I made a reservation for a partial sea-view family room for five nights following my wife's eight-night stay. We were downgraded to a room without a view, despite my booking confirmation clearly indicating a partial sea view. The hotel claimed no such rooms were available. Furthermore, for a significant portion of our stay, we lacked hot water for showers, a fact confirmed by the reception staff. I contacted Trip.com to report this unfair treatment and apparent misrepresentation. Only after this intervention were we provided with the correct room and hot water service.
I do not recommend this hotel. I saw their concierge help all guests of other races but refused to help me with my 6 pieces of large luggage. This hotel has treated us differently because of our race, and furthermore, the lack of proper ventilation, closed windows, and crowded breakfast room created a significant health risk, posing a potential medical emergency. Consequently, we avoided breakfast following my illness after my third visit.
I paid for a different hotel and will be staying there moving forward.
