Hotel in zona Jinxingming Food Street, Dali

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare. La stanza può vedere il Lago Erhai e ha un'illuminazione migliore. La stanza è anche completamente intelligente. Anche la zona circostante è molto tranquilla. A volte il capo ci porta addirittura con entusiasmo alla stazione dei treni. L'esperienza è abbastanza buona Se gli amici vengono a Dali, consiglierei questo B&B.

Really nice place with an awesome view of the Erhai lake. Pros: - Nice erhai lake view in the day, city lights on the left at night - The room is really clean and well decorated with a virtual fireplace that adds to the ambience - Good location, 10mins drive from Dali Railway station - Relatively quiet at night Cons: - The toilet flush is quite weak, will need to flush multiple times if doing big business - The shower head had abit of water leakage at night even though we had already turned off the taps completely

Booked a 3 bedroom hotel cum residence apartment for 5 adults and 2 toddlers. Location was fantastic, in the middle of restaurants and facing Erhai Lake. The 2 of the bedrooms had an enquire bathroom with bathtub. The last had a basic toilet right beside the room. Well equipped with amenities, including full kitchenette (although there were no cutlery provided), a small backyard to wash & hang dry clothes, huge dinning and living space. Hotel staffs were also very friendly and helpful. We arrived Dali by train, and the hotel arranged for a 9 seater vehicle to pick us. The hotel breakfast buffet was also a spread, we truly enjoyed our time here. A pity was we visited around early April and the wind was really huge and chilly so we couldn't spend much time in the balcony. Other than that, everything else was great! Highly recommend to big groups who wants to stay together. Also do note to get the wechat contact of the hotel via trip.com. much easier for communication.

We strategically chose this location to easily access both the east and west lanes on 2 separate days, with attractions like 洱海公园 and 兴盛大桥 within walking distance. 兴盛大桥 offers great spots for sunrise and sunset views. The view from the high vantage point on the 20th level is superb, providing privacy when enjoying the bathtub as it overlooks the lake. Both the owner and housekeeper were friendly and helpful, with the owner even providing a contact for car bookings. While the price may be slightly higher than the market rate, it seems negotiable. It's important to inform the owner of your arrival time, especially if you plan to arrive earlier than the allocated check-in time. In our case, the owner had to rush down to accommodate us, as the property is located in a residential apartment where the owner doesn't reside. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay. Recommendation for the owner. Perhaps you could consider preparing a bath bomb as a welcome gift 😂

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

這次旅行選的酒店，給了我超棒的體驗！一踏入酒店，前台的工作人員就熱情相迎，那真誠的笑容和高效的服務，瞬間驅散了我旅途的疲憊，好感度直接拉滿！房間佈置温馨又舒適，細節之處盡顯用心。更驚喜的是，酒店居然還提供香醇的免費咖啡，在房間裏就能享受馥郁的咖啡香，這對愛咖啡的我來説，簡直是意外之喜！晚上從房間的窗户望出去，夜市的夜景美得讓人陶醉。五彩斑斕的燈光、熙熙攘攘的人羣，熱鬧非凡又充滿生活氣息。下樓走進夜市，各種特色小吃和有趣的小玩意兒琳琅滿目，體驗感十足。這次入住真的太滿意啦，從貼心的前台服務，到美味的咖啡，再到絕美的夜市夜景，每一處都恰到好處，下次來這邊，肯定還選這家！

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo hotel per 4 notti. Tutti i membri del personale della sala di accoglienza erano molto responsivi e di aiuto. In particolare, la signorina Zhou ha lasciato il suo viaggio per aiutarci a prenotare le nostre viaggi d'alluvione per le attrazioni turistiche. Un altro personale ci ha aiutato a recuperare una parcella inviata da Lijiang. Quando la nostra stanza ha problemi da risolvere, il personale e il manager (Signora Pang) partecipano personalmente al problema nella nostra stanza. Grazie per il memorabile soggiorno nel vostro hotel!

我是地地道道的本地人，原來也是做酒店的，和朋友聊天説起過年那兩天親戚過來去住過，誇得不行，都説各方面都是超五星的標準，吊打大理99 ％ 的酒店，我聽聽也是好奇，因為同行業我知道要做到這樣的客户滿意度是很難的，就想自己 去住一下，體驗體驗，學習學習！首先是設施看得出來用的進口的大理石材和木材，用才很好，設計又大氣典雅有格調，接着是我最注意的客房衞生，做的很細節很到位，連水龍頭都是統一方向鋥亮鋥亮的，還有酒店所有服務人員的熱情大方又送禮物又幫忙拿行李！還有餐廳的食物種類很多。中西式都有，一晚下來，我體驗感真的很好！也學到了很多！看到他們酒店那麼多好評真的是他們值得的，做得真的很好👍🏻性價比真的很高，衹是花幾百塊但享受到了超五星的服務體驗！真的很值！我一般不寫評價，這種還是給同行寫評論還是第一次，也真的是覺得很超值很好，自己也學習到了很多
