Hotel in zona Gucheng, Dali

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

The hotel was conveniently located right outside the dali ancient town, offering both convenience and tranquility. It was also beautifully decorated and equipped with a lot of amenities such as the pool, a really nice roof garden as well as a mini gym though we did not use them during this trip. The service and hospitality of the staffs were also impeccable. The receptionists were prompt in replies and always available to assist us, be it greeting us and helping us with our luggages or recommendations regarding touring around dali. We were also very grateful for the free room upgrade and were once again impressed by the cleanliness, decor and comfort of the room. The supper was really good as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to anyone coming to dali! :)

L'hotel si trova proprio dietro Mixue Bingcheng e molto vicino alla Porta Erhai. Il ragazzo che ho contattato è stato molto gentile e il servizio è stato molto buono. Il letto con riscaldamento elettrico è molto comodo. Puoi prima riscaldare il letto e attivare la modalità sonno mentre dormi. Sarà molto comodo. Gli spaghetti di riso con carne macinata per colazione sono deliziosi e le porzioni sono ok. Il tè al pompelmo è delizioso. L'unico inconveniente potrebbe essere che il vetro del WC è un po' trasparente Dalla stazione di Dali, se il tempo libero è di un'ora e mezza e se è richiesto l'orario di punta, quaranta minuti sono sufficienti.

Un hotel in stile cinese a tema conveniente e molto piacevolmente sorpreso~ Sono venuta a Dali con mio marito e, mentre cercavo un hotel, mi sono innamorata a prima vista di questo hotel in stile cinese. Non c'è alcuna differenza tra le foto reali dell'hotel e le immagini nell'interfaccia di prenotazione. L'hotel è molto vicino alla Porta Sud della Città Antica di Dali, a 10 minuti a piedi. Ci sono un sacco di cibo su entrambi i lati della strada...spuntini e pasti...puoi scegliere quello che vuoi... Dopo il check-in in hotel, un maggiordomo ci ha accompagnato alla porta della stanza e ha preso le nostre valigie e borse di sua iniziativa (il nostro maggiordomo era Xiao Liu). Anche le dotazioni e gli elettrodomestici della camera sono completi. Un altro aspetto positivo è che il loro servizio è davvero ”pronto a rispondere a ogni richiesta”... dalla consegna dei pasti in camera alla presa in prestito di una stazione di ricarica e al parcheggio... l'importante è che ti senta a casa, è davvero bello! L'unico rammarico questa volta è che non ho potuto provare il loro speciale servizio fotografico in costume e il tè pomeridiano (non era il momento giusto). Mi farò perdonare questo rammarico la prossima volta che verrò.

Dotazione: L'hotel è situato all'ingresso di Boai, tranquillo nel trambusto ed è facile entrare e uscire. Le dotazioni interne sono complete ed integre. L'illuminazione nella stanza è scarsa ed è possibile installare più fonti di luce per offrire agli ospiti la possibilità di scegliere. Igiene: la situazione igienica è buona e non sono stati riscontrati problemi igienici evidenti. Ambiente: il design generale è semplice, luminoso, confortevole e confortevole. Servizio: ho effettuato un upgrade della tipologia di camera rispettando i miei diritti. Il personale è stato proattivo e l'esperienza complessiva è stata buona. Colazione: rispetto al prezzo e al posizionamento la categoria della colazione non è ricca, ma nel complesso è discreta.

Chosed this place for our stay here in Dali and it is really close to Gucheng. The service was great and the room is clean. I really liked the heating pad or blanket for the bed. There’s breakfast and afternoon tea provided for free. People here are really nice and the boss invited us for bbq at night. There’s also a really cute cat called Tangbao. She’s soooo cute and you can play with her in the bar. I will come back next time~~~

Super love this hotel! Our room is really big, very spacious and I really like the design of the room. The hotel staff are very friendly and service is great, before, during and after our stay. Didn’t want to leave this place because it was so good. Location is great as well. No fridge in the room if you’re concerned about that, but everything else you’ll need is there.

Stayed here for 2 nights as 2nd part of our Yunnan trip. Superb location as it was just walking distance to Da Li Ancient Town. The owners are super friendly and nice, making sure we are well taken care of during our stay and that we layer up when the weather gets cold whenever we are going out. They even recommend places and things to buy and not to buy, the reasonable prices etc, which we feel was a very nice touch as we often get targeted to pay a tourist rate as we do not know the market. When we checked out, they even gave us some sourvenir to bring back and remember about Da Li. They have an adorable Corgi too. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return when we come back next time!

La posizione dell'hotel è proprio fuori dalla vecchia città, intorno a loro sono molte scelte di cibo. I servizi dell'hotel sono così utili. La camera è spaziosa, calda e pulita. Solo il soggiorno è stato progettato wt nessuna porta e mancanza di pendenti per appendere le tovagliole all'interno del soggiorno.

Located in the heart of Dali Ancient city, in an alley easily accessible from Yu-Er Xiang, next to a famous restaurant (Xiao Xian Nu). Convenient to most eateries , pharmacy and supermarket nearby. Hotel's lady staff and boss are super friendly and easygoing, always ready to help. They helped us move our heavy luggages to our room on the second floor when we checked in, n moved the luggages down again when we checked out. Boss also helped us wheel our luggage to the main road to wait for our tour guide. The whole hotel is beautifully designed, simple yet very tastefully done up. Our super clean and tidy room has a pretty balcony where the persimmons from a tree in the courtyard are within reach. Strongly recommended for all tourists looking for a quiet yet convenient hotel to rest in. Sound insulation is impressive. Our room on the second floor was slightly affected in the early morning by cigarette smoke from an inconsiderate guest that insisted in smoking despite being told not to do so by the hotel, which has a non smoking policy. Hope all guests can be more considerate and spare a thought for everyone else who do not smoke and adhere to the non-smoking policy. The staff in the hotel are also put in a difficult position from such inconsiderate guests.
