La posizione comoda è il vantaggio principale di questo hotel. 3 minuti a piedi dal mare. Avevo una prenotazione con i pasti. Colazione dalle 6.30 alle 9.30, la scelta è molto modesta, uova o frittata, 2 zuppe, riso con uova o tagliatelle con manzo, potete prepararvi un panino con salsiccia e formaggio + un paio di succhi, tè, caffè. Rotolo per dessert e un paio di tipi di frutta. L'hotel è vecchio e non viene ristrutturato da molto tempo, la doccia perde da tutte le fessure, il WC perde, gli armadi non chiudono bene, ma nel complesso va bene per “passare la notte”. C'è una cassaforte in camera e una piccola piscina sul tetto. Puliti ogni giorno, asciugamani, acqua, tè, caffè vengono rinnovati. Il personale è molto cordiale

Non fatevi ingannare dalla vista perché la vista è tutto ciò che questo hotel ha. E poi, non in tutte le stanze! Non per molto, ci sono sospetti: impianto idraulico marcio (non ho mai visto niente di simile in vita mia). Spruzza da tutti i buchi. Perdite d'acqua nella stanza perché non c'è guarnizione nella cabina doccia. Risparmiare sugli ospiti?🤔SI! Un letto che traballa anche quando respiri? SÌ! Dove!? asciugare il costume e l'asciugamano dopo la spiaggia? VP!? (per un secondo, non appendere disperatamente i costumi da bagno su superfici accessibili, devi comunque togliere la polvere secolare). Ci sono tantissimi hotel in giro che probabilmente meritano più attenzione di questo. A proposito, al momento del pagamento ti verrà sicuramente presentato un conto per qualche piccola cosa. I ragazzi stanno sopravvivendo, a quanto pare. Concorrenza, ecco di cosa si tratta.

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'hotel. Era a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e vicino a molti ristoranti e caffetterie. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile ogni volta che avevamo una domanda. Abbiamo prenotato la camera King Deluxe con vista mare (finestre dal pavimento al soffitto con molta luce). Un letto grande e una vasca da bagno erano per noi caratteristiche importanti. La colazione a buffet era buona ma semplice, ma anche in questo caso i membri del personale erano molto cordiali. La cassaforte nella nostra camera era rotta, il che era un po' un inconveniente. Ci torneremmo sicuramente.

Dedico questo feedback alla casalinga che mi sveglia alle 8:30 del mattino con tutta la sua squadra... Ridere, urlare, fumare per terra nonostante sia vietato fumare in camera..... QUALSIASI RISPETTO PER I CLIENTI. Vorrei dire al direttore di questo hotel, di insegnare al suo staff cosa significa la parola RISPETTO.... È UNA VERGOGNA AVERE UN MEMBRO DELLO STAFF COSÌ... Non dimenticare con il cliente il suo. Difficile trasformare un hotel.. E ancora di più quando i membri sono PERSONALE RUDE E IMPOLITE!

I had a great stay! The room was clean and spacious, and the counter staff were very kind and helpful. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. Overall, everything was very good, and I would definitely book again. A few points for improvement: It would be helpful to have an in-house phone to contact the front desk. The air conditioning could be upgraded—despite setting it to full power, it was still quite warm, and when set to higher power, it became noisy. It might need some maintenance. A wider variety of breakfast options would also be appreciated. Looking forward to my next stay!

It's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault. In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us. But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff "Miss Suong" took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further. Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff. For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview. During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home. Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏 Thank you, and thanks a million times to the entire staff of Nhat Minh Hotel and apartments. You are my best experience in my entire life's hotel experiences. Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life. I believe that at the end of the day, the people you meet make your experience enjoyable. Thank you, Nhat Minh. Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that. As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental. About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk. If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40. Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one. This review is not written in the spur of the moment but written 8 days after Da Nang, 2 more places and back to Singapore.
