Ho scelto una camera con vista sul mare, che non è economica, ma il prezzo è probabilmente quello di acquistare una camera con vista sul mare e un'altalena per il check-in delle celebrità di Internet. Ma non tornerò più e non lo consiglierò ad amici e parenti. The place is so nice and beautiful, easy to go around. What i wanted to highlight is the staff , they are so helpful and so nice. They helped me throughout the stay if there is anything that i dont understand and need help with. I do recommend this place ! 😍☺️🥰😘👍

L'hotel sembra molto esclusivo. Si trova su Boai Road nella città antica di Dali. Le auto non possono entrare nella città antica, il che è un po' scomodo, ma l'hotel ti aiuterà a ritirare e depositare i bagagli~ La biancheria da letto è davvero, davvero comoda, super confortevole 👍 Anche l'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è stato molto buono. Sono arrivato all'hotel intorno alle 10 la prima notte e ho scoperto che i letti matrimoniali non erano uniti (avevo chiamato la reception in anticipo), e all'improvviso si sono alzati. mi ha detto che non potevano essere messi insieme. Ero molto arrabbiato. Il responsabile della sala Il personale ha immediatamente aiutato a risolvere il problema e il loro atteggiamento è stato molto gentile. I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

La governante è stata premurosa, contattata in anticipo e ha organizzato un bus navetta per arrivare all'ingresso della zona sceneggiata, oltre a frutta di benvenuto e zuppa dolce della buonanotte. Nella stessa giornata ci siamo organizzati anche per scattare 5 foto di punti panoramici: molto belle! Mi piace moltissimo! Ci sono molti turisti durante il giorno, ma intorno alle cinque o alle sei diventa molto tranquillo. L'unico inconveniente è che accanto si sta costruendo una casa e sono stato svegliato molto presto la mattina dal rumore dei lavori di ristrutturazione. Tutto il resto è perfetto!

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Un posto molto bello con una vista magnifica sul lago Erhai. Pros: - Bella vista del lago erhai nel giorno, la città luce a sinistra alla notte - La stanza è davvero pulita e ben decorata con un posto fiamme virtuale che aggiunge all'atmosfera - Buona posizione, 10 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria Dali - Relativamente tranquillo a notte Coni: - Il flusso di bagno è piuttosto debole, sarà necessario flusso molte volte se si fa un grande affare - La testa del doccia aveva un'abitudine di fuga d'acqua la notte, anche se avevamo già sbloccato completamente le casse.

Questo B&B è molto buono. Qualcuno ci ha contattato in anticipo per venirci a prendere. Il nostro piano a Dali è di soli due giorni. Il capo ci ha dato suggerimenti su come viaggiare. La stanza può vedere il Lago Erhai e ha un'illuminazione migliore. La stanza è anche completamente intelligente. Anche la zona circostante è molto tranquilla.
