Upon arrival you are surprised that unlike most hotels is da nang this property is not vertically high rise but rather horizontally wide giving everyone view to beautiful landscape, 5 pools as well as the most in demand beautiful beach. Check in process - 5 star - it was efficiently done with zero delays or hassles, the room key was handed over along with explanation document of the facilities. The bags were sent to the room before my arrival to the room. Having an expat manager at the reception was definitely a big plus. Rooms - 5 star - it’s a classic property newly renovated while maintaining its classic atmosphere. The rooms are very large with large bathrooms that offer bathtub as well as walk-in shower which is very convenient and offers you a choice. The bed was very comfortable and the room was absolutely silent. They offered every amenity possible including bath salt which was refilled daily and turndown service was great as they always left some sweet savory to enjoy before bed time :) Dining experience - 5 star - they have two restaurants. One is French Vietnamese and the second one is on the beach. The Beach restaurant offered very nice grilled platter, which was perfect to Enjoy the evening by the Seaside as well as the draft beer to go along during lunch they offered burgers and pizzas. The French-Vietnamese restaurant offered meals that were presented with right balance of flavors and local twist that were almost like a Michelin star restaurant. Thanks to their executive chef who made sure that all guests were given attention and collected their feedback for improvements. This is unlike most hotels in Vietnam. Safety - 5 star - this is a special appreciation for the lifeguards, which are constantly around all five pools as well as on the beach lifeguards made sure of guest safety and not just stand there, but also to guide people where not to swim or where it could be dangerous to swim. The Spa - 5 star - having a Malaysian receptionist was definitely an advantage, due to language barriers, and the massage they offered was heavenly. A 60 minute massage every day would leave you wanting for more next day.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. La struttura sembra un po' vecchia, ma era pulita e ordinata, quindi ho avuto una sensazione classica. Mi è piaciuto tutto, dalla grande hall alla piscina perfetta. Il condizionatore d'aria era davvero fantastico e la biancheria da letto era pulita. Anche la colazione è buona, e se manca una cosa, il cibo del servizio in camera è buono. Anche così, sono molto soddisfatto del prezzo.

L'hotel è vicino alle attrazioni turistiche, ai ristoranti e al mare. Il personale al momento del check-in riceve i documenti e si siede ad aspettare. Allora vai prima a controllare le persone che sono arrivate dopo. E prima di restare qui, devi verificarlo Quel giorno non c'era festa al 10° piano perché era molto rumoroso. Alle 21:00 scesi e chiesi al dipendente se potevo cambiare stanza. Perché mamma e papà non riescono a dormire. Il dipendente ha detto che non poteva, ma lo avrebbe chiamato per dirgli di ridurre il rumore e alle 22 ha informato il dipendente che il rumore era forte come prima e che non riusciva a dormire affatto. Il dipendente ha detto che il lavoro era quasi finito. Quindi gli ho dato un'altra possibilità. Era l'una di notte, quindi il rumore era silenzioso. La mattina sono sceso e ho chiesto al personale se stasera ci sarebbe stata una festa. Se c'è, chiederò di cambiarmi per dormire al piano terra. che il dipendente ha informato che non ce n'era **Soggiorna nella sala VIP 8 dal 3 al 5 maggio.

La struttura probabilmente quando ha aperto avrà avuto il suo fascino, ma ora è in stato di abbandono totale. La pulizia è veramente approssimativa, basti vedere le foto (negli angoli e vicino al letto c'erano capelli e oggetti come spille da balia buttate, che chissà da quanto erano lì), la parte della piscina con tanto potenziale ma anche lì abbandonata a sé stessa (l'acqua non era sporca, abbiamo pure fatto il bagno). Il frigorifero in stanza non raffreddava nulla. Un peccato davvero. Lo staff è molto gentile e ci ha dato la stanza alle 12 senza farci aspettare le 14. Mi ha cambiato il bollitore che aveva segni di ruggine. Purtroppo però la gestione è davvero pessima, per il prezzo che chiedono si trovano stanze in hotel di categoria superiore (o al massimo spendendo 2/3€ in più). Insomma non lo consiglierei.

This is our first trip been to Viet Nam, Da Nang. The weather looks better than the day we arrive, therefore we had time to enjoy the pool in 26th floor, it really a great view with mountains and beach view. Our room is also sea view but we suprised with the view in the infinity pool. Breakfast was perfect but when we eat there are alot of guests around :＞＞ Anyway, everything was great and you might think about this place when you have chance to go to Danang. Me and my husband were super happy

Had the best experience here, gorgeous hotel, with a gorgeous view. The staff were all the most attentive and polite. But okay, the breakfast was AMAZING. we went two mornings and it was different items! The restaurant was elegant and the food was also amazing. Definitely recommend!

I enjoyed the panorama view room, which offered a partial beach and city view along with clear sights of the Marble Mountain and Dragon Bridge. The breakfast was decent, although it featured many pork-based options. On some days, chicken and fish were available, but pork dominated the menu. One drawback was the unexpected $100 deposit requirement, which left us a bit constrained. However, the hospitality was excellent, with staff being friendly and helpful in providing suggestions. Plus point, it is along the My Khe beach.

After 30 mins drive from airport, you will be greeted with beautifully decorated receptionist and stunning view of the private bay. A buggy ride or combination of outdoor walk + funicular will lead to most room. If lucky, you may encounter the colourful endangered monkey during funicular ride. The ”panoramic” room is on higher floor and present a better view of the bay. View of the private bay from room's balcony attached. Variety is relatively limited however, quality of breakfast is outstanding. Dine at Citroen for vietnamese food or Barefoot for a more international flavour of meat, seafood and pizza. Food quality was outstanding and specialty coctails were interesting. Long bar was a posh spot for afternoon chill next to swimming pool and beach. Food and drink prices are on high side compared to Vietnamese standard or even similar resort in SEA. However, visiting the private beach (or bay) is really a treat! Complimentary cold water, sweet potato, and even unsual sunglasses cleaning service or cucumber to cool the face. Complimentary well maintained paddle board, kayak, Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Plus all usual beach facilities such as beach volley, badminton, frisbee but without crowd. Attended and very well maintained indoor gym with Technogym and a smaller one outdoor. There is 4K outdoor running route circulating the resort with 100 m elevation. Bed room and bathroom are luxurious and well maintained. The high outdoor humidity (October) and air conditioned room cause foggy glasses and blocking the nice view from bed room. After adjusting skin to outdoor temperature, relaxing on relatively large balcony with large sofa was a better way to enjoy the scenery. While my other half experienced the award winning Mi Sol Spa, myself and kid went for private tour to Ba Na Hill from concierge which was on high side compared to online travel portal. However, it worthed for business class car, professional driver and very experienced tour guide whom made everything smooth and trouble free. Complimentary mini bus to Hoi An was pleasant and well timed. Tried local transport Grab for diner outside and it was a mixed experience of efficient cost and feeling of less safety. Services on all visited facilities were outstanding and caused my wife considering a return during cooler month.

L'hotel è grande! Si prega di pianificare il viaggio in un mese! poiché la nebbia può rovinare la visibilità dell'intero parco! Alimento (la colazione era grande) assicurarsi di aggiungere la persona giusta quando prenotare perché nel mio caso non ho notato che ho solo aggiunto 1 invece se 2 così pago un extra 500.000 VND (per il mio amico colazione) Il pranzo è tranquillamente costoso per 2 persone circa 450k a 500k, poiché la maggior parte degli stabilimenti sono chiusi durante la notte! Assicurati di cenare presto! Monorail non lavora anche quando abbiamo visitato non è sicuro perché.
