Hotel in zona Hoa Hai, Da Nang

Voglio andare a Dalishi Mountain, quindi sono andato due ore prima, e quando ho chiesto se posso lasciare il bagaglio, mi ha prestato una stanza. Ha anche aggiornato gratis. Ho affittato diverse camere a Hanoi, Porto e Conferenza a prezzi identici, ma questo è il più comodo! La temperatura e la pressione dell'acqua calda sono i migliori. E'un po'di distanza da Porto e Conferenza, ma il giorno in cui vai a Dalishi Mountain, puoi soggiornare qui. C'è un supermercato a piedi. Voglio lasciare ♪ quando torno in Vietnam

We have a sea view room with balcony the room was very big with the most comfortable bed. We had tea and coffee facilities as well as a limited mini bar. The hotel has 2 pools we loved the pool close to the beach there was plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beautiful beach. The food choices were very good for breakfast lunch and dinner. The hotel did a really nice Valentine’s Day meal which was very nice plus a street food evening. We stayed for 8 nights and we did not want to leave. The hotel is in a great location to get local transport to Danang city or Hoiann. We booked a day trip to the ancient city of Hue through the hotel which was very good. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to marble mountain which is well worth a visit. I would return to Sandy Beach if I came back to Danang.

Grande servizio.Buona casa ristoranti che serveno deliziosi cibo, deve provare la griglia per la loro torta. Amore la piscina 250m e in sala da pranzo. Forse l'unico posto in basso è l'hotel è popolare per eventi commerciali che possono essere disturbanti per l'ambiente altrimenti tranquillo

We booked a ln L shaped 4 bed villa to stay with with friends. We really tried to find honest reviews but struggled so were hopeful but unsure what it would be like. The resort itself is set in beautifully manicured gardens, there are two nice pools and a great beachfront location. There are a few things around the resort in general which are starting to show their age (broken light fittings etc) but in general the resort is nice. It’s probably closer to Hoi An than Danang (10km ish from Danang). We were really disappointed when we walked into the villa. It was really tired and quite dirty with a smell of damp. Maintenance just isn’t done here on a proactive level. The fridge was leaking water and a towel was there to catch the water. The windowsills and some blinds were dirty/ broken. The decor was dated. The fortitude was chipped and really needs replacing. Tiles were falling off the roof and we were concerned about one going into the pool and there was also a wasp nest near the pool outside. The beds are ridiculously hard….we nearly left as it was like sleeping on wood. They did bring toppers for 3 of the 5 beds which took the edge off but still one of the worse nights sleep I’ve ever had. I know some cultures prefer a harder bed but it was one of the worst I’ve ever felt…..crippling back pain every morning. If they put more care and attention into the villas and spent a little bit on more modern furniture they could be excellent. Scored a 3 as the cleaning staff were great, the team were responsive on text and tried to fix the issues and the landscaping was great. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space, just a shame it didn’t meet expectations……wasn’t cheap either. Most we spent per night and worse we had in our 15 night Vietnam stay.

we arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery. After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery. My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming. The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay. The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it. The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim..... But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus. Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. We stayed here for 5 nights in June 2023 . Nice , clean resort a bit out of town . Rooms are large and modern , pools and restaurants are nice just a bit of a walk from the building accommodation. Breakfast was good . Viet in the pool bar was amazing, Friendly and gave us great local information and local suggestions. The only down side to this accommodation is it’s a bit far from Da Nang and Hoi am with limited options unless you take a taxi or grab . Negatives for the hotel is laundry pricing $$$ and car using by resort $$$

L'atteggiamento generale del personale è buono. C'è un responsabile che contatta con voi e un responsabile che fornisce il conducente. E il personale di sicurezza è molto responsabile. Ogni due ore si spacca nel giardino della piscina  La posizione geografica ha i vantaggi e le debolezze, il vantaggio è molto chiaro e tranquillo, il disavanzo è che la posizione non è molto vicina alla spiaggia di Meiji, prendi circa vent' minuti fuori. Ma il complesso è molto soddisfatto. Se la prossima volta ti rimettero' con la famiglia 😄

Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.
