Dali è particolarmente adatto per guidare o affittare auto. Se c'è un'auto, vivere qui è davvero molto economico.

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare. The location is close to Dali Railway Station but quite far from Santorini Dali and Dali Ancient City. I rate the location as excellent because, realistically, you can’t have everything perfect, so we chose the one nearest to the railway station. Overall, everything was good, and the staff, or perhaps the owner, was attentive at first. However, on the day we were leaving, we were supposed to check out at 12 PM. I couldn’t reach the staff to store my luggage (I wasn’t sure where the storage was). So, we went about our day and headed to Longkan Wharf, returning at 12:04 PM. To my surprise, the lock had automatically changed right at 12 PM, which I wasn’t informed about, and our luggage was still inside the hotel. We had a train to catch at 12:56 PM. I tried contacting the hotel via WeChat, but no one responded. We asked the guard for help, but he couldn’t do much except try calling the owner, who didn’t answer. Finally, around 1 PM, the owner responded, saying his phone was broken. Unfortunately, we missed our train. I acknowledge it was my fault for not checking out exactly at 12 PM, but the lack of response from the owner left us without a place to store our luggage. Next time, it would be helpful if the hotel informed guests about the lock system and responded promptly to messages. That was our bad experience. If it hadn’t happened, I would have rated the stay a solid 5/5. But, things happen.

We strategically chose this location to easily access both the east and west lanes on 2 separate days, with attractions like 洱海公园 and 兴盛大桥 within walking distance. 兴盛大桥 offers great spots for sunrise and sunset views. The view from the high vantage point on the 20th level is superb, providing privacy when enjoying the bathtub as it overlooks the lake. Both the owner and housekeeper were friendly and helpful, with the owner even providing a contact for car bookings. While the price may be slightly higher than the market rate, it seems negotiable. It's important to inform the owner of your arrival time, especially if you plan to arrive earlier than the allocated check-in time. In our case, the owner had to rush down to accommodate us, as the property is located in a residential apartment where the owner doesn't reside. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay. Recommendation for the owner. Perhaps you could consider preparing a bath bomb as a welcome gift 😂

L'hotel è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla bella stazione ferroviaria Dali. La stanza è super alta tecnologia con il controllo della voce di Xiao Du. La stanza è pulita e ha tutto quello che ti serve. Ci sono state due notti fantastiche. Non puoi prendere l'autobus. 8 at the bus station near the railway station to Dali Ancient City. It’s 3Rmb and takes abt 1 hr. Puoi visitare la città antica di Shuan Lang prendendo un autobus al terminale nord del bus, a circa 5 km di distanza, e raggiungere la città via didi per circa 10rmb e ci vorranno circa 2 ore. Ci sono molte opzioni di cibo vicino all'hotel e ci sono molti ristoranti muslimi. Quindi è adatto per gli amici musulmani.

L'hotel è molto bello, un servizio eccellente e pulito. Mi hanno aggiornato gratuitamente in una stanza di vista sul mare mentre noi soggiornavamo per 4 notti. Per questo motivo, abbiamo cancellato l'hotel di scorsa notte da qualche parte che è più vicino all'aeroporto e quindi siamo rimasti in questo hotel per 5 notti. Apprezziamo molto i servizi forniti da Xiao, Xiao Yu, Xiao Wang e Xiao Li. Se rientramo in Erhai, rimarremo certamente.

The room was so clean and completely renovated. The location was great. The reception helped find the visiting places. When you are booking the hotel via this APP, make sure the information is updated! For the room I booked it was written that the room has a lake view but unfortunately, when I got my room it had a building view! I contacted “customer service”, and they gave me some “coins” in the APP as compensation. I will choose this hotel again if I travel to Dali.

Worth to self pamper, the room comes with a spectacular view. Sipping a cup of hot coffee in the balcony or soaking in the bathtub to breathe in fresh air, you will indeed feel like heaven. I did enjoy the cleanliness of the room in my 2 days stay there, the staff are also warm and friendly….
