Everything was perfect . I recommend everyone to stay in Wink while visiting da nang and Saigon . I heard there will be a wink in Hanoi next year . The brand is in fresh new concept representing the future , self checkin , self laundry, vending machines , always with friendly staffs helping around . Dopo il check-out, abbiamo tenuto i bagagli fino a tardi. Anche il personale che ritira i bagagli è molto gentile!!! Anche il personale che non parla inglese è cordiale, ti accompagna direttamente e ti spiega a gesti.

Il personale di servizio è molto gentile e professionale da portaguardia, servizio, galleria a livello principale.Puoi usare le strutture dell'hotel a tua scelta, come palestra e piscina senza bordi al piano superiore.Nella piscina puoi godere di vista notturna e del tuo pranzo. Più in particolare, l'hotel lancerà alcune piccole attività come la produzione di esibizioni e lezioni di pasticceria per avvicinare l'hotel all'ospite.Come ha detto il direttore generale, questo sapore vale molto la pena di essere promosso fuori dal Vietnam. Fortunatamente, durante le mie vacanze, ho scelto di vivere a Sara e sono molto felice di raccomandarlo ai viaggiatori che stanno arrivando a Hong Kong.

Excellent hotel for singles or couples. Fantastic location but more importantly friendly staff. Gave good recommendations to eat which is rare and went above and beyond to sort out my bus issues.
Nice big double bed. Properly cleaned and shower was warm. Fresh towels and sheets. Free water.
Didn't try the buffet breakfast.
But again staff went above and beyond to help out my travels. Can be hard being a foreigner but they looked after me like family.
Told them I'd be back if I'm danang just to see their smiles and hospitality.

1. Poche ore prima del nostro volo di partenza a DaNang, abbiamo scoperto che uno dei visti ha un problema.Abbiamo contattato l'hotel a mezzanotte e la signora Anh Pham dal servizio clienti ha provato il meglio per aiutarmi a risolvere. per il suo aiuto, è una benedizione che ha avuto il suo aiuto.
2. ) il servizio è meraviglioso. Tutti sono molto utili in qualsiasi momento. Apprezziamo l'aiuto della signora Tram Le di spostare la villa, l'arrangement di spostarsi al nostro prossimo hotel, e tutte le cure tentative. Tuan al concierge è anche molto utile e cura, sempre chiedendo se abbiamo bisogno di qualcosa.
3. La posizione è migliore. 20 minuti a tutti. Aeroporto, vecchia città e cibo gioioso.
4.Colazione: il caffè e la pho sono migliori.Vale la pena pagare l'altre.

Bella per una nuova esperienza.. La posizione è grande sopra le montagne.. abbiamo una stanza stessa al controllo in edificio così non c'è bisogno di camminare a lungo ( hanno circa 7 edifici 😱). Controlla con un altro hotel alle 2:30 ma controlla la tua necessità di fare presto alle 10:30 sono 😅 comunque devo controllare prima delle 2:00 perché ho un esame online così le chiedo che mi aiutino a controllare presto per essere membro di Accor (azienda alberghiera se siete membri che potete ottenere sconti e check-in precoce)
L'unica cosa che non mi piace è che ci sono troppe persone qui.. non hanno tempo per parlarti per spiegare qualcosa.. se è possibile che tu debba venire e rimanere qui 1 notte goditi il tuo tempo .. alla notte e al mattino solo suppongo.. ma dopo le 9 sono .. OMG 😱

UUtente ospiteLa suite M è molto convenientemente situata sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo una seconda stanza di vista sul mare che è molto vicino al mare, e si può sentire le onde. Molto raro per tali alloggi a prezzo ragionevole. Si può camminare sulla spiaggia entro 1min. La piscina infinita è piccola ma dà la ricerca di prendere belle foto e godere di vista ininterrotta sul mare. Il design è molto unico - stile grigio moderno e freddo. Vive fino a uno dei più instagrammabili classificati hotel trip.com.
Hotel è solo 10-15min a partire dall'aeroporto, e molte attrazioni e cibo piacevole sono a breve distanza. Il colazione dell'hotel è a casa, preparato fresco quando ordinato. Il loro bagno mi (pane) è morbido e grigio - abbiamo chiesto al personale di servire per il secondo. Adorano anche le loro omelete/uova scramblete con salsa e bacon fresco preparato.
Il personale è anche molto attento e utile nonostante la barriera linguistica (utilizzare Google Translate per risolvere questo!). La prima notte, qualcuno potrebbe aver fumato vicino all'assunzione di aria condizionata. Il ricevimento ha fatto saltare l'aria condizionata dalla sigaretta (l'hotel non fuma). Dopo aver controllato, tornava a prendere altri due uomini, e aiutava a sprayre il fresher per rimuovere l’odore di sigaretta, e disse che la mattina prossima avrebbe pulito la stanza profondamente. Anche offerto per noi camere di scambio. Fortunatamente, la sigaretta non puzza più lì dopo 15 minuti.

Il primo è il condizionamento della stanza. E' vecchio. Ci sono diverse cracche sul muro. E anche tu puoi sentire qualsiasi suono, le pareti sono troppo sottili. Abbiamo sentito un cazzo che si sdraia nel tetto.
Il colazione non è una buona cosa, c'è poca scelta e il gusto è ok. Non pagare per questo e andare a fare colazione vicino a caffè.

This hotel has a great rooftop swimming pool. Quite large for what you can get in the downtown. It's L-shaped facing south, east, and west, so you always can find a sunny side 😊 One part is 1.4m deep, another 1.7m. Very clean.
There are just two sunbeds (comfy!) plus some chairs and tables, but it was never crowded, so I always had a sunbed.
Nice simple breakfast, with omelette station and Vietnamese noodles.
The room was clean and quiet (I actually got a free upgrade).
Great friendly service.
Overall, great for the price, would stay again.

FFUNGwe arrived at the property in the evening after a full day of sight seeing. The property were paid already through the app and we wanted to arrange a BBQ at our villa, i tried to inform the hotel to arrange the BBQ but they want to credit card confirmation before, I told the lady that I am travelling and not convenient to print out the authorization form. Then she told me that with the payment the accounting department will not allow them to but the necessary for the BBQ. All I wanted was a BBQ buy the pool for my family and friends of 8 and she was giving me a hard time. I paid 3 nights of the Villa and it is hard to imagine that the hotel will need payment for that. So at the end we end up ordering Grab food delivery.
After we check in the hotel, I wanted to ask for more water as i like to drink a lot of hot tea. the Villa is for 8 people so i asked for 8 bottles of water, the lady on the phone said she will need to charge me for that. That is absolutely absurd and never heard of. So i ordered a case of water from Grab food delivery.
My friends who were staying at the hotel room in the main building she told me that construction work was started at around 7 am and woke them up. Then the work stoppped in 30 min and star again in 15 min. That is totally not acceptable as the resort is meant to be relaxing and calming.
The next morning we saw the manager and told him all the unusual things that we encountered, I feel that he was sincerely apologetic and tried to make up for the rest of our trip. I forgot his name but he came to visit us at the villa and i saw him every morning during the breakfast service. I feel that he is trying his best to help us th=o better our stay.
The breakfast was very good indeed and we all enjoyed it.
The drawback is that the river next to the villa is not so clean. There is not much activities to do at the villa except for the infinity pool. The wave at the beach was too strong for us to swim.....
But the property is very close to the Marble Mountain (5 min walk) which is an added bonus.
Overall the staff seems to be inexperience and try to rectify the problem after it have occur. They are not able to handle many hotel related issues as these are just very minor issues.

Situato in una posizione centrale così conveniente, questa proprietà vi ha prenotato vicino alle attrazioni e interessanti opzioni di cena. Ricordate di passare un po' di tempo a visitare il Figlio di Wu Hanh e la mia spiaggia Khe, questa proprietà di alta qualità permette agli ospiti di utilizzare la piscina all'interno, la sauna e il tubo caldo direttamente sul sito.

You can hear all your neighbors on the floor. 3) Very noisy AC. 4) Poor service. Longer review: It was about 5 p.m. already and I needed a place to stay a night, so searched nearby hotels in Booking. Because I wanted to check what the hotel was like before booking (most of the pictures were computer-generated or touched up), I went there and asked about the rooms. The receptionist first showed a room on the 11th floor (#1104?), but that one had a big moldy spots on the walls, so I declined. Then she showed the room #1004, which looked ok, plus had partial sea view. When I was going to book the room through Booking, the receptionist asked me to just pay the same price to the hotel without using Booking. It didn't matter to me, so I paid by card. Not 10 minutes in the bed, I noticed that something is bitting me. When I checked, I had bites all over my body. Like 6-7 on my right foot only. 🤪😰 Then I went to the reception, showed the receptionist the bite marks, and told her I was checking out. She replied ok, but they were not going to return the money. Even though I've been in the room for max. 20 minutes. I asked her to call the manager. After 10 or so minutes another lady came and said they'd return only 50%: because they showed me the room and I should've checked the room conditions better before booking. What?! How am I supposed to check the bugs in the bed?! 😳 I'm not in the habit of carrying a magnifying glass and checking the beds. I was pissed off for such an answer. After a long talk, a call with another manager, and another 15-20 minute wait, they decided to return the full payment. My experience in there was awful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Actually I was puzzled how this hotel has a 8+ rating? My guess is that many people just don't bother to leave a review. So I decided to leave mine, so next time someone is looking for a hotel, they will know what awaits them there. Hope your travel will have only wonderful experiences and memories. 🙂

If you’re just looking for a dormitory, probably OK. 1) The fact that they don’t have power supply to the rooms without the key card installed (they only offered one), means your laptop, power bank, camera gear, etc. will not be charged when you return to the room. 2) the Internet is unusable inside the room, forget a video conference or a FaceTime call to your loved ones. Forget getting that spreadsheet or business document for tomorrow’s important meeting. 3) Bring earplugs. You might get jolted from your bed at six in the morning from the guests in adjacent rooms that like to scream back-and-forth at each other while preparing for their whatever, tourist vacation, excursion, etc. Extra points for the shrieking kid with the temper tantrum. I have never seen such a grandiose display of banging screaming and crying for more than one hour. Putting the pillow over your head isn’t going to help, folks. Extra extra points for this happening two days in a row. Other than that, the staff are affable, the venue seems OK, although I didn’t check out much (word is there may be a pool here), I just went there to sleep as I couldn’t work there. And very little sleep it was.

AAzmalClean room, everything I need is there except for the iron facility. Few staff can speak understand simple english but that's not a problem. There is a AU mart nearby. The hotel situated in a less busy area from downtown Dan Nang.
