Comfort Cottage

I wanted to extend my stay by two days. I checked online and the price difference was 500 euros. I called the contact center and was informed that this change would cost me 750 euros. When I told the agent that I saw online for 250 euros cheaper, she told me that online prices are cheaper but, if I wanted to make the change, I could only do it over the phone and pay the increased price. I tried writting an email to Center Parcs explaning the situation, but they don't have email support nor chat. The call center is the only channel they have, which also is not in English; just German.

We took our 8 year old daughter to this park in the school holidays, the second one we have been to in the Netherlands. The park itself has everything you expect of Center Parcs, has loats of activities and the Aqua Mundo is excellent fun for all ages. Although we cooked mostly in our cottage, we tried out the pancake house which was delicious (thank you to the lovely Hetty for taking our order). Activities-wise my daughter tried the activity tower and really enjoyed the challenge of pushing herself to achieve the course, I felt that more staff were needed on this tower especially as my daughter froze at one point before getting the courage to jump the beam and no-one could help her other than an older girl participant behind her. The cottage itself was well stocked and to the norm of Center Parcs standards, outside though there were a couple of beer cans left in the grass. A hairdryer would be welcomed in the cottage too. I really liked the mirror in the bathroom which had a separate light, very helpful! The lake outside smelt a bit, and wafted over a few times, I would assume this would be dredged/cleaned before summer visitors arrive as you wouldn't be able to sit outside for too long. Finally, I just wanted to raise that my husbands Regatta gilet jacket was stolen in the bowling area. Whoever took it probably thought his wallet/keys were in there, luckily they weren't. It wasn't returned if someone had picked it up by mistake in any case. Just to let the person who know took it, we noticed the cats fleas had travelled with us on it. So lets hope they have bitten you a few times. Good luck!

Wat een lieve, vriendelijke mensen en wat een heerlijk huisje. Het weer viel tegen, maar toch was het binnen en buiten echt super fijn! Volgend jaar gaan we zeker weer, maar dan een beetje dichter bij de ingang een huisje boeken. Nu was het ver lopen met de kids. ( maar dat lag helemaal aan onszelf )

Wij zijn verbleven in een premium huisje. Deze werd "schoon gemaakt" voordat wij instapte. Ze mogen een tuinman inzetten voor het groen rondom de huizen en een hogedruk op het beton, ramen en kozijnen. De waterdrukte is zo laag dat hetmeer dan 2 uur duurt om het bad te vullen, op dat moment is het al bijna koud. Zelfs de wc duurt 10 min. voordat deze vult na gebruik, dit is zeer vervelend als iemand slaapt. Ramen in de badkamer gaan niet open en er is geen afzuiging dus het wordt erg damp binnen. Binnen was het vol met plekken waar insecten door vorig bewoners dood zijn gemaakt. Bij de ramen liggen meerdere dood insecten en in elk hoek spinnenhuisjes, er zit schimmel in de douch, matrassen hebben een kuil in zitten, apparatuur is vol met kalk en stof. Berging ruimte is vol met spinnen en andere insecten. Er is een verwarming rekje die het niet doet, kan net zo goed een gewoon rekje in setten. Kwaliteit, schoonmaak en onderhoud is hier geen prioriteit. Wij zijn zeer ontevreden en vetrekken eerder. Hier komen we nooit terug.

Das Schwimmbad ist sehr vielseitig. Unser 4 Personen Haus war sauber und ausreichend groß und schön eingerichtet. Meine Tochter war Ponyreiten. Das hat ihr viel Spaß gemacht. Außerdem hatten wir Tickets für das Plopsaland mitgebucht. Da waren wir mehrfach. Das ist ser vielseitig und liebevoll gestaltet. Wir waren beim Frühstücksbuffet. Das war auch sehr lecker.

Huisje was heel schoon en netjes. Echt heerlijk comfortabele. Park ziet er netjes uit veel leuke dingen om te doen. ZWEMBAD vonden de kids geweldig! En wij ook! Zouden zeker nog een keer terugkomen. Ik denk dat dit 1 van de beste vakantieparken is die wij als gezin bezocht hebben
