Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Hotel was good and affordable for a 4-star hotel. Location was ok, still need to walk some distance from central to hotel, korean food just downstairs

Very cosy stay! Good service by the staff, always welcoming. There are 2 hotel cute dog at the basement parking, lovee seeing them! Would recommend.

A very nicely decorated boutique hotel that is very clean. Kudos to the cleaning staff. Front desk staff is very friendly. Currently , there is major construction on the roads which made walking very difficult. If all goes well, it should be a pleasant walk to the lake. Will stay again.

more than just clean and aesthetic, Le Recit is the most beautiful hotel in Dalat… I think it is newly renovated as everything looks so new and clean. The hotel has a storybook/ fairytale theme where the whole building is a story (Le Recit) and each floor is called a chapter, each room represents a page. All the designs are so beautiful and creative. I would love to stay at Le Recit again. the security dogs are so cute. But the front of the hotel is very muddy, hope they can fix that because it’s a bit nasty. and the breakfast options can be better. wifi is also weak. christmas decorations are amazing, each room door has their own wreath. fantastic

So Good Nice Room Good Bed

The hotel is extremely clean, quiet, and modern. The photos online match with reality, which is nice. The furnishings in the rooms and in common areas are very modern and well-maintained. The staff is young, but they have good English and listening skills, which is not always easy to find in Vietnam. Breakfast is nice, but not spectacular. The location is convenient, but the main reason to stay here is the quality of the furnishings and the fine details which is also are kept up very well. If I come to DaLat again, I will most likely stay here again.

The front desk was mainly manned by young, friendly staff. Although English isn't their first language, they go out of their way to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable one. They were quick to give suggestions to places of interests and also helped to arrange transport for our sightseeing. Kudos to team. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast selection was not too bad. The hotel location is convenient. It is about 10mins walk away from the market and there are also many restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.
