The check in staff was not a pleasant person. She was not busy with others at the front desk, however, tended to be sharp and impersonal. The A/C unit in the room was broken. It continued to run and get colder. It would not stay on s temperature. The grounds around the building had trash and a horrible view of several dumpsters. The air freshener was VERY strong in the room.

Clean rooms, nice people, they folded the towels into nice little shapes. AC worked good, free eggs in the morning. It was excellent for the money.

The lady behind the desk was very polite and helpful and the room was nice. HOWEVER, this motel has no elevator! There were no available rooms on the first floor. Hauling the heavy suitcase up the stairs for an 80 year old was a big chore and inconvenience! Perspective customers should be told this before making reservations. I think I should get a partial refund for this major inconvenience. Thank uou.

It looks a little sparse when you first drive back. But the rooms are all remodeled very nice very clean very up-to-date.

It was very nice and clean. The night front desk lady was very sweet. It was a great stop on our trip from DFW to Denver.

This hotel is being renovated. It is noisy and uncomfortable.The room is clean, but the blanket is thin, towels are dingy, and the pillows are hard and lumpy. The noise from other guests and the road makes it hard to aleep here.

Parking was terrible but hotel personnel fixed the issue. Late check in was very helpful.

Renovated hotel in a convenient area. Room was comfortable, but the pillows are so small, like throw pillows. The mattress, bedding, towels were great. Breakfast was typical. Lots of dining nearby.
