Location Hotel Spring is located on Khajjiar Road, barely 150 metres from Gandhi Chowk. The hotel lies in the heart of Dalhousie. It is 2 km away from the bus stand and 20 km away from Khajjiar. All major tourist attractions are easily accessible from the hotel. The nearest airport is situated at Gaggal (Kangra), approximately 140 km away, while Pathankot Railway Station is the nearest railhead, around 80 km away. Standing at an elevation above the main road, Hotel Spring is set amidst pine and deodar forests. With a mountain side at the back and the road and valley in front, the hotel enjoys a spectacular view on all sides. Very bad intercom in room not working tv connection was not working toiletries not provided shower was not working properly breakfast was good payment charged by make my trip was 40% high as compared by direct booking at property by self. Location of property good

The hotel has been renovated. Rooms and bathrooms are very good and clean. Parking facility is also available. The view from hotel is the best speciality the sunset is views. staff is very cooperative. I would also suggest you to stay here because this hotel is very good.

This property is not worth the charges we paid. It was worth half the charges only for the entire stay. Poor sanitation, dirty rooms, spiders, taps weren't working properly. Only good quality was the breakfast and polite staff

No space for parking, ordered tea @0900 pm at reception and later reminded again at 0945 (after their kitchen closes) and the order taking person guaranteed that he will deliver, but tea never came although i was waiting until 11pm. Old furniture (torn sofas). Better look for other hotels which offer better service..

First day there was no water, from 11 pm till 9 pm water did not come. I raised this concern at 4 am in the morning. Stay of first day was terrible. Our stomach got constipated as there was no water in bathroom. Also they provided extra mattress at 11 pm and we checked in at 11 am. We had to request a lot for extra mattress though we booked for 3 people. Please escalate it. I need refund for the first day. From 11 pm till 9 am. Due to no water we were not able to sleep as we were very constipated. We could not washroom. But for 2nd day he shifted us to another room. I don't need 6% discount. I need refund of the stay of first day. Second day was fine.

Room is okay, door lock and water heater is not working. Room service is not up to the mark. No proper car parking

It’s a old property some of the rooms are renovated and we had a pleasant experience. Needs little bit improvement with food.
