(+) Staff very helpful and polite. They don’t speak English but we used translator to communicate, they were very patient to address our inquiries. Their food is very good with a nice view on the lake
(-) I think it is very expensive for the package.

The lake view from the room and lobby is excellent. Spacious room but slightly difficult to find places to keep our thing and hang our clothes. If the room can add more sofa will be great. Butler Xiao Xing is very attentive. Overall is good.

We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at this establishment during our family vacation. I was thoroughly impressed with the immaculate condition of the premises and the exceptional quality of the room service. The room was cozy with a good view of ErHai. Service was top notch with complimentary breakfast and teatime snacks. There’s also dedicated staff that would check in quite regularly on WeChat,, and was very responsive to queries and requests.

大理民宿的服務真是到了另一個境界，民宿在古鎮裏，停車場距離幾百米，管家小徐早早聯繫安排專人來接，然後還有歡迎水果飲料和晚安甜品，離店還會安排送到停車場。定的房間是灑滿陽光大床房，陽台視野很不錯，有種小威尼斯的感覺，裝修很ins風，非常出片。房間很乾凈，住得舒服，免費飲料甚至還有面膜卸粧巾等，太暖心了。

酒店絕絕子，從硬件設施和服務來説都非常不錯，洗完衣服樓頂還可以曬衣服，在古鎮裏面，逛街也很方便！雙廊古鎮比大理古鎮有味道好玩多了！謝謝管家小徐，從接到送都是細緻入微！走時還送了伴手禮！特別是拍照打卡，亮瞎眼睛，值得！

酒店的設施很新，管家的服務很好，給我們服務的管家是小徐，特別熱心周到，住店贈送的各種服務也很好，有下午茶和晚安甜品，早餐特別豐富，然後旅拍的攝影師也很專業，送了三張旅拍，但是每一張都特別好看，場景特別出片，建議大家來入住。
