真的是無敵海景房，大超預期👍👍👍 房間視野開闊，蒼山、洱海的美景盡收眼底，樓下還有精心打造的花園，觀景、拍照打卡都很棒。 房間裝修精緻，設施考究，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美，出行便利。 老闆夫婦像老朋友一樣温馨體貼，熱情周到，整個入住過程愉快且舒心，老闆親自接待，幫我們提行李上樓，老闆娘為我們準備了豐富美味的早餐，還準備了很多水果讓客人自取，晚上回來老闆準備了特色茶飲一起暢敍聊天，給我們送了精美的的茶葉禮品，次日早上親自開車免費送我們去了高鐵站，非常開心和超值的一次入住體驗😊

Best one that we stayed for the trip. *The photos don’t do it justice. We have booked the entire villa for 8 pax, and it exceeded our expectations. We were in awed by the the facilities and the services provided by the host. The host is very friendly and hospitable, we had some hiccups while trying to book meituan (food delivery app, similar to Uber/Grab) and the host came to our villa in the middle of the night to help us settle. Tip 1: You will need a China phone number to book, just get the number from the host and they will inform you when the delivery has reached. Tip 2: Add them on WeChat prior arrival to coordinate with them. There was another issue (despite after their operating hour), they responded very quickly when someone accidentally locked themselves out of the room, so we had to get the host to come in with the master card to open the door, in the middle of the night when it’s freezing cold. There are 4 levels (all rooms come with en-suite bathroom) B2 - 1 big room, with big courtyard B1 - 2 rooms, 1 with balcony, 1 without. There is also a mahjong room & entertainment room. L1.1 - 1 big room, with balcony L1.2 - Common Area, with laundry room, kitchen. L2 - 1 big room, rooftop with tea house overlooking the sea We highly recommend this place, we had so much fun and will definitely come back again.

Oltre l'esperienza di soggiorno caldo attesa, è consigliabile!Dopo l'alloggio, immediatamente inviate una guida dettagliata sulla rotta e un avviso di soggiorno. Una volta entrato, sentite il caldo cuore ～ La decorazione popolata è il mio stile di crema di crema super amorevole, il letto morbido e confortevole nel bagno. La posizione è anche buona. A piedi, otto minuti possono arrivare al mare di Zhuang. Non c'è auto intorno, parcheggio gratuito, ci sono diversi piccoli ristoranti tesoriosi. L'attaccamento del cibo da parte del capo è molto appropriato!Anche la scena del mare del primo piano è fantastica. Il tono blu è il piccolo faro del cavallo da parte del capo per fotografare super hahahaha

Wife and I booked a 360° cliff sea view room and we were extremely pleased with our stay. Location was good as the Villa was situated atop the hill which provided a magnificent view of ErHai with Chang Mountains as a beautiful backdrop. You can simply enjoy this view from the comfort of your bed or simply chill with coffee or tea on your balcony. The room has a large sunken bath that you can enjoy the view from as well and it fitted both of us very well as we are both quite tall. Bathroom facilities and amenities were very good as well. The owner, who was on-site, provided very nice touches to our stay like a simple Japanese afternoon tea, welcome fruit platter, tea tasting, dessert soup at bedtime which my wife liked, perfume testing station and even a Pu'er tea package as a gift. Special mention to all in terms of their excellent service levels from their front desk, chef, waiters, and even the owner, who were all genuinely friendly and welcoming. They sorted out whatever queries or little issues that we had during our stay and went well and beyond. Kudos to this young and vibrant team. Felt like a really nice homestay.

Our stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. That said, if you're staying for a longer duration and prefer a relaxed, free-and-easy itinerary, this could be a suitable choice given its amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning that this homestay feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional inn. It's situated in a residential building, with the entrance being a carpark and access through an elevator to a residential unit. There’s no lobby, service counter, or common areas. Instead, check-in and assistance are handled through WeChat. Despite some of the drawbacks, the service here truly stood out. The staff member assisting us was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or faced minor issues, she responded quickly and made every effort to resolve them, which helped make our trip smoother. Her attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay and left a positive impression. The Homestay's owner came to pick us from the Train Station. He was friendly and helpful. He even helped us bring up the luggage to the 2nd floor. The room was fully equipped with the necessary amenities. The room has a view towards the Er Lake and it was beautiful. Breakfast was brought to our room every morning. The Homestay was near to both Dali Old town and other popular tourist destinations. The Didi transport will come to our doorstep to pick up or drop us off. Overall, it was a very comfortable stays and we would book this unit again when required.

I rarely write reviews but let me tell you this: This is perhaps one of the most value for money accommodation I have ever stayed in! Firstly, the room and amenities are all brand new and well functioning. Secondly, the clear and beautiful sea view from the room is just unbeatable. Finally, the owners of the inn are retirees who are very friendly and helpful! If you are looking for an accommodation in Dali, please look no further and book a night here to experience it yourself!

Location is excellent for airport. Building itself is converted from residential building. Room layout is hence weird. View is superb except for the unnecessary exterior lighting all night, shinning through the room. Lifts are extremely crowded during peak hours, expect 10mins waiting time. No comment on service as everyone is already super busy with all the tours. Food is ok. Avoid if you prefer a peaceful nice hotel experience. Otherwise, can stay for logistics reasons, free parking.
