Quando prenota una stanza, è stata attratto da immagini del cortile inviate da altri ospiti, quindi sono stati prenotati.Le condizioni di alloggio sono come illustrato, il cortile è davvero buono.Sotto i piedi della montagna, è più adatto per fare vacanze come viaggiatori silenziosi e auto-conduttori. The accommodation is about 5 km from Dali Ancient Town. The location is quite convenient, with cafes and local restaurants nearby, and a convenience store just across the road. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, making for a restful stay. I appreciated the self-service laundry facility available on-site. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The house itself is spacious and well-maintained, with both outdoor and indoor seating areas that allow you to enjoy the surrounding environment. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

YYi Ching 貽凈La stanza era molto spaziosa e aveva anche un balcone con una piccola prato. La vista dalla finestra del balcone era scenica e molto bella. Possiamo anche vedere Cang Shan dalle finestre più piccole che si trovavano sull'altra parte della stanza, quindi è stato davvero bello! Il letto era comodo e generale, il mio ragazzo e io mi piaceva davvero il nostro soggiorno. Tutto era perfetto:)
L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato lungo la strada principale, in modo che il taxi possa cadere e raccoglierci facilmente. Il centro commerciale è anche a 3-5mins distanze da e verso Erhai Gate, che è anche molto vicino ai principali quartieri shopping e di mangiare, che è anche molto conveniente!
Gli ospiti erano anche le persone più gentili che ci trattavano con grande ospite, e prima di arrivare, gli ospiti ci hanno scritto via wechat per controllare. Dopo aver sentito che non siamo arrivati con un itinerario di viaggio concreto, gli ospiti hanno anche consigliato gentilmente di andare e scrivere su post-it; al loro arrivo, gli ospiti ci hanno anche benvenuti con tè e rinfrescamenti, che apprezziamo davvero! Dopo aver ritornato da un lungo giorno di viaggio, gli ospiti ci hanno invitato anche a prendere ancora più tè con loro, su cui abbiamo accidentalmente chattato per ore fino a mezzanotte 😂. Il mio ragazzo e io siamo solitamente introversi e tranquilli, quindi siamo felicemente sorpresi di quanto ci siamo divertiti con gli ospiti! Se stai cercando esperienze locali autentiche, penso che questo sia il posto migliore per restare. :”)

GGRACEOur stay at Dali Xingmai Mountain and Sea View Homestay was pleasant overall and a good value for its price, especially if you're seeking a peaceful retreat in the quieter part of Dali. Traveling as a family, we were looking for a place that offered serene sea views, and this homestay mostly delivered on that. While there is some ongoing construction in front of the building that slightly affects the view, the surrounding scenery is still beautiful and calming. The cleanliness of the homestay was satisfactory, and it offers a good range of amenities. The kitchen, in particular, is well-equipped, making it a great option for families or groups of friends planning to cook and enjoy meals together. However, if you're simply traveling for leisure and don't plan to spend much time at the homestay, you may find the kitchen unnecessary. One thing to note is that there is no central air conditioning or heating system. The homestay provides a bed warmer (which works well) and a small air-conditioning unit in the living room, but the bedrooms can get quite chilly at night, especially during winter. It's something to consider if you're visiting during colder months. In terms of location, this homestay is ideal if you're looking to unwind in a quiet and restful environment. However, for those planning a busy schedule with visits to Dali's main attractions, the distance might be a drawback. The homestay is located in a residential area, and getting to most tourist spots can take 45-60 minutes by car, whether you're heading to the west or east side of Erhai Lake. There are also no nearby F&B stores except one small restaurant in the building next door so make sure you eat in the city areas before coming back to the inn. That said, if you're staying for a longer duration and prefer a relaxed, free-and-easy itinerary, this could be a suitable choice given its amenities like the kitchen and laundry facilities. It's also worth mentioning that this homestay feels more like an Airbnb than a traditional inn. It's situated in a residential building, with the entrance being a carpark and access through an elevator to a residential unit. There’s no lobby, service counter, or common areas. Instead, check-in and assistance are handled through WeChat. Despite some of the drawbacks, the service here truly stood out. The staff member assisting us was incredibly kind, prompt, and accommodating. Whenever we had questions or faced minor issues, she responded quickly and made every effort to resolve them, which helped make our trip smoother. Her attentiveness and helpfulness were a highlight of our stay and left a positive impression. While this homestay may not have been our favorite, the excellent service and peaceful setting make it a decent choice for travelers prioritizing quiet and self-sufficiency over convenience and luxury.
我们在大理落日山海海景民宿（洱海店）的整体入住体验还算愉快，性价比也不错，特别适合那些想在大理寻找一处安静避世之地的旅客。我们主要希望找到一个可以俯瞰大海、环境清幽的地方，这家民宿基本满足了我们的需求。虽然楼前有一些施工，稍微影响了景观，但周边的风景依然很美，很令人放松。 民宿的清洁度令人满意，且设施齐全。厨房尤其设备完善，非常适合家庭或朋友团队入住，大家可以一起烹饪和用餐。不过，如果您只是来大理休闲旅游而不会花太多时间待在民宿里，厨房的实用性可能就不大了。 需要注意的是，这家民宿没有中央空调或供暖系统。房间里提供了电热毯（效果不错）以及一个小型空调，但空调只在客厅使用，冬天的时候卧室会有些寒冷。如果您在寒冷季节入住，这一点需要特别留意。民宿位于一个住宅区，从这里到大理的大多数景点开车平均需要45到60分钟，无论是前往洱海西还是海东。此外，周边没有什么餐饮店，仅有隔壁楼内的一家小餐馆。所以建议您在回到民宿前先在市区用餐。不过，如果您计划长时间停留或想要悠闲地度过假期，这里的设施（如厨房和洗衣设备）会让您的入住更加舒适。 另外，这家民宿更像是Airbnb，而不是传统的旅馆。民宿位于一栋住宅楼中，入口是一处停车场，需要乘电梯到达房间所在的单元。这里没有前台、大堂或公共区域。所有的入住手续和服务都通过微信完成。尽管有一些不足之处，民宿的服务确实值得称赞。负责接待我们的工作人员非常友善、迅速且乐于助人。无论我们有什么问题或遇到什么小麻烦，她都及时回应并尽力帮我们解决，这让我们的旅程顺利了不少。她的细心和贴心服务是此次入住的一大亮点，也给我们留下了深刻的印象。虽然这家民宿不是我们的最爱，但出色的服务和安静的环境让它成为了一个还算不错的选择，适合那些更看重宁静和自给自足，而不是便利和豪华的旅客。

AAllen HaimingJust spent a wonderful five nights at the Anyu Hotel in Dali in November, this beautifully appointed boutique hotel was so charming. From the warm lights, to the rich hardwood floors, ceilings, and furniture to all the thoughtful accents in the room and common areas, it felt like a charming and cozy home away from home.
Hotel location is fantastic, just steps away from the Dali Ancient Town, so everything from cafes, top restaurants, pharmacies, markets, bars, and hundreds of other stores and outdoor vendors are just a 2-10 minute walk away, no need to sit in traffic or call a car to get around.
Bed and pillows very comfortable, showerhead very powerful so makes for a very luxurious shower.
However, the best thing about the hotel is their warm and caring staff.
Nancy, one of the cleaning staff, was always super helpful and attentive and delightful to chat with, and was also kind enough to give us some great recommendations on places to visit which we ended up enjoying very much.
Anna was also very nice to interact with, her gentle and pleasant demeanor and thoughtful words always made it a pleasure to see her.
Candy was wonderful as well, always making sure we were attended to and ended up making some great recommendations on places to eat nearby. Her warm smile and kind demeanor will be remembered.
Finally, it was Vivian who we owe a deep debt of gratitude to. On the first day, my 84-year old Mom came down with an illness which included all sorts of symptoms. Vivian went out of her way to call a car and she accompanied us to the nearest hospital where she helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork and stayed by Mom's side for over an hour as we waited to see a doctor. Medication was prescribed and she called another car to take us back to the hotel while she went to a nearby pharmacy to pick up the medication for us which she then brought back to the hotel. By then it was well into the night and she had even taken us to the hospital when she was already off work, so this was all on her own time.
My Mom ended up making a recovery in large part to Vivian's quick and incredibly kind actions. She really went above and beyond and we are just so grateful to her and Anyu Hotel for helping to save my Mom.
Vivian was also an absolute pleasure to talk to as she always came over to greet us and chat everyday during our stay. Her warm smile, cheerful disposition, and charismatic yet humble personality always made every interaction a real pleasure. The hospitality we experienced from her will never be forgotten and feel very fortunate to have met someone with such a kind heart and also very high EQ and dedication. We know if we had stayed at a different hotel there is no way we would have experienced this level of hospitality so we are deeply appreciative for Vivian and the entire staff at Anyu for making our trip one that won't be forgotten.

UUtente ospite第一次獨自國內旅行，年前1月中去了大理，在網上挑了這家洒店，想試試打卡洒店。當天入住，沒讓我失望，反而有驚喜。我一個人拿著2件大行李箱，外加大包小包的，下車一見到那樓梯，心理想要命了，原本洒店預先把我組了個微信群，洒店已經叫小管家在樓梯口等我呢，先不說不用擔心自己提重行李，有人幫忙，去登記途中看到差不多是每個入住配一個私人管家，全程一對一，不用擔心找不人，或者等待時間長。到了登記入住酒店還給我升格了房間！入住期間，包含了攝影服務，攝影師拍出的氛圍感很美，沒有打卡的感覺，很高級。中間麻煩了其他職員再幫忙拍照，每個都很友善，沒有趕時間隨便拍，一直給拍滿意，也很會給足情緒價值！不管是攝影師拍還是員工的都能出片。我玩到很晚回來，洒店和管家也會貼心提醒門禁時間和安全問題，保安讓我很放心。回來晚，管家也幫忙留晚安甜湯，沒有說時間到就隨便放進房間，確定人回來才送给我，私隱度很到位，非常好，這點是我沒想到，他們會如此尊重客人的隱私！洒店不是親海，但是還是能看到海境和日出！房間算是主題類的，剛好升值給我的是粉紅色少女系列，裏面空間很足，有浴岡可以看着海境泡澡，房間隔音很好，入夜不會因為隔壁鄰居傳來聲音影響，床和門口距離很遠也不會因為有人走過說話吵到！設備和衞生不錯，8.5/10，一次用品質量高級，唯一是一次性拖鞋寫不要拿走還是不要掉，不確定是否一次性的，畢竟洒店給的是綿質的一次性鞋，但是還是很乾淨的！我第二天早上7點離開，小管家早早就提醒和確定叫車服務，一個人出遊，無意中他們也幫我分擔了很多事情上的安排和擔心！小管家一個人早就準備好，也是同樣幫助提行李上車。完全是點到點服務！早知道多住一天，體驗感真的不錯👍

JJamieOur experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel.
The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude.
The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance.
The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not.
Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression.
Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality.
Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

UUtente ospiteInterestingly, as soon as you enter the entrance to the hotel (about 20 steps from main Dali ancient city's pedestrian street), it is serenely quiet and no noise from the chaotic tourist crowd can be heard at all. How blissful! Don't let the simple, understated entrance throw you off.
What I like about this hotel is as soon as I made the booking, the hotel contacted me and added me via Wechat. Checking with me on my arrival date and timing, and offer to pick up from the main road as the hotel is located on the pedestrian street so no car is allowed. It's a welcoming touch which I appreciated.
I specifically booked the room that oversees the 'Wu Hua Tower' from my balcony. It's so close, loved it! Beautiful morning and night views of the tower.
The hotel has just recently opened earlier in 2024; the room interior is modern and clean. Comfortable room size, bedding and amenities. It also has one of those multi-button toilet seat (just like the ones in Korea/Japan). One minor detail if can be improved is to add hooks or railings to hang the towels.
The helpful team of staff, Pei helped me with the luggage using the trolley upon arrival, and Ah Hua who helped me to arrange a driver for the day and recommended places to check out. There was even grilled tofu and tea by the charcoal fire each night (it's freezing at night in Dec) whenever Ah Hua can manage (thank you for the supper and company, Ah Hua!). Met the easy-going owners too, husband and wife.
No breakfast at the hotel but you will be spoilt for choices with so many eateries within walking distance. If you're up for it, there is a local morning market just outside of the North Gate, about 10mins walk. Very local with plenty of authentic breakfast options. Love the morning hustle! Plenty of photo opportunities.
If you enjoy shopping, it's a 'disaster' as this hotel is located right in the middle of it! Shop till you drop. It is also close to plenty live music bars.
I must say, this is one of those hotels that I will bookmark to stay again whenever I return to windy Dali.

UUtente ospiteThe best hotel experience of this trip is mainly due to the hotel's service. The butler, Liu, is very attentive and meticulous, which is the best service I've ever experienced. Super awesome!!! The hotel scenery is beautiful, located on the edge of Shuanglang Scenic Area, and every angle is very photogenic. The room facilities are complete and considerate, and there are very complete supplies for children, clean and tidy. There is a fruit plate when we arrive. In the evening, they also send good night milk, and the children really like the kittens in the shop. Butler Liu introduced the surrounding attractions, delicious food, and matters needing attention in detail, really considering for customers, and the experience is super good. Next time I come to Dali, I will stay here again👍

Tuttavia, ciò che è stato davvero notato è il livello di servizio al cliente - come un viaggiatore solitario che soggiorna in hotel per mezzo anno, questo è stato davvero il più eccellente.
Nessun altro hotel mi ha fatto sentire come una parte della famiglia. Anche se al principio è forte, il mio consiglio è solo abbracciarlo e godere Da Li!

È possibile sfruttare molti libri, negozi di mano e libri romantici bellissimi. Anche a San Juan, molti hotel a porta, molto vicino al mercato del pranzo del porto meridionale, non ci sono nebbie
