Hotel in zona Hoa Hai, Da Nang

Dear Management Team, I am writing to share my experience during a two-night stay at the Hyatt Regency Danang Resort and Spa. While the overall ambiance of the resort is pleasant, there are a few areas that I believe require attention to enhance the guest experience. The room facilities appeared outdated, which slightly detracted from the comfort we expected. On the second night, my husband and I experienced skin irritation while sleeping, which we initially thought was due to excessive sun exposure or dry skin. After showering and applying moisturizer, the itching persisted upon returning to bed. This occurred around 3 AM, and to avoid further disturbance, we used bathroom towels as bedding. The next morning, we noticed no further irritation, strongly suggesting an issue with the bed linens or bedding. Additionally, we observed visible stains on the pillows and some marks on the fabric sofa in the room, which added to our concerns about cleanliness. Regarding dining, we visited two of the three breakfast restaurants. In one, we were seated at a fabric sofa that had noticeable stains from spilled food. I informed the waiter about the unhygienic condition, but with the restaurant being busy and limited seating available, I requested an extra napkin to place under me as a temporary solution. This experience was disappointing, as cleanliness in dining areas is crucial for guest comfort. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as we believe addressing these issues—particularly the cleanliness of bedding and furniture—would greatly improve the guest experience. Booking a Four-Bedroom Ocean View Villa, but Only a Three-Bedroom Was Provided due to AC Malfunction. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was informed that due to an air conditioning malfunction, only a three-bedroom ocean view villa was available. The initial compensation offered was adding two extra beds to the three-bedroom villa and refunding the price difference. But how could four families be accommodated in three rooms? Additionally, there were significant safety issues with the villa’s bed design. Both children and elderly guests sustained injuries as a result. Future guests should exercise caution when staying here. The hotel breakfast was rich and varied with a wide selection. The swimming pool was stunning, offering a direct view of the sunrise.

Hotel molto bello, molto grande area hotel.. direttamente sulla spiaggia molto lunga e bella.. 2 bellissime piscine, ginnastica relativamente grande con buono attrezzatura.. 1 cortile da tennis.. molto buon buffet di colazione grande ...buono ristorante ... circa 6-7 chilometri fuori da nang ma molto facile e veloce da raggiungere con gratta

The hotel prepared cakes and special decorations for the anniversary of my wife and me. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices. We particularly enjoyed the long pool where we did kayaking.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this villa! The place is spacious, beautifully decorated, and absolutely spotless. The environment is clean and peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. The staff were outstanding. I started asking them questions a month before our stay and they were always patient, detailed, and super helpful. They even help us arranged private transport for us at a very reasonable price. The rooms were lovely big, clean, and exactly like the photos. In fact, at first, I thought the pictures might be AI-generated because they looked too perfect! But everything looked exactly the same in real life ..even better. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, and the whole experience was so smooth and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and created some amazing memories with friends. Highly recommend this place I’d love to come back again if I get the chance!

It was fantastic! We felt so welcomed at the resort and had a great 8 days! The park-like area is great and the villas are well integrated into the nature. Even though it’s villa next to villa you still have a feeling of privacy. Everything is clean and well maintained. The beach is great and it’s only knee-deep for at least 50 meters so it’s great with children. Food and different buffets are superb, starting with the breakfast with a huge selection and also the special buffet options and the restaurant at the beach. The kids loved all the children activities offered for free and were thrilled to collect stamps for each initiative which they could trade for little gifts. All the staff are so friendly and give you a great feeling of being welcome. We would absolutely recommend it and had such a great time!

Che fantastica gita! Ci siamo trasferiti a Danang e è stata la prima volta a Melia.. anche quella in ristrutturazione, non ha influenzato il soggiorno, cibo buono, fantastico trampolino al club dei bambini così i miei figli erano molto felici e il personale era fuori amicizia ! Sono certamente tornato!!

The villa was great. Very big and spacious and with a small swimming pool in our garden. The house materials are not new and needing some maintenance but in the end and after requesting to change a couple of things, the staff did it for us. The location it’s absolutely amazing. A few steps from the beautiful beach and near from the restaurant, swimming pool and reception. Although we had later on a big delay in our flight and a bad experience with the airport staff, we will come back to this resort.

Naman Retreat è un bel resort vicino alla spiaggia e ci sono anche alcuni campi da golf vicini. È anche vicino all'aeroporto (solo 1/2 ore di guida) e Hoi An Ancient Town. è adatto alle esigenze della nostra famiglia. La piscina era molto spaziosa e ci piaceva tanto i massaggi del centro. La piscina era molto buona per noi quando volevamo un po' di tempo tranquillo e rilassamento. Evelyn era la signora dell'hotel che ha cercato di soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze, e da quando ero in Da Nang, mi sono fidato molto di Evelyn per aiutarmi a prenotare limone e fare giri. Apprezzo davvero il grande servizio di Evelyn e la sua disponibilità a correre miglia per soddisfare le nostre esigenze (anche se lavoravo tardi la sera per assicurare che i pantaloni personalizzati di mia figlia potessero essere consegnati la sera prima di lasciare la mattina seguente) Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno molto presente a Naman Retreat e torneremo in futuro.
