Perfect place to stay in Da Nang, 7min to the sea side. We booked it 4 times (extended our first stay). Clean and nice, but be aware thatsome of economy options don't have any windows. We asked staff to give us s room with windows Love this place, I will come back

What I most loved about staying at Salutan Apartments was how they made me feel so welcome from day one and as we got to know each other it got even better. I felt almost like family by the time I left. When I needed something it was always forthcoming asap without question even when it was my fault for not recognizing the garbage bags they had in a tidy black roll behind the sink! Duh they must have wondered why this old lady needed so many garbage bags but they cheerfully supplied them. By the time I left I loved these people!

Comfortable rooms, good staff and good located hotel . 7 mins to beach

This is not a good nor acceptable place. Difficult for me to understand the previous reviews on trip.com: after my arrival I become suspicious and I checked on google, there you can find a lot of 1 stars reviews which correspond to reality. Please check them before booking. Here my review: 1. this place is crazy NOISY: constructions going on from 7am to 5-6pm everyday with pneumatic hammer. Unless your intention is to wake up at 7am everyday and leave, this place is NOT for you; Moreover there is a School in front of the buolding and a lot of traffic. No way to sleep after 7am or even staying in the room. Of course there is also the fridge, crazy noisy too...^^' 2. LUCK of PROFESSIONALITY, the stuff LIED to me in two occasions: when I arrived the owner said the noise was only on first floor, NOT true. I was 4th floor out of 5, never experienced such a noise in a place so far (and my house in Torino is close to the airport...^^' ). Second lie when they told me no construction on sunday: it was as noisy as the other days. If they lie on this, then they could lie also on other things, not TROUSTABLE. 3. the SMELL:sewer smell from the sink, quite disgusting -.-' 4. CLEANESS: the floor was really dirty when I arrived. They do not provide sheets for the blankeet, just a blanket (of course maybe they wash it, but given the rest, I was not sure about it). The laundry machine was dirty. I did the washing of the machine but since there is only cold water wash option...not very hygienic... But I also have to say that the room is exactly equal to the pictures, it is jus a pity that pictures are only for eyes and it is not possible to enable the ears/nose function...^^ Anyway if you want to stay in this place despite my review, good luck, you are advised. In any case don't do it if you want to sleep acceptably. Simona

I have stayed at 5th fl. I got a city view, which looked interesting and friendly neighborhood. The window is wide and opens widely, so good for ventilation. Along down the road there are Win mart and two bakeries, one of two makes Tiramisu, Mousse and Almond Tuile. Phuoc My tradional market is on foot within 5 min. It looks they are opened but during the morning times. Soluton's kitchen countertop is high enough for tall people. LG laudry machine is new and nice. Also hanger is wide enough with arcodion folding. The Laundry dries in several hours under hot weather. Only the sewage smell is a fly in the ointment. You could handle it smartly amd generously : I opened the shower room window, and covered the sewage with a sleeper. Aroma candle helped it diminished and forgotten. I liked the Phuoc My market. Local market and good price. But one seller didn't like my taking photos, yelled at me. She was the first and furist vietnamese I have ever seen in Danang.

I found Saluton and ideal stop on my journey. Great location, only a few hundred metres from the beach, with various shops and restaurants nearby including great coffee shops,  The room matched the description and the amenities were good. Best of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. I would recommend for travellers of all kind.  NB: next door currently has construction work going on. This can be distracting during the day, but the work stops in the evening and so won't spoil your sleep. I will stress that this isn't the fault of the hotel, and so any negative views on the place that come from the construction do not fairly represent the quality of the accommodation.

At this price, this quality makes no sense. Kindness, washing machine, microwave, location were all perfect. Next time I come, I will definitely stay

Good for the washing machine, check out at 11am, they come to remind you at 10. 30am.

Disclaimer: We have not stayed in this hotel due to there being a glitch when we booked. But the owner was kind enough to refund us the full amount of money that we paid for the room. Thank you so much for the effort in refunding us.

The apartment is in good location to roam around and the room has facilities to wash your clothes for iron you need to ask as they have only 1 available for all the guests, the staff has always a smiling face they do help me carry my luggage. Just prepare a Google translator though when you communicate to them.

Отличное расположение: пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы. Рядом много кафе, рынок, недалеко круглосуточный супермаркет. В отеле довольно тихо, ремонт в соседнем здании практически закончился, шумных работ больше нет. Не хватило: мыла для рук в туалете.

Хороший, просторный отель и дружелюбный персонал. В номере есть свежие полотенца и охлаждённая вода
