It’s a quiet beautiful hotel conveniently located at the old town. The non-smoking room is modern with Japanese toilet/bidet with adequate heating. Good wifi. Wide spread of breakfast. Service is good. We celebrated our friend’s birthday and the kitchen prepared longevity noodles for the birthday girl. Nice spacious environment, too. Check in & check out is fast. Highly recommendable hotel.

Prefect location right in the middle of all the action :)

Excellent location, big rooms, very clean. The best part of the hotel is the location inside the Dali Ancient Town, just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the old town. This is convenient if you are renting a car or taking cabs to get around Dali, as cars are not allowed inside the ancient town most of the time. The hotel has great views of the mountain and has a very modern look and feel. Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

The toilet without a door. I don't like this idea.

Located directly in the Dali old city. The room is quite big and equipment good. I choose this hotel also because they have a heating so we feel warm and comfy in the room with the kids. Breakfasts were also good, have some western food also. The staff were very kind and polite. Will come back again on the summer time.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. At first there were some isuues with the wifi, TV and safety deposit box, but as I mentioned them to the hotel, they immediately took care of them. As the hotel is in Dali Ancient Town and cars are not allowed inside, they offer a service to help you with you luggage to/from the city gate. We only had breakfast at the hotel, which consists mainly of Chinese dishes, cereals, pastries, butter, jam and coffee/tea. The pool is not heated, so during winter is not very convenient to have a bath.

Hotel facilities were great. The hotel is within the city walls, a little difficult to get to. But if you ring ahead they will come to the gates and pick up your luggage. The view out of our room window was excellent. I enjoyed the tea set experience in the room and downstairs at reception.

For foreigners the check in process was fairly straightforward. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The staff were super nice and friendly especially the front desk staff who helped us with questions and the chef at breakfast who went out of his way to get me sauce for noodles. Overall I'd recommend.

Fantastic experience and it was all matter of the staff. I want to mention Joy who took care of us since the arrival with pick up at the parking lot, then helping with cpr test in hospital, and any kind of assistance we could ever need. Definitely exceptional. Breakfast and gym are the only things I would improve but I wish I could have stayed for many more days!

酒店設施完善，性價比超高，wif給力，環境不錯，地理位置非常好，出門就可以逛街吃飯很方便，房間很好非常喜歡，特別是衞生乾淨整潔，完全住的放心，房間很寬敞，還升級房間前台工作人員枝敏，懷熔，阿紫服務熱情，會主動問好。還有酒店有屋頂花園，遠觀蒼山洱海，是個非常不錯的選擇

酒店還行吧。在大理古城裡麪，距離五星水平尚有差距。整體將就。如果選擇住在古城裡麪。可以選擇這裏。 但大理古城真的讓我很是傷心啊，交通之混亂前所未見！路窄，人多，車雜。8點到20點之間車不能開進古城（可以出），所以到的時候衹能把車停在外面停車場（費用自理，且非常堵車，不一定有位置停），晚上八點再把車開進酒店停車場。兩者之間直線距離衹有191米，但那晚我們硬是開了兩個小時才開進去酒店的停車場。而且古城裡麪人好多，別的好少，好難吃，整體體驗較差。 再説酒店，住在古城裡麪逛古城到也方便，房間一般，很空，不夠温馨，也不夠用心。整體環境也算不錯吧。 比較好的是，酒店三樓屋頂花園可以觀景，俯瞰整個大理古城，直麪蒼山，景色不錯。 早餐不夠豐盛，味道還行。

酒店位置很好，就在古城裡麪 房間比較乾淨，環境也很好，入住前還有管家乾乾幫忙拿行李，前台小姐姐枝敏、雪梅服務很好，還幫我們升級了房間，有種賓至如歸的感覺，坐在房間裏面就能看到對面的蒼山了，比較漂亮。酒店夜景超美，下次來大理還會選擇入住[愉快]

應該是古鎮裏最好的酒店了，位置優越，就在古城中心很方便。古鎮裏基本上是客棧為主，這家有90間客房，算是大型酒店了。裝修很用心，硬件設施不錯，衞浴是新款科勒整體很有檔次。這個季節的大理就適合慢慢的享受生活，三層空中花園很不錯，四層天台更好，眺望整個大理古城很棒。辦理入住時，小月，雪梅，還有接行李的小周，整體服務人員見面都會打招呼問好，很不錯。給他們點贊👍

房間寬敞明亮，就在大理古城裡，早上空氣清新 ，心曠神怡，非常喜歡這家酒店，以後一定還會常來，餐食也非常不錯
