I made a reservation for a partial sea-view family room for five nights following my wife's eight-night stay. We were downgraded to a room without a view, despite my booking confirmation clearly indicating a partial sea view. The hotel claimed no such rooms were available. Furthermore, for a significant portion of our stay, we lacked hot water for showers, a fact confirmed by the reception staff. I contacted Trip.com to report this unfair treatment and apparent misrepresentation. Only after this intervention were we provided with the correct room and hot water service. I do not recommend this hotel. I saw their concierge help all guests of other races but refused to help me with my 6 pieces of large luggage. This hotel has treated us differently because of our race, and furthermore, the lack of proper ventilation, closed windows, and crowded breakfast room created a significant health risk, posing a potential medical emergency. Consequently, we avoided breakfast following my illness after my third visit. I paid for a different hotel and will be staying there moving forward.

Arrived here did not like location as nothing in walking distance. Room very basic but clean and tidy as it should it was just old furniture but good for a one or maybe to night stay. Staff seemed very nice. We decided when we got there not to stay the night and went on to Hoi An instead Nothing to do with the Hotel it was our choice. Any one staying there will think it’s clean and friendly staff just not my cuppa tea on the location it’s a wee bit out of town

The kind reception staff were so helpful. The room was new and well maintained, and very clean and comfortable. I will be back.

Our stay at De Lamur in Danang was okay, but we had an unpleasant start. When we entered the room, we were met by a huge cockroach. Instead of resting, we had to spend time getting rid of it. Later, another cockroach appeared, which was not a great experience. Otherwise, the hotel was fine, but this situation definitely left a negative impression.

Hotel is right at the beach, just a few steps away. Room is clean, and staff is very friendly.

The room is good but you’ll know it’s old when you see it. I wished there was a vanity mirror. The only mirror there is in the bathroom. It’s located across the beach so you can get fresh air if you want. There’s also a minimart (you need to focus when paying cause the cashier there tried to scam us) beside it and a restaurant (with great food) on the other.

Its a frustrating stay! If its raining they will close the swimming pool on the top deck which really sucks our stay and decided to move on other hotel.

Hotel was very old , we requested for 2cards due to we are group travel, but reception ask us to keep the card inside the room and when we back they will open the door for us, but when we back to hotel they already took out our card without asking us! And the aircond not working at all! Damn hot! At night 3am+- the toilet door and wardrobe door suddenly open and close itself 😨

I love how this hotel is super close to the beach. It was what I needed cause it was close to the linh pagoda, marble mountains and not even that far to Hai Van Pass. They motorbikes for rent too which is very recommended. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool closing at 6 pm 🤪 I stayed outside because I wanted to see the location with all the lights on but I was told they close the pool at 6 that’s why I gave amenities 4/5 but overall this is a very nice hotel! Although I thought I would be getting a room with a sea view but turns out my room didn’t even have windows.

DO NOT BOOK!!! Stupid hotel with stupid ass staff. No bell man, no room service. They have absolutely nothing to provide to the the guests, not even an iron. They have the hotel just for show and tell. DO NOT BOOK unless you really need it. There are BETTER options nearby. Beach is surrounded with a lot of the hotels. DO NOT BOOK. DO NOT BOOK!!
