This is an apartment-style stay with multiple private owners, so check-in can be confusing. There’s no front desk or staff to greet you — we had to look around and ask people for help. The Surroundings: Our unit faced a road with a nightclub nearby, and unfortunately, it felt like we were inside the club. Music blasted until around midnight every night, making it hard to sleep. Access: There’s no key card — you’ll need to get help from the Colline Hotel concierge next door, who will scan the lift for you to access your floor. The Apartment (2BR, 1 Bath): • The unit was dusty at check-in, with hairs on the bed and a musty smell in the rooms. • No cutlery, just a few teacups and a pot. • No kettle provided initially — we had to request one, and it arrived dusty and unwashed. • The ironing board collapsed, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The Upside: The location is very strategic — just a short walk to the night market, with a convenience store next door and plenty of eateries and pharmacies nearby. A stay here might work if you value location over comfort — but bring earplugs and low expectations.

Comfortable living space with breezy balcony and full amenities. Modern, stylish furniture. Both reception and housekeeping staff were friendly and considerate.

Stayed for 1 night and loved the peaceful vibe. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had a great view of Da Lat’s rooftops. Kitchen was functional, and the location made it easy to explore the night market on foot. Felt like home. The room had a warm and cozy vibe, perfect for the chilly weather. Staff were responsive and helpful when we needed extra blankets.

If you're someone who values peace and quiet, this place delivers. Despite being in the city, I never heard traffic or noise from neighbors. The bed was firm (which I like), the linens were clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. I appreciated the honesty and warmth of the staff more than anything else.

perfect choice when staying here, the apartment is very nice, full kitchen, washing machine, the living room is very nice and spacious. There is a cafe on the rooftop with a panoramic view of the city at night, very peaceful. Reasonable price, although a bit expensive compared to other hotels, but the staff is enthusiastic. We got early check-in and no charge at 8 AM

The location is central and close to the basics one might require. Both the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I arrived around 1pm and checking in was stipulated at 2pm. There was no one at the reception counter but there was a family also, either checking in or out also seated nearby. A full scale fight started amongst them and the young adult male hurled a full coffee container onto the table between them whilst shouting loudly. He came and went several times screaming at them whilst they tried to mop up the mess with tissues. No security or staff appeared to intervene. Thankfully, this fammily all eventually rose and left, dragging their luggage behind them The room I has been alotted was fine although the shower room floor was inadequately angled and so shower water flooded into the main bathroom floor. Having then left to grab some lunch I returned to hear loud jackhammers pounding above the ceiling accompanied by intermittent hammering. I phoned reception who apologised but said it was out of their control. The demolition work stopped around 5pm but started again at 8am in the morning. Looking back I can't say it was an overall favourable experience.

Everything here is great, close to the center, enthusiastic support staff, very attentive customer care, I appreciate this, because very few hotels take such good care of their customers.

5인가족 여행으로 방3개 503호 배정받았어요. 청결이슈로 좀 걱정되긴 했는데 예상보다 깨끗했어요 침구,수건에서 섬유유연제향도 향긋하게 나고. 호텔이 아니다보니 수건교체는 요구해야지 바꿔줘요. 3일 묵으면서 교체 1번 받음. 한번 더 교체 요구했지만 못받았음. 엘베 키가 원래 있어야하는데 없어서 다시 요청해서 받음 위치는 너무 좋아서 야시장,리엔호아, 호수 다 도보권으로 다닐수 있어요. 다음 여행가면 또 방문 할 의사있음. 가성비 최고입니다!

Vị trí ok, gần chợ đà lạt, phía dưới là chợ mới đà lạt. Vệ sinh mình thấy ko ok lắm, chăn nồng nặc mùi nước xả, mở cửa là ngửi thấy từ ngoài, hơi khó thở, sau khi dọn phòng thì chăn mới có những vết ố vàng trên nền xanh của chăn. Ấm siêu tốc phía trong có những mảng bám vàng ko biết là gì. Chỗ phơi đồ hơi có mùi, ko có tay quay nâng hạ trục phơi đồ, phải dùng ghế để leo lên. Nhà vệ sinh 2 ngày đầu ko mùi nhưng đến ngày thứ 3 bắt đầu thỉnh thoảng có mùi cống thoát nước. Trước khi đến mình có hỏi có sẵn ô ko, ks bảo có nhưng đến nơi thì bảo ko có nên mình ko đem đủ ô để dùng hôm mưa.

추워요 난방이 따로 없어서 밤에는 추웠고 특히 샤워실이 외벽에 있으니 밤에는 씻을 엄두를 못내고 아침에만 샤워했어요 처음엔 물도 안나와서 몇시간을 끙끙댔는데 전기분전함박스에보니 온수 차단기가 내려와있어서 그거 올리니 따뜻한 물나왔어요. 여기도 개인이 룸을 가지고 있고 사람들한테 방을 대여하는 개념이고 도착해서 전화하니 비어있던 리셉션에 사람이 나타났아요 메일로 방넘버랑 비번 알려주지만 이 사람 만나기전에는 엘베를 못타니 꼭 숙소예약시 체크인 시간을 알려주거나 저처럼 전화하서야 할거예요. 그래도 위치가 좋아서 야시장은 숙소에서 내려가면 바로 도착해요 세탁기 건조기 있어서 그건 만족했습니다

Mình ở 1 đêm, rất hài lòng. Phòng rộng rãi, ấm cúng, ánh sáng tự nhiên tốt. Ban công nhìn ra chợ đêm. Bếp nhỏ gọn để nấu ăn nhẹ, vòi sen nước nóng mạnh. Chủ nhà thân thiện, hỗ trợ nhanh qua tin nhắn. Vị trí đi bộ ra chợ đêm, cà phê, vườn hoa đều tiện.

도심 한가운데서 조용히 쉴 수 있는 공간이었어요. 침구도 향기롭고 포근했어요. 친구와 와인 마시며 야경을 보는 시간이 정말 특별했습니다. 아침 산책 후 커피 마시기 딱이에요.
