Ho deciso di fermarmi qui un'altra notte nello stesso hotel. È perfetto, quindi non aveva senso cambiare!

Posto fantastico. L'hotel sembra fantastico! Le camere sono molto belle, molto pulite. Personale super cordiale!
Una signora lì mi ha aiutato a fare il mio itinerario, mi ha preso uno scooter e mi ha mostrato i posti migliori dove mangiare!
Consigliato al 10000%!
Inoltre la signora mi ha salvato la vita e i miei pacchi Taobao. Non arrivavano in orario, quindi mi ha aiutato a reindirizzarli. Non lo farei mai da sola!

We had a great experience at this hotel! The receptionist welcomed us warmly, and even though we arrived early before check-in time, she provided a place to store our luggage and gave us detailed information about Erhai Lake. She explained everything clearly, making it easy for us to plan our visit.
The hotel also offers affordable motorbike rentals, which allowed us to explore and complete a full round of Erhai Lake and it such an amazing experience!
Additionally, the receptionist was incredibly helpful in assisting us with booking a bus to Lijiang using Didi, making our journey much smoother.
Overall, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay! A big thank you to Joy and the team for their kindness, great energy, and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely little hotel in a fantastic location right by the old town, but still quiet. The staff were very friendly and everything was clean and comfortable, and the rooms overlook a beautiful old fashioned courtyard. I saw some kids take part in their tie die classes, although we didn't join ourselves, it looked very fun!
Only one thing was that the bedroom door had a gap at the top and bottom which limited privacy a little.

The hotel has an ancient design, but the amenities are excellent for the price—a comfortable bed, a functioning hot shower, and a hair dryer provided. Everything you need is there. The receptionist speaks fluent English and is very helpful.
The location is convenient, near Caicun Dock and within walking distance to the South Gate of Dali Old Town.
If you’re looking for affordable souvenirs, Dali is the place to shop. Check out the souvenir shop across from KFC on Fuxing Road in Dali Old Town.

A very cute hotel with english speaking staff. Not far from main road a lot of shops nearby and can walk on foot to ancient city. Really comfortable rokm with electric blanket. Enjoyed our stay and had good sleep

This hotel is very unique and warm, it feels like home and represents the Bai's culture. The location is so great, it's so close to the main road where the bus from the train station stops and where the bus to Lijiang gets on (only 2-3 minutes, you just need to cross the road). Not only that, it is also within walking distance to the dali ancient town, it's actually in the area of ancient town. The lady owner speaks english really well!! And in addition christina, the front desk lady + the front desk guy helped me booking my bus ticket to lijiang, i am so grateful.

Just amazing. This doesn’t need a big review because the experience speaks for itself.
I am an English traveller in China and I found this to be one of, if not the, most pleasant stay I have had on my own.
The room is huge, more than enough for 2 people. The amenities are clean and changed daily. Tea is provided—great for fans of Yunnan hot drinks. But the really special part is the host: Joy and her family are wonderful people!
Helpful. Kind. Attentive. And great fun to speak with and be around. I am very happy I chose to stay here.
The Jin Bi Ya Yuan is THE place to stay in Dali. I’ll be coming again.

After reading all the review about the owner, I booked this hotel and really excited to experience the warm hospitality myself. But unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as other traveller. The receptionist not very interested in us. We book family room (suppose to be for 4 people) but the room is very small with only 1 small side table. And only 2 bottle of water, 2 towels and no slippers were provided. I had to ask for the extra set. The booking come with "gift" but the receptionist didn't mention it at all until we ask for it (clothes dye and BAI ethnic costume for photo, she also only allow 1 set of costume which not mentioned in the booking).
