House has 4 beds total, with 3 bedrooms. Sleeps 8 with 3 King beds and 1 Queen. The home has a full kitchen with a large living room that has auto recliner leather seating. There is plenty of parking on the property if bringing toys or a boat, and large back patio area to relax and bbq.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 1 total).About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Living Room has space as floor sleeping if needed..About customRules:Please keep the nightly noise down.
