Hotel in zona Hoa Hai, Da Nang

L'hotel superava tutte le mie aspettative, e dal momento che passeggiai attraverso le porte, il personale era caldo e accogliente, facendomi sentire a casa. La mia camera era spaziosa e impecabilmente pulita, con un balcone che offre una vista fantastica sulla linea di cieco della città. Mi ha colpito davvero l'attenzione ai dettagli e l'impegno generale di eccellenza in questo hotel. Non esitarei a rimanere qui di nuovo per la mia prossima visita.

We had a nice stay at the Marriott Danang. All of the staff around the resort were extremely polite and friendly. We appreciated the help and advice from the concierge staff. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of dishes from Western, SE Asian and local Vietnamese. Perfect place for a family holiday:)

Feedback on Sheraton Grand: During my recent stay, the reception service crew member, Thanh Vo, did not collect the payment from me since the booking indicated payment over the counter. This created inconvenience, as I had to contact the counter to settle the payment. Additionally, the hotel required extra procedures to process the credit card payment. Throughout this process, I had to make calls, reply to emails, and follow up, which was highly inconvenient. I hope Sheraton Grand can take note of this issue and work on improving the guest experience. Feedback on Trip.com: I would recommend adding a reminder message for users booking rooms during midnight hours (after 12 am) to avoid confusion regarding the booking date. This would help ensure users select the correct date and prevent errors during late-night bookings.

Abbiamo quattro persone in una fila, vivendo in due camere separate. Il primo piano ha una cucina aperta con un salotto, un bagno con camera da letto, un altro bagno. È possibile guardare una piscina indipendente in un fiume all'interno dell'hotel; Il secondo piano ha un grande bagno con un pinguino, e lo spazio è abbastanza. Il biglietto per ogni soggiorno notturno comprende due persone 60 minuti di spa e due persone di notte. Viviamo due notti. Quattro persone possono godere di spa e notte di notte allo stesso tempo, la qualità è in linea con le aspettative. L'hotel dispone di piscina pubblica, che può raggiungere direttamente la spiaggia, bella ambiente, buon servizio, colazione ricco, stile completo, grande parte del servizio del personale è tagliato e l'esperienza di alloggio complessiva è soddisfatta.

Tornero' in Vietnam per andare davvero qui. È un nuovo resort, quindi è pulito e per lo più, così bello. Se stai pensando a dove andare al resort, vai qui. Il personale del desk front was so friendly that I was memorable for a more enjoyable trip :) Non voglio scrivere un commento, ma non credo di dover scrivere un commento, quindi la lascio.E' davvero il migliore!! Se dovete scrivere il downside, um ... um ... Se soggiornate per più di 2 notti, il colazione è un buon gusto per un giorno, e la cena non è un gusto di pagare soldi costosi. ^^^ Prendilo ~~ Le bevande al caffè sono solo soso.. Non c'è nulla intorno, quindi si raccomanda di venire a Marte senza condizioni.Sarebbe stato tutto a posto. Ho anche sostituito il filtro di doccia, ma il filtro non era molto sporco rispetto ad altri hotel. Era solo un ristorante pieno di vantaggi. E 'stato così sfortunato che non potevo uscire dal mare durante la stagione piovana, ma lo consiglio perché è un alloggio felice anche se si guarda solo la vista del mare dalla stanza !!!

Bella e grande ristorante, leggermente fuori dalla zona commerciale, ma le camere sono state ben mantenute e il colazione è stato diffuso. Non ci sono poche strutture come massaggio, palestra, bar/restaurante e attività all'interno del resort. Il servizio di personale è stato eccezionale. In generale, il soggiorno di grande valore è intorno alla zona di Danang.

The place is right next to the beach with accommodations ranging from from your standard hotel twins room to large pool villas. Services is good with friendly staff. Buffet breakfast and dinner are also good value. The twin room was very spacious with ocean views from both the living room and the bedroom. The Huge bathtub was a bonus. The only part is the lift up to the rooms are small and stuffy. It almost feels like no AC in the lift. A ride from G to Level 6 already got me sweating.

This hotel is lovely! In the outskirts of the city, but not too far away from it, it has a private beach with white sand and an awesome view. Their breakfast is rich and varied and their restaurant offers all-day dining service. They also offers tours to the nearby landmarks and attractions if needed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to fully relax and enjoy a beach holiday.

Non ho mai soggiornato in un alloggio fantastico/perfetto con un valore migliore per i soldi. Non mi mancherò quando andrò a Da Nang. Mi sento come se fossi in cielo per un giorno. La ragione per cui ho deciso di andare a Da Nang per il prossimo viaggio è dovuta a questo ostello.

In general the hotel is quite nice, the private villa is spacious and perfect for my family. We took the 2 bedroom villa. It is well mantained and in good conditions, AC inside, all cutlery needed, plates, refrigerator, microwave, even special towels for our private swimming pool. The breakfast is good, fruit and dishes are good, have several varieties and very western. One thing that really need improve is coffee. Being in Vietnam, amazing that the coffee was horrible, and also, some special coffee like cappuccino may need extra payment, not a good touch for a buffet, sorry. The staff was excellent, always care of us. Distance is a bit complicated for some food delivery which would be extra expensive, but in general everyone knows location. The entire hotel is quite private and big and very family friendly. Definitely stay again.
