispetto agli hotel boutique.

L'hotel sembra molto esclusivo. Si trova su Boai Road nella città antica di Dali. Le auto non possono entrare nella città antica, il che è un po' scomodo, ma l'hotel ti aiuterà a ritirare e depositare i bagagli~ La biancheria da letto è davvero, davvero comoda, super confortevole 👍 Anche l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è stato molto buono. Sono arrivato all'hotel intorno alle 10 la prima notte e ho scoperto che i letti matrimoniali non erano uniti (avevo chiamato la reception in anticipo), e all'improvviso si sono alzati. mi ha detto che non potevano essere messi insieme. Absolutely fantastic hidden gem of a hotel. I’m sure all the other reviews have mentioned the great location, cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. However what really stood out was the level of customer service - as a solo traveller who stays in hotels half the year, this was truly the most outstanding. No other hotel has made me feel like “part of the family”. While strong at first, my tip is to just embrace it and enjoy Da Li!

L'hotel si trova a buon mercato, proprio fuori dalla città antica del Dali, offrendo sia comodità che tranquillità. La piscina, un giardino sul tetto e una mini-studio, che non ci sono stati utilizzati durante il viaggio, sono stati anche ben decorati e dotati di un'ottima comodità. I ricevitori erano pronti a rispondere e sempre disponibili per aiutarci, sia ci salutano e ci aiutano con i nostri bagagli o le nostre raccomandazioni in merito ai tour intorno al Dali. La giornata era molto buona, ma non era molto buona. In generale, ci siamo davvero divertiti in questo hotel e lo consigliamo a chiunque venga a dali! :)

Un hotel in stile cinese a tema conveniente e molto piacevolmente sorpreso~ Sono venuta a Dali con mio marito e, mentre cercavo un hotel, mi sono innamorata a prima vista di questo hotel in stile cinese. Non c'è alcuna differenza tra le foto reali dell'hotel e le immagini nell'interfaccia di prenotazione. L'hotel è molto vicino alla Porta Sud della Città Antica di Dali, a 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono un sacco di cibo su entrambi i lati della strada...spuntini e pasti...puoi scegliere quello che vuoi... Dopo il check-in in hotel, un maggiordomo ci ha accompagnato alla porta della stanza e ha preso le nostre valigie e borse di sua iniziativa (il nostro maggiordomo era Xiao Liu). Anche le dotazioni e gli elettrodomestici della camera sono completi. Un altro aspetto positivo è che il loro servizio è davvero ”pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta”... dalla consegna dei pasti in camera alla presa in prestito di una stazione di ricarica e al parcheggio... l'importante è che ti senta a casa, è davvero bello! L'unico rammarico questa volta è che non ho potuto provare il loro speciale servizio fotografico in costume e il tè pomeridiano (non era il momento giusto). Mi farò perdonare questo rammarico la prossima volta che verrò.

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

Probabilmente è il soffitto che viveva nella folla!L'ambiente è come un piccolo bastone, le strutture sono più di cinque stelle, e il personale è più attento: un piatto fresco di frutta non pesante ogni giorno, un pomeriggio e una zuppa di salsa notturna, ci fanno tornare tutti gli ospiti. Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Un posto molto bello con una vista magnifica sul lago Erhai. Pros: - Bella vista del lago erhai nel giorno, la città luce a sinistra alla notte - La stanza è davvero pulita e ben decorata con un posto fiamme virtuale che aggiunge all'atmosfera - Buona posizione, 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria Dali - Relativamente tranquillo a notte Coni: - Il flusso di bagno è piuttosto debole, sarà necessario flusso molte volte se si fa un grande affare - La testa del doccia aveva un'abitudine di fuga d'acqua la notte, anche se avevamo già sbloccato completamente le casse.

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare.
