White Feather Resort Kauncha

Excellent Lake View Rooms with several amenities. Swimming pool, spa, live music, indoor and outdoor kids play area, dinner with bonfire, friendly staff, boating and peaceful a**osphere. Great place for a getaway in nature. Highly Recommended!

We had booked white feather for 5 days for our family of 10….the place was absolutely 10/10 in all aspects …courteous and friendly staff, super clean and well maintained tent rooms with all the comfort amenities needed , lip smacking food choices, spa gym , swimming pool , play area and a amazing view of the lake. I would recommend this place for an amazing vacation for sure.

Resort is amazing, the view is exceptional but the staff is pathetic. They are not doing justice to the property. They really dont care about their customers. Only because of the service my experience was horrible. I would suggest to try other resorts in the area. They just dont care to improve it was quite understood from their behaviour.

We stayed with friends in White Feather Resort Kauncha, this property near Dudhani Lake and good property with nice location... Rooms are clean and staff was polite and professional. Suggestion - good property for family and with friends.

Location is good but far away from Highway , also Service and maintenance is not at all ***aged. 1. Whatever you ask will take more then 2-3 calls to get to you. Bad service and delayed for sure. 2. Half of the time they say we cannot do anything about issues with rooms. Maintenance is needed very badly and ***agement or service desk is least concerned about servicing the customers. 3. Till midnight parties keep on going for corporate clients so they will not service the single room occupants. Least concerned about single room occupants. 4. Do not expect much if going to this place except for location.

We went for a Dinner in this resort. It is located nearby to beautiful picturesque Dudhani Lake. The food was awesome and the ambience was very good. The service was quick and the staff was polite and friendly. The food was too overpriced for the less quantity served.

We stayed here during our college reunion. First the plus points - the location is fantastic and adjacent to the lake front, there is a garden and boating facility available in the vicinity. Boating person does not ask to wear safety jackets but one must wear. The property is well maintained and staff are good. Swimming pool is working but the water has too much chlorine. Rooms are bid and nicely maintained. Toilets are good and functional. The negatives- there is neither a wifi not mobile connectivity. No contact with outside world. Jio network works sometimes. The food is totally vegetarian. No alcohol is allowed. Google map shows this location wrongly. One need to follow the sign boards or ask for the directions. There is no intercom. Charges are on a higher side.

Fraud resort. We lost our 30,000 in name of advance booking. Also, the staff were misbehaving with us.do not book here.we enter the resort at around 7:00 pm. After a fraud of 30,000 they were charging us a lot of money for room as there were no resort available nearby.

Superb location, Neat and clean rooms, delicious food & cooperative staff. The lake and mountains around give a beautiful feeling of nature. The boating gives us a feeling of Shikara of Kashmir. The rooms are very spacious and located at very beautiful location. The view from room is excellent
