Hotel in zona Gandhi Chowk Shopping Plaza, Dalhousie

I had a horrible experience in this hotel... The manager of the Dalhousie shangrila hotel didn't have any courtesy to talk with his customers. He was very rude and arrogant... Manager named prabhat was very rude. Only after several complaints the old manager Ravi helped us little bit. The pictures shared on Google and make my trip were different from the actual hotel. The rooms were stinky and smelly. There was a foul smell in the bathroom and the rooms. Room was not cleaned properly before they gave it to us.. even the bedsheets were not changed.. there were mosquitoes and flies in the room. There was no ventilation. Also the servant of the hotel spitted on me. When asked he said you should have sit seperately. I think this hotel should be closed permanently. It is under construction and not at all advisable to stay in this hotel. It spoiled my whole trip in Dalhousie. The balcony was attached...there was no private balcony as shown in the images uploaded on make my trip. I am really very disappointed to book that hotel and pay 5500 for 2 nights and 3 days... Very bad and negative place to stay. Book at your own risk. Also adding some photos of the spotted room and washroom...

We stayed for tonight in September superb property in Dalhousie I mean one of the best.. I went for my wife birthday Mr Manohar Chauhan who is working with the property before its opening took great care of us personally and also upgraded our room to suite specially on the occasion of birthday. Rooftop it hi ☕ was great... Evening music add another charm of great ambience in the hills. One of the most clean hotels in Dalhousie as I frequently visit Dalhousie with family. Breakfast was great. Evening snacks at the rooftop with indoor swimming pool and heated places was a great... Thanks for giving us so many chocolates in a room which my kids loved

L'hotel è al meglio inferiore alla media e non a tutti i costi. La cosa migliore era che lo avessimo prenotato solo per un giorno, così il nostro viaggio è stato salvato, perché il nostro prossimo hotel è stato sorprendente .... Quanto a questo ... Puoi sentire l'odore di rusticità e vecchiaia del mobilio e tutta la struttura. Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia deluxe con vista sul balcone, ma era sottostandard e anche la vista non era buona, visto che la gente beve e parla in alto nelle proprie vicinanze. La terrazza comune è usata per asciugare i vestiti e per bere durante la serata che è davvero inquietante per voi sono con la vostra famiglia. I lavanderia non hanno scarico e c'è un drenaggio vicino. Solo una cosa buona è stata che pochi del personale erano cooperativi e cortesi.
