Room was even better than it looks in the picture. Service of staff was also very good. They even helped to collect my parcel of the parcel collection station before I arrive and was super responsive to all my queries. Was assigned to the highest floor but hotel has no lift and staff helped to carry our luggages up the stairs. Afternoon tea was until 5pm but I arrived later and was still able to enjoy the delicious afternoon tea set. The room was impeccably clean and spacious. There is also a balcony which had a clear view of erhai lake and we can enjoy the sunset just right in the room. We also received flower cake as a gift after check out. Would not hesitate to book the hotel again if we are in Dali again.

Very nice hotel facing Er Hai. White fungus dessert served in the room. Has a mini washer and can request them to send to dryer to dry your washed clothes. Nice breakfast but we missed the high tea due to timing. Wish we have stayed longer. Free 5 photos taken by professional photographer and we love it. To book appt with hotel

Facilities in the room was amazing and super thoughtful! Extension cords, projector, steamer, humidifier! Also provided eye masks and ear plugs just in case, but everything in the room was really nice. Super clean too! The staff was really friendly as well :)

Pros : 1/ service is excellent 2/ has view of Er Hai and Chang Shan from balcony 3/ villa arranged for professional photographer with 5 free photos 4/ bed is comfortable and huge ＞2.0m when 2 single beds are arranged together 5/ love the welcome tea and white fungus desert 6/ breakfast is a combination of local mi xian (rice noodles) and western. 7/ Amenities great with room sandals & toiletries provided Cons : 1: Road to hotel narrow. A bit difficult to find. We have no issue as we have driver guide. 2/ No socket near mirror for hairdryer. Socket is far from mirror 3/ wall hook in the shower cubicle and not outside. May get wet For the view, comfort and service, I highly recommend this villa.

This is the most exclusive hotel I've ever stayed in. It's really great. The hotel is really clean, the facilities are high-end, and the service of the waiters is very thoughtful. There is no tip.

從到民宿大門口開始，便被早早等候的小姐姐小哥哥温暖迎接。行李輕鬆送達房間，無需自己動手。選擇的家庭套房，每間都擁有絕佳海景，讓人心曠神怡。 吃喝住行全都不用愁，早餐有中餐和西餐的套餐輪換，超級豐盛美味。訂房套餐包含的下午茶點心和水果新鮮且用心，咖啡也是暢飲，拿鐵的拉花很贊，完全不用去外面的咖啡廳了。晚上還有鮮燉的銀耳湯，體貼至極。酒店有接送從民宿到文筆村的商務車，不用擔心出行問題。 總的來説就是賓至如歸，是一家用心在經營的民宿，優點太多，羅列不過來，值得大家親自來體驗。

They are very attentive and the room is spectacular with great views. The shuttle to Wenbi village is also very helpful. 感恩酒店所有服務人員的服務、讓我們在一起11週年的紀念這麼難忘。感恩櫃枱也幫我們去20分鐘遠處去我們的快遞、真是麻煩了。非常餓推薦這個酒店、沒玩有免費的甜湯還有歡迎下午茶和很滿意這次的旅拍讓我們想起結婚時的拍攝。感恩這麼貼心的服務非常贊。我們也睡得很好因為很安靜周邊也不會吵。

一切都很令人滿意，房間乾淨舒適安靜、面朝洱海，房間設計走靜奢風，設施也很到位，挑不出毛病。前台事事有迴應，是很利索的小哥哥小姐姐。贈送的旅拍體驗感也很好，狂買20來張照片。是願意再來的民宿。

設施：和阿那亞的感覺也沒差別了 都是頂配 衞生：每天打掃 鮮花也是每天換 環境：大理找不到更好的 服務：貼心死了 來回都安排司機接送 出門也有人接送 每天下午茶 晚安甜點 早餐也是非常好吃

大理之行，無二隱舍一定是讓我心情陽光燦爛的存在，要説大理最不缺什麼，美景和民宿，或者容美景於每一刻的作品。從進入大廳的那一刻好不誇張，日落餘暉印襯蒼山洱海，我差點想哭，酒店各處環境舒適可太適合度假了，我可以待一天不出門。海東的洱海風光較海西更大氣，更浪漫，而且文筆村遊客不多特別安靜，要説附近特色餐廳也是選擇眾多，衹要在文筆村，酒店車接車送，響應速度可以説比我還快，説起重點就是無二的服務，小哥哥小姐姐永遠那麼温柔，無所不能，還特地給我送來生日蛋糕，幸福感爆棚。無論硬件還是軟件都沒得挑，在競爭如此白熱化的大理民宿市場，我相信老闆一直在努力做好，以後來大理我衹會選無二，像家的感覺

這次大理之行選擇了這家民宿，衹有一個字，贊👍不管從房間，服務，美食都無可挑剔，躺在床上就能欣賞到最美的日落，還送了旅拍！在村子裏不管到哪都有商務車接送，下次來大理還會住這家民宿！
